Axle unit
An axle unit, includes a control arm and a clamping unit that surround a tube region, wherein a first side of the control arm faces away from the tube region, and a second side of the control arm forms a boundary face on the control-arm side of the tube region, wherein the clamping unit can be brought into supporting abutment with the first side of the control arm and has a boundary face on the clamp side, which face defines the tube region, wherein the clamping unit has a first and second clamping parts each having a wedge portion, wherein the wedge portions are formed in such a way that a displacement of the clamping parts substantially in parallel with a clamping axis toward one another results in a narrowing of the tube region transversely to the clamping axis.
AXLE ASSEMBLY INCLUDING A WHEEL END AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURE
An axle housing assembly includes an axle housing that includes a center portion and a first arm portion that extends from the center portion. The axle housing assembly further includes a wheel end housing that includes a wheel end body that extends from the first arm portion and a spindle that extends from the wheel end body.
Spring support device and vehicle having the same
The present document provides a spring support device and a vehicle having the same. The spring support device includes a first support unit for supporting a damper spring. The first support unit includes a first support body configured for being connected to a vehicle body, and a spring support which is detachably fixed to the first support body. Due to the separation arrangement between the spring support and the first support body, suitable first support body and spring support can be selected as required, which can satisfy requirements of different vehicles in the vehicle modification process. Since the spring support is separated from the first support body, an area between the spring support and the first support body can be sprayed before assembly when spraying protective paint. Therefore, it is convenient to spray protective paint efficiently.
Electric machine integrated axle assemblies for electrified vehicles
This disclosure details electrified vehicle drive systems equipped with electric machine integrated axle assemblies. An exemplary electrified vehicle drive system includes a leaf spring assembly and an axle assembly mounted to the leaf spring assembly. The axle assembly may include a cradle and an electric machine mounted within the cradle. Shocks and stabilizer bar assemblies may extend between the cradle and a vehicle frame of the electrified vehicle.
FLOATING DEVICE FOR AERIAL WORK PLATFORM
A floating device for an aerial work platform, comprising a pressure oil source (100), a controller (200), a left floating device, and a right floating device, a chassis (700), and a swing axle (600). The left floating device comprises a left hydraulic cylinder (300), a left balance valve (310), and a left locking device; the right floating device comprises a right hydraulic cylinder (400), a right balance valve (410), and a right locking device; one end of the left hydraulic cylinder (300) and one end of the right hydraulic cylinder (400) are hinged on the chassis (700); the swing axle (600) is hinged with the chassis (700); the other end of the left hydraulic cylinder (300) and the other end of the right hydraulic cylinder (400) are hinged on two opposite ends of the swing axle (600); and the left locking device and the right locking device constitute second-level locking of the left hydraulic cylinder (300) and the right hydraulic cylinder (400), thereby ensuring that the aerial work platform will not tip over due to the sliding of the hydraulic cylinders.
METHOD AND APPARATUS TO ADAPT A REAR SUSPENSION
A method and apparatus for adapting a vehicle rear suspension wherein the apparatus comprises a substantially circular plate having first and second surfaces with a central bore therethrough and with closed and open notches extending into a circumferential edge thereof, a pair of outer mounting bores extending through the plate proximate to the circumferential edge with the closed notch therebetween and a plurality of first and second inner mounting bores distributed around the central bore. The method comprises removing a multi-link rear suspension assembly from the vehicle and removing left and right wheel assemblies from the multi-link rear suspension assembly mounting an adaptor plate to each of the left and right wheel assemblies on an inside surface thereof with a first set of fasteners, mounting an axle beam of a torsion bar rear suspension assembly to each of the adaptor plates with a second set of fasteners and securing the torsion bar rear suspension assembly to the vehicle.
SUPPORT BEAM
The support beam includes a body part extending along a predetermined direction, and a protruding part protruding from an intermediate portion of the body part in the predetermined direction, in an orthogonal direction orthogonal to the predetermined direction. The body part has an axle housing support portion provided at the intermediate portion, and a pair of suspension member connecting portions provided at one end portion and the other end portion of the body part. The protruding part has a stabilizer member attaching portion. The stabilizer member attaching portion includes a bottom wall portion continuous with the body part and extending along the predetermined direction, a side wall portion continuous with the bottom wall portion and extending along a direction orthogonal to both the predetermined direction and the orthogonal direction, and a top wall portion continuous with the side wall portion and extending to face the bottom wall portion.
Axle unit
The invention relates to an axle unit comprising an axle tube and a link element, wherein the axle tube substantially extends along a tube axis, wherein the link element has a joining portion with a first welding portion and a second welding portion, wherein the link element is arranged with its joining portion adjacent to the axle tube and substantially transversely with respect to the tube axis, wherein, in the first welding portion and in the second welding portion, a welded joint can be produced between the link element and the axle tube.
Forged portal hub mounting body
A portal hub assembly for raising the chassis of a vehicle. The portal hub assembly includes a portal box and a mounting assembly removably attachable to one side of the portal box. The mounting assembly includes a mounting body forged as a unitary body. A bracket assembly including at least one mounting bracket is selectively attachable to the mounting body to allow the mounting assembly to receive a component of the suspension system of a desired vehicle.
