Blade arrangement for hand-held power tool and clamping member
Herein a blade arrangement (6) for a hand-held power tool (2) is disclosed. The blade arrangement (6) comprises a driving member (16) configured for being driven to reciprocate along a driving direction (18), an elongated cutting blade body (12), and a clamping member (26). The clamping member (26) is configured to engage with the driving member (16) and the elongated cutting blade body (12) so as to press the driving member (16) against the elongated cutting blade body (12) at least partially in the driving direction (18).
Method for type-specific operating of an electric drive unit and system
A method is provided for type-specific operating of an electric drive unit, wherein the drive unit is configured for coupling and driving a tool unit selected from a set of different types of tool units. The set includes at least one rotatory tool unit and at least one non-rotatory tool unit. The method includes: driving of a coupled tool unit by the drive unit; identifying operating data of the drive unit during the driving procedure; determining, based on the identified operating data, whether the coupled tool unit is a rotatory tool unit or a non-rotatory tool unit; and controlling the drive unit in a rotation control mode if the coupled tool unit is determined to be a rotatory tool unit, or in a non-rotation control mode if the coupled tool unit is determined to be a non-rotatory tool unit.
HEDGE TRIMMER
A hedge trimmer capable of effectively increasing the rigidity of a cutter assembly as well as reducing its weight, and easily adjusting the clearance for sliding of cutters, thereby improving the operability and addressing degradation of the cutting performance of the cutters is disclosed. In the cutter assembly, upper and lower cutter supports are provided with a plurality of clamping portions at predetermined intervals for increasing the rigidity, each clamping portion having a square tube-like spacer and a first bolt. In addition, at least one adjusting portion having a second bolt for adjusting the separation distance between the upper and lower cutter supports is provided between adjacent clamping portions.
Trocar Support
Various trocars and trocar supports are provided for allowing an insufflation port on the trocar to be coupled through the trocar support to an insufflation fluid. In one embodiment, the trocar includes a housing, a cannula extending through the housing, and an insufflation port projecting from the housing. A trocar support is provided having an opening that receives the insufflation port on the housing such that the insufflation port is unobtrusive during use and can be connected and disconnected rapidly.
HEDGE TRIMMER
An outdoor tool includes a powerhead, a tool portion operatively powered by the powerhead, an elongated shaft assembly extending along a shaft axis between the powerhead and the tool portion, and a locking mechanism. The tool portion includes a first housing fixed to the shaft assembly, a second housing coupled to the first housing for pivoting movement about a pivot axis, and a blade assembly supported by the second housing. The locking mechanism is movable between a locked position, in which relative movement between the second housing and the first housing is prevented, and an unlocked position, in which the second housing is movable relative to the first housing.
HEDGE TRIMMER
The hedge trimmer includes a cutter drive gear rotationally driven by a drive source in a body housing, a crank cam provided in the gear and including an eccentric disk, and an upper cutter and a lower cutter slidably facing and contacting relatively. The crank cam causes the upper and lower cutters to reciprocate in relatively opposite directions along the longitudinal direction thereof. The crank cam and the upper and lower cutters are arranged in the upper face side of the gear. The cutter has a frame-shaped engagement portion that meshes with the eccentric disk so that the eccentric disk rotates while slidably contacting the inner peripheral surface of the engagement portion. The reference planes on the cutter side and the crank cam side are formed so that substantially no step is generated between the upper faces of the upper cutter and the eccentric disk.
Gardening trimmer
A gardening trimmer may include: a conversion mechanism for converting rotational motion of a prime mover to linear motion along a first direction; a blade for moving in reciprocating motion relative to a guide bar and including a plurality of slots; and a plurality of guide members each disposed in a corresponding slot of the plurality of slots of the blade. The plurality of slots may include: at least one first slot in which a corresponding guide member of the guide members that is connected to a housing is disposed. A combination of the slots and the guide members may include: a first combination to reduce frictional resistance generated by the reciprocating motion; and a second combination to reduce vibration generated by the reciprocating motion, and at least one combination of the at least one first slot and its corresponding guide member is the second combination.
MOBILE HEDGE TRIMMER
Mobile hedge trimmer apparatus (1000, 2000, 3000) comprising a first portion (100) acting as a mobile base adapted to advance along a path on the ground and comprising a plate (150) and at least two wheels, preferably two pairs of wheels (104a, 104b), and a second portion (200) comprising a pillar (250) adapted to tilt on two axes (A and B) perpendicular to each other; the pillar (250) comprises a first cutting blade (210) adapted to slide along the pillar (250) and a second cutting blade (220) integral with the pillar (250); a control unit (111) is adapted to adjust the inclination of the pillar (250) on the axes (A and B) and/or the position of the first cutting blade (210) along the pillar (250), the control unit (111) receiving information from sensors which comprise at least one tool for measuring an inclination and at least one movement sensor or advancement detector.
Pole assembly for vegetation cutting tool
The present invention is directed to a small hand-held garden tool, for example a hedgetrimmer, having an electrically powered powerhead, and a detachable pole assembly. The powerhead can be used alone to cut nearby vegetation or in combination with a pole assembly to reach vegetation farther away. The powerhead has a separate handle and motor chamber, with the pole assembly being secured to the motor chamber. Actuation of the powerhead is controlled by a trigger on the handle. However, when connected to the pole assembly, actuation of the powerhead is controlled by a second trigger on the pole assembly.
