Bell Lock Safety Restraint for Wheel Assemblies
A bell lock wheel restraint system having an axle adapter to attach a bell to an axle, wherein the bell engages an outside face of a wheel away from a vehicle on which the wheel is mounted, and a bell retainer that secures the bell onto the axle adapter, thereby securing the wheel onto the vehicle in lieu of one or more failed lug bolts or lug nuts.
Magnetic Hub Plug Apparatus
A magnetic hub plug apparatus for sealing a wheel hub and detecting wheel bearing failure includes a plug body having a plug outer side, a plug inner side, and a plug edge. A seal ring has a proximal perimeter coupled to the plug inner side, a distal perimeter, and a seal sidewall extending from the proximal perimeter to the distal perimeter. The seal ring is configured to sealingly fit within a wheel hub cap. A magnet extension is coupled to the seal ring. The magnet extension extends from the seal sidewall and dips within an oil reservoir of the wheel hub cap with each rotation. A magnet insert is coupled within the magnet extension to collect particles from a faulty wheel bearing. A plug grip is coupled to the plug body and extends from the plug outer side.
MULTI-PIECE LOCKING FASTENER ASSEMBLY SUCH AS FOR SECURING A WHEEL RIM TO A VEHICLE HUB
A multi-piece locking fastener having an intermediate component exhibiting a plurality of interior threads arrayed in a first direction. A first fastener has a first enlarged head and a first stem exteriorly threaded in the first direction. A hollowed interior is formed in an end of the stem and exhibits a further plurality of interior threads extending in a second direction opposite the first direction. A second fastener has a second enlarged head and a second stem, upon which is configured a second exterior thread pattern extending in the second direction. The first fastener is installed through the intermediate component from a first direction, with the second fastener rotationally inter-engaging the exposed interior threads of the first fastener in the second direction until the second enlarged heads contact the intermediate component, with loosening of either of the first and second fasteners being prevented.
CASTER WHEEL BRAKE SYSTEM
A caster wheel brake system for carts and other wheeled articles is operable to secure caster wheels against rolling rotation along their horizontal rotation axes. The system includes a pivotable parking brake lever, an actuator arm, and a torque shaft extending between the brake lever and actuator arm. The brake lever includes a distal end portion for selectively engaging a caster wheel, a proximal end portion opposite the distal end portion, and a pivot coupling, the latter being pivotably secured to the cart or wheeled article. An actuator arm extends outwardly from a distal end portion of the torque shaft, with the actuator arm slidably engaging the proximal end portion of the brake lever. The torque shaft and the actuator arm are rotatable together to urge the brake lever toward the braking or non-braking position

A MONOWHEEL SYSTEM
Coordinated movement transformable monowheel system formation generating electromagnetic induction power, including an automatic transformable configuration in case of an actual or impending accident in order to minimize impact to a user, or in order to enhance the comfort level of a user.
Lug nut
The utility model discloses a wheel nut, including a nut body which the outside surface comprises of multiple identical arc surfaces. The arc surface is protruding outward, and the radius of the arc surface is larger than the circumscribed radius of the outside surface of the nut body. The utility model designs the existing square surface of the outer hexagon feature of the wheel nut as an arc surface, which the contact area between the wheel nut and the sleeve and the loading area of the wheel nut can be increased, and then the deformation and looseness of the wheel nut can be avoided effectively, and therefore the service life of the wheel nut can be improved.
Axle assembly and the tire inflation system made therewith
An axle assembly includes a first axle shaft. The first axle shaft includes a first conduit. A second axle shaft includes a second conduit. The first conduit and the second conduit are in fluid communication through a chamber. A differential is operatively connected to the first axle shaft and the second axle shaft. The chamber is at least partially disposed within the differential.
Castor wheel
The present invention relates to a castor wheel structure, comprising a wheel part (18) and a castor wheel house (28), on which a transition element can be mounted, such as a spindle structure (1) or a flange structure (2), which again can be mounted on equipment that is to be made mobile, which wheel part (18) is unilaterally suspended and arranged about a substantially horizontal shaft on the castor wheel house (28).
