Motorcycle tire for traveling on rough terrain
A motorcycle tyre for traveling on rough terrain, the tyre includes a tread portion provided with blocks. The at least one of the blocks includes a ground contact surface having a pair of lateral edges extending in a tyre axial direction. The at least one of the blocks is provided with a pair of lateral narrow grooves extending in the tyre axial direction on the ground contact surface to form a pair of edge-side portions defined between the pair of lateral narrow grooves and the pair of lateral edges. The at least one of the pair of edge-side portions includes a neck portion having a minimum circumferential length thereof, wherein a circumferential length of the at least one of the pair of edge-side portions increases toward axially both sides from the neck portion.
Pneumatic tire
A pneumatic tire is provided. Side regions located outward of shoulder regions of a tread portion in a tire lateral direction are each provided with a pair of side blocks opposite each other across a side groove extending in the tire lateral direction, iteration elements each including the side groove and the pair of side blocks are arranged at an interval in a tire circumferential direction. A road contact surface of each of the side blocks has a recess/protrusion shape including a reference surface located on a side closer to the side groove and a step portion located on a side farther from the side groove and raised from the reference surface. The side groove includes a raised bottom portion raised from a groove bottom and coupling the pair of side blocks.
Tire
A tire comprises a tread portion comprising a shoulder land region provided with shoulder lateral grooves and circumferential sipes connecting between the shoulder lateral grooves. The shoulder lateral grooves are each provided with a chamfer. The circumferential sipes are each spaced apart from an axially inner end of the shoulder land region by an axial distance of from 30% to 100% of an axial width of the shoulder land region. The depths of the circumferential sipes are equal to or greater than the groove depths of the shoulder lateral grooves.
Pneumatic tire
A pneumatic tire includes a plurality of protrusion portions extending along a tire side surface of a tire side portion in a direction that intersects a tire circumferential direction and a tire radial direction; the plurality of protrusion portions each including an intermediate portion in an extension direction that includes a highest position of projection height from the tire side surface, and an end portion on either side of the intermediate portion in the extension direction that includes a lowest position of projection height from the tire side surface. The highest position of projection height of the intermediate portion is in a range of 20% of a tire cross-sectional height from a tire maximum width position to an inner side and an outer side in the tire radial direction, and a ratio of a total width SW and an outer diameter OD satisfies a relationship of SW/OD≤0.3.
Pneumatic tire
A pneumatic tire includes a plurality of protrusion portions extending along a tire side surface of a tire side portion in a direction that intersects a tire circumferential direction and a tire radial direction. Each of the plurality of protrusion portions includes an intermediate portion and an end portion. The intermediate portion in an extension direction has a highest position of a projection height from the tire side surface. The end portion is provided on either end of the intermediate portion in the extension direction, and has a lowest position of the projection height from the tire side surface. The highest position of the projection height of the intermediate portion is disposed in a range of 20% of a tire cross-sectional height on an inner side and an outer side in the tire radial direction from a tire maximum width position.
Tyre for running on rough terrain
A tyre for running on rough terrain includes a tread portion. The tread portion includes a crown region, middle regions, and shoulder regions. The crown region is provided with a plurality of crown blocks. The middle regions are provided with a plurality of middle blocks. The shoulder regions are provided with a plurality of shoulder blocks. Each of the middle blocks is connected with at least one of the crown blocks by a crown tie bar and connected with at least one of the shoulder blocks by a shoulder tie bar. A land ratio of the shoulder regions is 90% or more and 115% or less of a land ratio of the crown region.
Tyre
A tyre includes a tread portion including a groove bottom surface and a plurality of blocks protruding from the groove bottom surface. The plurality of blocks includes one or more multi-height blocks. Each multi-height block includes a first block portion having a first height from the groove bottom surface, a second block portion having a second height from the groove bottom surface, a third block portion having a third height from the groove bottom surface, and a block groove to define the first block portion, the second block portion and the third block portion. The second height is higher than the first height, and the third height is higher than the second height.
Tire pattern structure
A tire pattern structure including a tread pattern and a sidewall pattern is formed by uniformly distributed patterns in the circumferential direction of a tire. The tread pattern is formed by two long spoon-shaped pattern blocks symmetrical with respect to the center of the tire tread and the axial direction of the tire. A spoon-shaped pattern block group is across the center of the tire tread and each interlaced and mapped sideway along the center of the tire tread formed by upper and lower long spoon-shaped pattern block groups. The two spoon-shaped patterns are coupled from a head block to a handle block and bent at the tire shoulder to couple the sidewall pattern formed by the upper and lower sidewall pattern blocks which are formed by a quadrilateral block of two protrusions and three recessed blocks to overcome rough terrains and provide excellent mud and water removing performance.
PNEUMATIC TIRE AND GREEN TIRE MANUFACTURING METHOD
With a pneumatic tire mounted on a regular rim, inflated to a regular internal pressure, and in an unloaded state, in a tire meridian cross-sectional view, electrically conductive rubber is formed in a region corresponding to a bulging land portion except for a region with a width of 5% of a width of the bulging land portion and being centered at a bulging apex position bulging most toward an outer side of the bulging land portion in a tire radial direction.
TIRE
A tire comprises a tread portion axially divided by circumferential grooves into a first middle land portion, a crown land portion and a second middle land portion. Each land portion has a profile protruding radially outwardly from a reference tread profile. The maximum protrusion amount of the second middle land portion's profile is larger than the maximum protrusion amount of the crown land portion's profile which is larger than the maximum protrusion amount of the first middle land portion's profile.
