Height Adjustable Implement Mount for Single-Point Hitch Equipped Vehicles
An implement mount for height adjustable mounting of an implement to a vehicle. The mount features a hitch coupler for mating with a single-point hitch of the vehicle to reach longitudinally therefrom, and a guide frame defining at least one guide slot lying transverse to the longitudinal direction of the hitch coupler in an upright orientation. At least one link arm is pivotally supported on the hitch coupler, and an implement carrier is coupled to the link arm proximate a rear end thereof. A follower arrangement is engaged between the link arm and the guide slot to constrain movement of the implement carrier to movement along the guide slot. Pivotal movement of the link arm in a first direction lifts the implement carrier along the guide slot, while pivotal moment in a second direction lowers the implement carrier along the guide slot.
RECOVERY TOOL TO USE WITH A VEHICLE
A recovery tool configured to attach to the rear or front a vehicle with a receiver hitch class III and up to provide interconnect and control between the vehicle and various accessory tools necessary to perform lift, drag, tow and pull using the vehicle. The recovery tool has a head gear connected to a hitch attachment where the hitch attachment connects the recovery tool to the vehicle. The recovery tool has lights for signaling, work lights, and other uses. The recovery tool can be controlled by a wireless controller. The recovery tool is adaptable to three-point tractor implement. The recovery tool may further include a hydraulic unit and can endure heavy mechanical work to perform dragging snow or dirt, road cleaning, driveway scraping, towing and recovery, search and rescue operation, pull boat docks and launch boats, dragging logs or broken articles as well as jump start truck or car.
Trailer Hitching Assist Device
A trailer hitching assist device for facilitating the hitching of a trailer to a trailer hitch includes a hollow tube with a hitch ball receiver and a hitch ball latch which are configured to cooperatively secure the tube to a hitch ball. A flared member at the end of the tube flares from the tube to an opening. A trailer tongue member is configured for attaching to a trailer frame, an insertion member extends from said trailer tongue member and is insertable into said tube through said opening. When the insertion member is positioned in a locking position, a locking pin is inserted through holes in the tube and the insertion member, thereby securing the insertion member to the tube.
Vehicle towing apparatus for use with a hook truck
The vehicle towing apparatus for use with a hook truck comprises a tow bar, a left chain, and a right chain. The front end of the tow bar comprises either a pintle hook or a lunette ring for coupling to a tow vehicle. By way of example and not of limitation, the tow vehicle may be a hooklift truck. The tow bar comprises a first section and a second section, which are slidably coupled to each other. The overall length of the tow bar may be fixed by inserting a lock pin through the tow bar. The left and right chains are safety chains that may connect between the sides of the tow bar and the tow vehicle. The vehicle towing apparatus for use with a hook truck may further comprise a clevis tow bar adapter for use with a hitch receiver of a towed vehicle.
Lightweight gooseneck-mounted trailer hitch
A trailer coupler system can include one or more skid plates made from extruded aluminum, one or more support tubes attached to the skid plates, a plurality of struts having a first end attached to the one or more skid plates, a ball housing attached to a second end of at least two of the plurality of struts, a first towball positioned within the ball housing, an adapter sleeve attached to the ball housing, a support plate extending from a support tube or skid plate to the adapter sleeve, an adapter having a kingpin coupler for coupling to a kingpin of a trailer, and a towball coupler for directly coupling with the first towball.
Trailer coupling having a receiving sleeve
The invention relates to a trailer coupling for a motor vehicle (11), in particular a passenger car, comprising a retainer (20), which is arranged on or can be fastened to the motor vehicle (11), and a retainer part (30), which can be detachably fastened to the retainer (20) and which has a retainer insertion projection (33) for inserting into a retainer insertion receptacle (24) of the retainer (20), wherein the retainer part (30) has an integrated locking device (70) having at least one locking body (71) and has an actuation body (73), which is supported in the retainer part (30) so as to be movable in order to actuate the at least one locking body (71) into a locking position (R), wherein the at least one locking body (71) interlockingly engages in a locking receptacle (72) on the retainer (20) in the locking position (R) and is moved out of the locking receptacle (72) in a detaching position (L), the retainer insertion projection (33) of the retainer part (30) therefore being interlockingly locked in the retainer insertion receptacle (24) of the retainer (20) in the locking position (R) of the at least one locking body (71) and being removable from the retainer insertion receptacle (24) of the retainer (20) in the detaching position (L), wherein the retainer part (30) is provided for forming a coupling arm (15), which has a coupling part (60) having a coupling element (65), in particular having a coupling ball, for coupling a load carrier (200) or a trailer, or is provided for directly coupling a load carrier (200). According to the invention, the retainer part (30) has a receiving sleeve (40) having a tubular coupling insertion receptacle (41) for inserting a coupling insertion projection (66; 266) of the coupling part (60) or of the load carrier (200).
