Swine activated feeder with actuation sensor
A sensor assembly on a swine-activated self-feeder allows monitoring or tracking of individual animal feeding activity, thereby allowing corrective action to be taken in instances of under-feeding or over-feeding by an animal. The sensor assembly includes a sensor on the feed dispenser and, with a printed circuit board to generate a signal corresponding to activation of the dispenser by an animal. The signal can be sent to a computer or website which generates reports on the individual animal's feeding activity.
Mobile indoor controlled apiary system
A mobile indoor controlled apiary system includes a mobile foundation, a plurality of insulated panels configured for modular assembly to form a structural envelope on top of the mobile foundation, and a removable shell configured for covering the structural envelope. The system further includes a data collection system for gathering environmental data within the structural envelope, and a climate control system configured for regulating environmental conditions within the structural envelope.
Automated pet food dispenser
A container is disclosed for maintaining, shipping and dispensing granular material such as but not limited to pet food. The container includes an aperture in the bottom which is sealed with a pull tab until the material is ready for dispensing. An automated dispenser of such granular materials is also disclosed such that an insert in a drawer located below an aperture in the dispenser controls the amount of material that is dispensed from the container that sits atop the dispenser.
Livestock Feeder with Measured Dispensing System
A livestock feeder is provided with a feed discharge assembly for dispensing a premeasured amount of feed into the trough of each feeding stall. The livestock feeder includes individual feeding stalls wherein the same amount of feed is dispensed for each animal such that the feeding of each animal may be monitored and controlled. Indicator lights may be provided to attract the livestock to the individual feeding stalls during feeding periods.
DOG TRAIN & TRACK SYSTEMS
A dog train & track system for tracking a pet using a GPS. The system is housed inside a collar made of waterproof material to house all of the components necessary to use and power the system. The software accompanying the collar permits the owner to set boundaries and send a notification to the owner through the software on a computer or smart device in the event the pet leaves the boundary. Furthermore, the system notifies the owner and others in cases were the pet may become distressed. The system may also communicate with a pet door allowing entry into the owner's home using proximity detection within the collar.
EQUINE CRYOTHERAPY BOOT
The present disclosure provides an equine therapy boot and methods of attaching the equine therapy boot to a lower extremity of a horse leg and hoof. The equine therapy boot includes an upper portion and a lower portion and an attachment means for securing the upper portion to the lower portion. The upper portion includes a fluid containment area for holding a thermal control fluid in proximity to a portion of the horse leg selected to receive treatment.
Computer implemented animal management system
Specifically, a computer implemented animal management program having modules which function to match animal information retrieved from a radiofrequency identification device(s) implanted in an animal(s) with animal information retrieved from a database of at least one computer to assess animal condition and time treatment events.
An Animal Tag
an animal tag comprising: a one-piece animal tag retaining member made of molded material, having: a first part comprising a female opening connectable to a male member for coupling the animal tag to a body part of an animal; a second part configured to accommodate one or more electronical components capable of obtaining information relating to the animal to which the animal tag is coupled; an intermediate part, located between the first tag part and the second tag part, having a form of a latitudinal recess for enhancing a flexibility of the animal tag.
Photon modulation management system for stimulation of a desired response in birds
Embodiments described herein provide systems for stimulating a desired response, such as ovulation and egg laying, hunger, growth, mood and sexual maturity in birds, such as chickens, turkeys, ducks, quail and ostrich, by controlling the duty cycle, wavelength band and frequency of photon bursts to a bird, through the high frequency modulation of photons in an individual color spectrum to the bird and duty cycle, where the photon modulation and duty cycle is based upon the specific needs of the bird.
PREDATION DETECTION ANIMAL TRACKING TAG
A magnetic tracking tag for animals may detect the occurrence of a predation event. The tag may include a pH sensitive material that degrades in the environment of a predator's gut. The degradation of the pH sensitive material causes a change in a detectable magnetic field of the tag, which allows the tag to detect the predation event and adjust its operation accordingly.
