SUSPENSION FOR A VEHICLE
A suspension system for a rear axle of a vehicle provided with a frame equipped with at least two side members, the suspension system connecting the axle to said side members and comprising a left side and a right side, each comprising an axle-holder assembly, a bellows, a leaf spring, first and second bars, and a torsion bar interposed between said left and right sides. The aforementioned elements of the suspension system being arranged to provide a functional layout having reduced costs and overall dimensions.
VEHICLE
A vehicle disclosed herein may include: a vehicle body including a front compartment; a drive disposed in the front compartment and configured to drive a wheel; a plurality of brackets attaching the drive to the vehicle body; a stabilizer extending in a right-left direction of the vehicle in the front compartment and connecting a left front suspension and a right front suspension to each other; and a plurality of bushes attaching the stabilizer to the vehicle body, wherein the plurality of bushes may include a first bush located frontward of the drive, the plurality of brackets may include a first bracket located rearward of the first bush, and at least a part of the first bracket may be located above the first bush.
BRACKET FOR VEHICLE STABILIZER, VEHICLE STABILIZER AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING VEHICLE STABILIZER
A bracket for a vehicle stabilizer is provided and includes an elastomer element for receiving a stabilizer spring, a first and a second bracket element. The first and the second bracket elements are connectable in such a way that the elastomer element is fixed between the first and the second bracket elements. A connection means for connecting the first and the second bracket elements is formed on the first and second bracket elements, the connection means has at least one connection pin and a connection recess. In a connection state of the first bracket element and of the second bracket element, the connection pin is inserted into the connection recess, and in the connection state the connection pin is frictionally fixed in the connection recess and/or the connection pin is riveted in the connection recess in a positive manner and/or the connection pin is cohesively fixed in the connection recess.
End plate of suspension member
There is provided an end plate that includes a through hole that causes an outer wall portion and an inner wall portion to communicate with each other, into which an intruding portion provided in a wheel-side member can intrude, a first press-formed portion formed by depressing in a peripheral edge of the through hole in the inner wall portion. The end plate includes a second press-formed portion arranged in a part of a peripheral edge on the side of a peripheral end of the inner wall portion, which is a remnant of a portion where the first press-formed portion is arranged in the inner wall portion, and formed therein with a protruding portion by protruding a part of the peripheral edge, and a screw hole formed by penetrating through the protruding portion in the second press-formed portion between the outer wall portion and the inner wall portion.
Suspension system
The invention disclosed herein comprises a vehicle having improved suspension systems for wheels, motorized wheels and the seat of the user. The wheel suspension system includes a sleeve housing a non-round core snugly surrounded by an elastomeric shock-absorption material. Since both ends of the sleeve have downstanding arms forming the forks supporting a caster axle, irregularities in the terrain encountered by the caster exert torsion upon the core; embedding the core in elastomeric material dampens the shock. The suspension system for the wheel assembly (including any motorized drive shaft) essentially includes pivot-mounting the wheel assembly (wheel-motor) beneath the chassis frame, so that irregularities in the terrain encountered by the drive wheel cause the wheel assembly to flex inwardly (for bumps) or outwardly (for holes); in the resting position there is an elastomeric bumper or compression spring horizontally mounted adjacent to a stop-plate on the pivoting cradle carrying the wheel assembly (or wheel-motor), so that further inward flexion is dampened. The seat suspension system includes elastomeric bumpers essentially acting as fulcrums, to dampen shock by absorbing it directly and by cantilevering the seat for further shock absorption.
Sway bar clamp
A clamp for securing a link to a bar or a rod in order to accommodate multiple connection points. The clamp or sway bar clamp includes multiple connection points for securing a link to a sway bar. The sway bar clamp goes over the end of the sway bar. It converts a sway bar with one connection point to a sway bar with multiple connection points to adjust flex of the sway bar.
SUSPENSION ADJUSTMENT ASSEMBLY
A suspension strut assembly comprises a suspension strut 10 formed by a strut housing 10a having first and second ends and an outer surface, and a strut rod 10b which is telescopically engaged in the first end of the strut housing 10a. A thread 11a is formed on a sleeve 11 which is slideably engaged on the outside of the strut housing 10a. An anti-roll bar collar 13 is screwingly engaged on the outer surface of the strut housing 10a. The collar 13 has a plate 13a extending outwardly thereof for engaging with an anti-roll bar. An annular spring seat 14 is also screwingly engaged on the outer surface of the strut housing 10b between the collar 13 and the first end of the strut housing 10a. The collar 13 and spring seat 14 are each windable along the housing 10a to vary their longitudinal positions on the housing 10a.

SUSPENSION APPARATUS FOR VEHICLE
The present disclosure relates to a suspension apparatus for a vehicle, the suspension apparatus including an axle carrier to which a wheel is rotatably coupled, a torsion beam axle having a trailing arm coupled to the axle carrier, the torsion beam axle being disposed in a width direction of a vehicle, a spring lower pad coupled to the axle carrier and having a bump stopper, a spring seated on the spring lower pad, and a shock absorber coupled to the axle carrier and disposed to be inclined toward a rear side of the vehicle.
Bushing Assembly
A bushing assembly having a clamping member producing a clamping force acting on a resilient, compressible bushing interposed between respective bridge portions of a housing portion and a support portion. The clamping member is arranged at substantially ninety degrees with respect to the direction in which a clamping force is applied to the resilient, compressible bushing.
