Further, the wedge defines a pinion angle between the wedge upper surface and the pinion angle surface. Moreover, an axle mount with at least one axle mount tooth which matingly engages at least one of the at least one top mount tooth and the at least one wedge tooth is provided.
AIR-SUSPENSION MODULE FOR A RIGID AXLE WITH SIMPLIFIED INSTALLATION
An air-suspension module for a rigid axle including an air-bellows mount and an air-bellows module supported on the air-bellows mount in the operational state of the air-suspension module, the air-bellows module having an air-suspension bellows designed to change its shape and a supporting body connected to the air-suspension bellows, one of the components of the air-bellows mount and the supporting body having a coupling projection protruding along a virtual projection path, which engages with a coupling recess formed at the respectively other component along the projection path, a translatory relative movement of the supporting body being physically limited relative to the air-bellows mount, orthogonally with respect to the projection path and in a direction along the projection path; one of the components of the air-bellows mount and the supporting body having a latching body and the respectively other component of the air-bellows mount and the supporting body having a latching recess such that the latching body is in a form-locking latching engagement with the latching recess, so that a translatory relative movement of the supporting body relative to the air-bellows mount is physically limited in the two opposite directions along the projection path.
Suspension Mount for an Automotive Vehicle
An automotive vehicle mount includes a frame that has a cross beam, a longitudinally extending first side frame rail, and a longitudinally extending second side frame rail. Each of the frame rails includes mounting holes for a suspension system. The automotive vehicle mount further includes a first side mount bracket mounted to the first frame rail and a second side mount bracket mounted to the second frame rail. The automotive vehicle mount further includes a first air bag pivotally mounted to the first side mount bracket to support the cross beam, and a second air bag pivotally mounted to the second side mount bracket to support the cross beam.
Bush for stabilizer
A bush for a stabilizer is configured so that surface pressure at an adhered surface of a hole of the bush is uniform in adhering the bush to a bar of the stabilizer, whereby necessary adhesive strength is obtained. A bush has a body part that includes a rectangular part with a rectangular shape and a curving part having a curved shape at an outer circumferential part thereof. The body part has a side surface part on which a protruding part is formed so as to protrude outwardly. When contained in a U-shaped part of a bracket shown in FIG. 3B, the rectangular part is arranged at a straight line part of the U-shaped part, the curving part is arranged at a circular arc part of the U-shaped part, and the protruding part is pressed toward the body part by an inner surface of the U-shaped part.
Electronically controlled vehicle suspension system and method of manufacture
An air suspension system, comprising a manifold, defining a first and second port, each port defining a receiving region at the second end, wherein the first and second ports are arranged in a common plane, a channel intersecting the first and second port, a cavity intersecting each port, and a pressure sensor port, positioned between the first and second port, defining a sensor insertion axis normal to the common plane, the pressure sensor port separated from the first port, the second port, and the channel by a thickness; a first and second solenoid valve, each solenoid valve arranged within the cavity and coaxially arranged with the first and second ports, each solenoid valve comprising a connector; a pressure sensor arranged within the pressure sensor port, the pressure sensor comprising a connector; and an electronics module arranged parallel the common plane, the electronics module configured to electrically couple to the connectors.
Compressor for shock absorber
A compressor for a shock absorber is provided, including a stretching mechanism and a clamping mechanism. The stretching mechanism includes a first main body and a second main body. The first main body is movably connected with the second main body. The clamping mechanism includes a first abutting assembly and a second abutting assembly which are configured to clamp the shock absorber.
LEAF SPRING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING LEAF SPRING DEVICE
A leaf spring device includes a main leaf made of a steel plate including an elastic section configured to generate elastic force when bent; and an eye section formed in an end portion of the elastic section, the elastic section and the eye section being tempered. There is also provided a method for manufacturing the leaf spring device. The eye section is formed by rolling the end of the elastic section into a circular form. The eye section is tempered at a higher temperature than the elastic section.
