Plant-protection cage with harvesting and produce-rinsing dome
Most of the time, the disclosed plant husbandry and food preparation apparatus encloses a garden plant, such that the plant is protected on all sides from animals. It may comprise a planter in which the plant is grown, a cage that is attached to the lip of the planter, and a dome containing apertures, which is seated atop the cage. The seated dome may be opened, while the dome is still attached to the cage, allowing the gardener to harvest produce. The opened dome is configured for use as a receptacle into which the harvested produce is deposited. The dome is also configured to be effortlessly detachable from the remainder of the apparatus, so that produce within it may be conveniently transported and rinsed. The dome may also be configured to serve as a strainer/steamer basket and as support for an auxiliary irrigation and/or animal deterrence system.

Bottomless in-ground water conservation and contamination prevention garden-plant watering-well
An in-ground plant container with watering-well that is open at both ends and is functional and decorative. The above ground portion in this present embodiment has a round bowl shaped water well and broad rounded lip for ease of gripping and placing in an appropriate sized hole. The bowl of the watering-well keeps the plant container above ground. The bottom, below ground portion, has vertical fins for lateral stability in the soil. This embodiment also has an outer horizontal flange at its base for prevention against vertical lifting due to soil movement and for permanent placement. The above ground portion of the plant container watering-well can be wider than the base and replaces the organic soil-watering-well. This in-ground plant container with watering-well is for conserving water, and the containment of water contaminated by pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers.

PLANT COVER DEVICE WITH TUBULAR SHAPE AND BASE MEMBER AND RELATED METHODS
An IPC device is over a pole in a ground surface adjacent a plant. The IPC device includes an upper end having a sealed apex and partially defining a plant-receiving cavity therein, a lower tubular end opposite the upper end and also partially defining the plant-receiving cavity therein, and a medial seam coupling the upper end and the lower tubular end. The upper end and the lower tubular end each has a major mesh surface. The lower tubular end includes a first end and a second end opposite the first end, the first end being coupled to the medial seam. The lower tubular end also partially defines the plant-receiving cavity therein. The IPC device also includes a curved flexible support carried by the medial seam.
Modular planting system
A modular planting system which includes: an outer planter box having at least one side and being completely open at a top and open at a bottom of the outer planter box; an inner planter box having at least one side and a porous bottom and being completely open at a top of the inner planter box, the inner planter box being sized to fit within the outer planter box such that when the inner planter box is inserted within the outer planter box, a top edge of the at least one side of the inner planter box is at least at a same height as a top edge of the at least one side of the outer planter box; wherein the outer planter box and inner planter box comprise a first module of the modular planting system.
Plant protection/deer exclusion enclosure
A plant protection/deer exclusion enclosure includes a segment of fencing formed into an overlapping spiral configuration to define a variable diameter enclosed cylindrical volume that protects a plant from browsing or rubbing by deer. The overlapping spiral configuration is characterized by the first column of rectangular openings of the fencing being positioned radially outside, and in superimposed alignment with, the last column of rectangular openings. A plurality of fasteners contact both the first and second side wires of the rectangular openings in both the first column and the second column to provide structural integrity, especially in the attachment portion, of the enclosed cylindrical volume.
Planter Cover Apparatus
A planter cover apparatus for a plant and pot, the apparatus includes a surrounding sidewall that has first and second end portions, plus removably engagable first and second margin portions that all act to define a primary interior that the plant is disposed within. The first and second margins form a first aperture and a sidewall first end with an elastic band forms a second aperture that is about the pot. Also included is an extension element having proximal and opposing distal end portions wherein the extension element is affixed to the sidewall with the extension element secured to the pot. Wherein operationally, the elastic band removably engages the pot and the extension element provides support for the sidewall about the plant resulting in protection of the plant from adverse weather, further operationally the cover apparatus is removable from the plant via the first aperture or the second aperture.

Plant cover device with upper end and lower tubular end and related methods
A plant cover device may include an enclosure having an upper end, a lower tubular end opposite the upper end, and a medial seam coupling the upper end and the lower tubular end. The upper end may include panels coupled together to partially define a plant-receiving cavity therein. Each of the panels may have a major mesh surface, and a panel seam extending along a peripheral edge of the major mesh surface, adjacent panels being coupled together at respective panel seams. The lower tubular end may include a major mesh surface and having a first end and a second end opposite the first end, the first end being coupled to the medial seam. The lower tubular end may also partially define the plant-receiving cavity therein. The enclosure may have a curved flexible support carried by the medial seam, and a pole extending vertically from a surface to an apex of the enclosure.
