Fastening Module and Filter System
A fastening module for connecting a filter system to an arched connecting surface with openings for a fluid has a connecting housing connectable in fluid communication to the filter system. Rigid individual channel pieces are arranged in the connecting housing and channels extend in the channel pieces. The channels correspond with the openings in the arched connecting surface. The channel pieces have connecting flanges to be connected to the openings in the arched connecting surface. The channel pieces are connected by flexible connecting regions with each other; with the connecting housing; or with each other and with the connecting housing. The fastening module is connected in fluid communication to the inlet region or outlet region of the filter system. A filter module for the filter system has substantially free intake across its cross section and enables an intake manifold-type distribution of a volume flow passing through the filter element.
VEHICLE AIR CONDITIONING DEVICE
A vehicle air conditioning device having a split housing structure includes: a front housing disposed in a compartment of a vehicle; a heat exchanger disposed in the front housing, a rear housing disposed in an engine room or a motor room of the vehicle; a firewall through which the front housing is connected with the rear housing; an inlet; a blower disposed in the rear housing; an evaporator configured to refrigerate air; upper and lower mixing doors disposed in an up to down direction on a downstream of the evaporator; a first plate member disposed between the upper and lower mixing doors; a second plate member disposed on a downstream of the heat exchanger; an upper outlet; and a lower outlet. The first plate member divides the airflow from the evaporator, and the upper and lower mixing doors each guides the airflow to selectively flow through the heat exchanger.
Hose alignment subassemblies
Subassemblies for air conditioners and other mechanical systems, and methods of assembling the same. In some embodiments, the subassemblies facilitate the proper installation, alignment, and servicing of hoses leading to and from thermal expansion valves in air conditioning and refrigeration systems. The subassemblies can be particularly helpful when installing thermal expansion valves in areas that are hard to reach or of limited space.
Air conditioner
An air conditioner for air conditioning a vehicle interior of a motor vehicle, comprising a coolant connection, a refrigerant connection, a condensed water connection, and an air supply channel connection which are each arranged in a front coupling plate and are surrounded by a circumferential seal.
VEHICLE AIR CONDITIONER
A present disclosure relates to a vehicle air conditioner including a blower. At least the blower is disposed within an engine compartment. The blower includes a motor that is configured to rotate a fan. A rotating shaft of the motor is diagonally arranged with an inclination angle that is greater than 0 degree and less than 90 degrees with respect to a vertical direction. An attachable/detachable direction of the motor with respect to the blower-is an upper side thereof.
Air conditioner for vehicle
An air conditioner for a vehicle includes: a case having an air passage; a heat exchanger having a core portion in which heat is exchanged between air and a heat medium; a support portion provided in the case to support a lower portion of the heat exchanger; and a cushioning material interposed between the lower portion of the heat exchanger and the support portion. The lower portion of the heat exchanger has a pipe side adjacent to an inflow pipe or an outflow pipe for the heat medium and an opposite-to-pipe side located on an opposite side of the pipe side. The support portion includes a pipe side support that supports the pipe side, and an opposite-to-pipe side support that supports the opposite-to-pipe side. A surface area of the opposite-to-pipe side support in contact with the cushioning material is larger than that of the pipe side support.
HEAT EXCHANGER
A heat exchanger has a structure in which a heat exchanger main body through which coolant flows is obliquely installed in a box-shaped enclosure, the heat exchanger main body is constituted by a header pipe and a plurality of heat transfer pipes connected to the header pipe and disposed at predetermined intervals along a surface of a part of the header pipe, the header pipe has an area adjacent to an inner surface of the enclosure, and a seal section is provided between the inner surface of the enclosure and the area of the header pipe adjacent to the enclosure.
AIR CONDITIONER WITH PIPE SUPPORT
According to the disclosed air conditioner with a pipe support, both a seat member and a holder member are provided by a base portion and a cover portion. The seat member is provided by the base end portion and the cover end portion. The holder member is provided by the base depression portion and the cover depression portion. The holder member is positioned behind the seat member and supports the end pipes. The base portion and the cover portion are connected by a connecting mechanism. Behind the seat member, the holder member supports the end pipes, so that the end pipes are held stably.
ATV air heat exchanger with mounting structure and linkage
An off road vehicle has an air heater with right and left shells surrounding and supporting a core, with the right and left shells connected by screws extending through ears on one of the shells into bosses on the other shell. Dual air control plates are mounted in the shell on a shaft for pivoting movement. An actuator is linked to the shaft by a swing arm with a guide pin riding in an arced slot of a drive plate rotationally secured to the shaft. The right and left shells are secured to the vehicle using a resilient compressible grommet, with a bushing extending through the grommet and a bolt extending through the bushing and attached into the frame.
Fastening system for a vehicle component housing
A vehicle component housing, such as for an air filtration assembly, includes a first shell having a mount defining a retention feature, and a second shell having a flange. A fastener has a hooked region rotatably supported by the mount and configured to selectively mate with the retention feature to retain the fastener in a disengaged position. The fastener has a locking member configured to mate with the flange to retain the fastener in an engaged position. The fastener may be a spring clip fastener.
