An air conditioning system for mounting on a vehicle roof includes a condenser module and an evaporator module. The condensor module includes an inlet for receiving a compressed fluid, a heat exchanger for condensing the fluid and transferring heat from the fluid, and an outlet for releasing the condensed fluid. The evaporator module includes a deformable base for placement on the roof, that conforms to the roof's curvature. The evaporator module also includes an inlet receiving the cooled condensed fluid from the condensor outlet, an expansion valve for vaporizing the fluid, a heat exchanger for transferring heat to the vaporized fluid, and an outlet for returning the heated vaporized fluid to the condenser module via a compressor. The evaporator module also includes an interchangeable end plate connected to an end of the base, which maintains the base in a shape that conforms to the curvature of the roof.

A vehicle front portion structure comprising: a dash panel that extends in a vehicle transverse direction at a front portion of a vehicle and that partitions a vehicle cabin interior and a vehicle cabin exterior; a protruding portion that is formed by making a center of the dash panel in the vehicle transverse direction protrude towards the front of the vehicle; and a deforming component that is disposed in a vehicle cabin exterior space in front of the protruding portion, and can be deformed by receiving an impact from the front of the vehicle.

The present invention relates to a vehicle heat exchange module, and more particularly, to a vehicle heat exchange module, in which a plate-shaped manifold is applied, heat exchange components are disposed on a bracket including a bottom portion and a wall portion, and the heat exchange components are separated at front and rear sides based on the wall portion, such that the vehicle heat exchange module may be miniaturized, advantageous in terms of NVH, and easily mounted in a vehicle body.

An air conditioner for a recreational vehicle is provided. The air conditioner includes an indoor base panel configured to mount to the ceiling of the recreational vehicle. The indoor base panel includes a first flexible latch on a first side of the indoor base panel and a second flexible latch on a second side of the indoor base panel opposite the first side. The air conditioner also includes an indoor grille removably coupled to the indoor base panel by the first flexible latch and the second flexible latch.

A vehicle includes a duct in fluid communication with a cabin of the vehicle and a heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) system including a housing and an outlet configured to expel conditioned air from the housing, the HVAC system movable relative to the vehicle between an engaged state having the outlet fluidly coupled with the duct and a disengaged state having the outlet decoupled from the duct.

Disclosed herein is an air conditioning system for a vehicle which includes an air-conditioning module having an air-conditioning case, which has a cold air passageway and a warm air passageway partitioned from each other, and a blower unit, and an indoor air inflow duct for introducing indoor air of the interior of the vehicle into the blower unit, wherein an outlet of the air-conditioning case and an inlet of the indoor air inflow port are arranged to be adjacent to each other, so that the air conditioning system for a vehicle can be installed through just one through hole part formed in a dash panel, thereby enhancing assemblability and reducing weight and an installation cost.

A heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) module, for a HVAC system, mountable to a work machine, the HVAC module comprising a housing having at least one air outlet and at least one air inlet communicable with ducting on the work machine for conveying air into and out of the operator cab of the work machine. The module also includes a mounting assembly for pivotably attaching the housing to the work machine. The housing is moveable between an operating position where the outlet and inlet are in contact with a ducting interface on the work machine, and a maintenance position, where the housing is pivoted upwards to disconnect from ducting interface of the work machine to allow access to underlying components of the work machine.

A heater device has a heater body and a heater case. The heater body has a heat generating part generating heat and radiates the heat supplied from the heat generating part. The heater case is attached to an interior member provided in an interior and houses the heater body, such that an interior-side surface of the heater body is located on a back side of the interior member. The heater case is provided with a ventilation passage through which a space outside the heater case located on the back side of the interior member communicates with the interior-side surface of the heater body.

A vehicle air conditioning apparatus includes an air conditioning case including a case body having a case opening that is open to an air conditioning opening, and a case cover that can open and close the case opening. The case cover can be attached/detached to/from the case body via the air conditioning opening outside of the vehicle interior. An evaporator and a heater can be attached/detached to/from the case body via the air conditioning opening outside of the vehicle interior, while the case cover is removed from the case body to open the case opening.
