HVAC-MODULE
An HVAC module may include an air path through which air is flowable, an evaporator, and a heater. The evaporator and the heater may subdivide the air path into a main path and a side path. The main path may pass through the evaporator and the heater. The side path may branch off from the main path upstream of the evaporator and may open into the main path downstream of the heater. The side path may be fluidically connected to the main path between the evaporator and the heater. A first valve flap may be arranged in the air path and may be adjustable to a closed position and to an open position. A second valve flap may be arranged in the air path and may be adjustable to a first position, to a second position, and to a third position.
Vehicle HVAC System
A heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system for a vehicle. The HVAC system includes an airflow inlet case defining a fresh air inlet and a recirculation air inlet. The airflow inlet case includes an evaporator and a filter both aligned with an axis of rotation of a blower configured to draw airflow through the airflow inlet case into a heater case. The recirculation air inlet faces the heater case. The airflow inlet case is configured to be mounted on an engine side of a vehicle firewall such that the recirculation air inlet is at the firewall.
Vehicle Under Mounted HVAC Container
A container for mounting under a vehicle floor, the container comprising: a plurality of side walls, wherein the plurality of side walls have a plurality of openings; a top wall is attached to a top portion of the plurality of side walls, wherein the top wall is attached to the vehicle floor; a removable floor is attached to a bottom portion of the plurality of side walls; a cavity defined by the plurality of side walls, the top wall, and the floor, wherein the cavity contains an HVAC apparatus. The container further comprising: a plurality of ducts comprising a plurality of first ends connected to the plurality of openings in the plurality of side walls; and, a plurality of second ends connected to a plurality of outputs; wherein air from the HVAC apparatus flows through the plurality of ducts from the plurality of openings to the plurality of outputs.
HEAT EXCHANGER MODULE AND A HOUSING THEREFOR
A housing for configuring a compact heat exchanger module includes separate fluid flow conduits integrally formed on at least one wall thereof and connected to at least one inlet and at least one outlet of at least one heat exchanger disposed within the housing. The separate fluid flow conduits configures at least a part of the heat exchange circuit that facilitates passage of fluid cooled/heated by the at least one heat exchanger through at least one region to be cooled/heated to extract/reject heat there-from/thereto and return heated/cooled fluid back to the at least one heat exchanger for cooling/heating thereof.
Heating Module for a Heating System of a Habitable Vehicle
Disclosed is a heating module (12) for a heating system (10) of a habitable vehicle, the module comprising: a module housing (36) having an air inlet opening (56) and an air outlet opening (58); an air conduction element (76) which is accommodated in the module housing (36), has multiple conduction sections (92, 94, 96), and is connected to the air inlet opening (56) and the air outlet opening (58); and at least one heating element (110, 112; 210, 212), said heating element (110, 112; 210, 212) being designed to heat air flowing from the air inlet opening (56) to the air outlet opening (58).
Compressor module, air conditioning device for vehicle and compressor module manufacturing method
A compressor module, as a component of a refrigerant cycle device, is attached to a casing that houses a refrigeration cycle device. The compressor module includes a compressor that compresses refrigerant, a supporting member that supports the compressor, a vibration-reducing rubber body that is attached to the supporting member, ancillary equipment that is added to the compressor, a base supporting the supporting member via the vibration-reducing rubber body and supporting the ancillary equipment with a portion of the base other than the portion supporting the supporting member.
Equipment for controlling the temperature of a passenger compartment of a vehicle, in particular an electric vehicle
A temperature control equipment (3) for a vehicle, in particular an electric vehicle, enables an aerothermic adjustment of an airflow to be distributed in a passenger compartment (H) of the vehicle. The temperature control equipment (3) includes at least one heat treatment module (8), capable of heat-treating the airflow, and a distribution module (9), capable of distributing the airflow to the passenger compartment (H). The heat treatment module (8) comprises a single means (21) for heating the airflow to be distributed in the passenger compartment (H), which consists of an electric radiator (21).
Roof Top Air Conditioner Unit, Methods for Producing, Assembling and Installing the Roof Top Air Conditioner Unit and Vehicle with the Roof Top Air Conditioner Unit
A roof top air conditioner unit for a vehicle, in particular a recreational vehicle, wherein the roof top air conditioner at least in part is made of expanded polypropylene (EPP). At least one stabilizing and/or connecting element of the roof top air conditioner unit is mold in the section of the roof top air conditioner unit made of EPP. Furthermore, the present invention refers to a method for producing, assembling and installing such roof top air conditioner units and a vehicle having such a roof top air conditioner assembly.
MOTOR VEHICLE WITH SPACE SAVING HEATING, VENTILATION AND AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE
A motor vehicle includes a motor compartment, a passenger compartment and a firewall separating the motor compartment from the passenger compartment. The motor vehicle also includes a heating, ventilation and air conditioning system. That heating, ventilation and air conditioning system includes an HVAC inlet subassembly and an HVAC air distribution subassembly in the passenger compartment and a transition duct in the motor compartment directing an airstream from the HVAC inlet subassembly to the HVAC air distribution subassembly.
