VEHICLE HEATING DEVICE, AND VEHICLE PROVIDED WITH VEHICLE HEATING DEVICE
A target thermal sensation setter sets target thermal sensations for a finite number of parts into which the occupant is virtually divided. A cabin temperature controller individually controls a cabin air-conditioning unit and an auxiliary heater so that the thermal sensations of the respective parts of the occupant estimated by an occupant thermal sensation estimator fall within a range of the target thermal sensations.
VEHICLE TEMPERATURE CONTROL SYSTEM AND METHOD OF CONTROLLING THE SAME
A vehicle temperature control system includes: an air conditioning unit configured to cool and heat an interior of a vehicle; a first thermoelectric module mounted in a steering wheel of the vehicle and configured to be selectively heated or cooled; a second thermoelectric module mounted in a seat of the vehicle and configured to be selectively heated or cooled; and an integrated control unit configured to integrally control the air conditioning unit, the first thermoelectric module, and the second thermoelectric module, thereby obtaining an advantageous effect of improving temperature control efficiency and energy efficiency.
VEHICLE COMPARTMENT TEMPERATURE CONTROL DEVICE
A vehicle compartment temperature control device includes: a first interior member including a temperature control mechanism layer that can adjust the temperature of a leg of the occupant in a first region, that is, a front portion and the like. The vehicle compartment temperature control device also includes a second interior member disposed above the first interior member and including a temperature control mechanism layer in a second region, that is, a steering and the like that can adjust the temperature of a part above the leg and is different from the temperature control mechanism layer in the first region. The vehicle compartment temperature control device also includes an ECU. The ECU performs control such that the temperature of the temperature control mechanism layer in the first region is higher than the temperature of the temperature control mechanism layer in the second region.
TEMPERATURE CONTROL LAYER
A temperature control layer, for example for an interior trim of a vehicle or a vehicle part is disclosed. The temperature control layer includes an areal thermoelectrical temperature control arrangement with at least one thermoelectrical element and an air extraction arrangement with at least one air extraction duct. The at least one air extraction duct leads from an outside of the temperature control layer through the temperature control arrangement to an inside of the temperature control layer.
HEATER ASSEMBLY
A heater assembly includes a base panel; a heating member disposed behind the base panel opposite a heating target space; a thermal conductive film having a film shape, attached to an outer surface facing the heating target space of the base panel, and transmitting heat of the heating member to the outer surface of the base panel by having an end portion extending behind the base panel and coupled to the heating member; and a shield layer preventing the thermal conductive film from being directly exposed to the heating target space by being attached to an outer surface facing the heating target space of the thermal conductive film.
RADIATION HEATER FOR VEHICLE
A radiation heater for a vehicle includes a plurality of heating layers spaced apart from each other by a predetermined division pattern on a substrate made of an insulating material, and a pair of electrodes attached to each heating layer. In addition, the pair of electrodes include a center electrode attached to a central portion of the heating layer, and a peripheral electrode attached to a portion of the heating layer adjacent to an edge thereof. The plurality of heating layers are made of a carbon-family material or carbon-based material, and the center electrode and the peripheral electrode are also made of a carbon-family material or carbon-based material.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A HEATING MAT FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE
A method for manufacturing a heating mat for a motor vehicle. The method includes the following steps: providing a heating ply having a deformable structure and two heating elements inserted into the structure, said two heating elements being separated by a deformation area of the structure; stacking the heating ply between an upper layer and a lower layer, wherein at least one of the heating ply and the upper and lower layers includes a thermoformable material; assembling the stack by at least one fastening rod; and thermoforming the stack thus assembled, so as to secure the heating ply and the upper and lower layers into a single piece; and stretching the deformation area in the stacking direction.
POSITIVE TEMPERATURE COEFFICIENT HEATERS AND RADIANT APPLICATIONS THEREOF
A heating apparatus is provided. The heating apparatus includes a positive temperature coefficient (PTC) heating element and a power controller configured to generate and apply a pulse width modified signal to the PTC heating element. The power controller is configured to vary a current of the pulse width modified signal linearly with respect to a temperature of a space being heated by the PTC heating element.
PANEL FOR A SEAT ELEMENT
A back panel of a motor vehicle seat includes, on its visible external back side, a thermal layer.
MOVING BODY CONTROL APPARATUS
There is provided with a moving body control apparatus. An image capturing unit captures a periphery of a moving body through a transmitting portion. A heater is capable of heating the transmitting portion. An air-conditioning unit switches an air-conditioning state in the moving body between an inside air circulation state and an outside air introduction state. A control unit controls the heater. The control unit increases an output of the heater during the operation in the case in which the air-conditioning state is set to the inside air circulation state so that the output of the heater will be larger than the output of the heater in the case in which the air-conditioning state is set to the outside air introduction state.
