Air conditioning system for motor-vehicles
An air conditioning system for motor-vehicles includes a thermally controlled expansion valve unit for regulating the expansion of the fluid upstream of the evaporator, depending upon the temperature downstream of the evaporator. An intermediate heat exchanger provides a heat exchange between the conduit upstream of the evaporator and the conduit downstream of the evaporator. The expansion valve unit is arranged in such a way that its temperature sensor detects a temperature of the fluid along the conduit downstream of the evaporator at a portion of this conduit which is located downstream also with respect to the intermediate heat exchanger. A connecting flange is interposed between the evaporator and the thermally controlled expansion valve unit.

The present invention relates to an air conditioner system, in which an air-cooled condenser mounted on a refrigerant circulation line between a water-cooled condenser and an expansion valve and a blower fan for blowing air to the air-cooled condenser are arranged at one side of the water-cooled condenser in a state of being disposed in a row in the air flow direction and are arranged within the width of the one side of the water-cooled condenser, thereby enabling the enhancement of installability and assemblability inside an engine room by simplifying and reducing the package, reducing noise of the blower fan and securing adequate cooling performance because of the blower fan disposed between two air-cooled heat exchangers even when inflowing air is insufficient, such as in an idling condition.
EJECTOR-TYPE REFRIGERATION CYCLE
An ejector-type refrigeration cycle includes an ejector module integrated with a gas-liquid separation device. A length of an inlet pipe that connects a liquid-phase refrigerant outflow port of an ejector module to a refrigerant inflow port of an evaporator is shorter than a length of a suction pipe that connects a gas-phase refrigerant outflow port of the ejector module to a suction port of the compressor.

A vehicle heat pump system is provided. The system includes a battery coolant line connected to a battery module and into which a coolant flows. A cooling device includes a radiator and a first water pump connected to a coolant line, to circulate a coolant in the coolant line to cool electrical equipment, and to be selectively connected to the battery coolant line via a first valve. A chiller is disposed in the battery coolant line, to be connected to a refrigerant line of an air conditioner via a connecting line, and to adjust a temperature of a coolant or a refrigerant by selectively exchanging heat between the coolant and refrigerant flowing into the chiller. An integrated control valve is connected to the refrigerant line and the connecting line to adjust a refrigerant flow direction and to selectively expand a refrigerant passing through the inside of the integrated control valve.

Systems and methods for lubricant management of a compressor in an HVACR system are disclosed. A heat transfer circuit can utilize a working fluid to provide heating or cooling includes a compressor for compressing the working fluid and a heat source configured to increase a suction temperature of the working fluid entering the compressor. One or more lubricant rheological properties in a compressor system based on measurements taken at or near a bearing cavity of the compressor are determinable. A lubricant reservoir can be in thermal communication with a discharge flow path of the compressor. An internal heat exchanger can be disposed within a compressor for improving viscosity of the lubricant to be cycled back into the compressor. A heater can be located on a fluid line between a lubricant separator and a lubricant inlet. Condenser fans can be controlled.

Device for a climate control system of a motor vehicle. The device includes a refrigeration circuit with a compressor for the two-stage compression of the refrigerant and injection of refrigerant at an intermediate pressure level, at least one heat exchanger operated as a condenser/gas cooler, a first internal heat exchanger, at least a first heat exchanger operated as an evaporator, which is situated upstream from a first expansion element in the flow direction of the refrigerant, as well as a first flow path and a second flow path, each of which extends from a branching point to the compressor. The refrigeration circuit is designed with a second internal heat exchanger. The first internal heat exchanger is arranged at least with a low-pressure side inside the first flow path and the second internal heat exchanger is arranged at least with an intermediate pressure side inside the second flow path.

A plate-type heat exchanger including a body plate, an upper plate, and a lower plate. The body plate includes a plurality of alternately stacked plates, a space between the plurality of plates having a first heat exchange passage through which a first refrigerant of high temperature and high pressure flows, and a second heat exchange passage through which a second refrigerant of low temperature and low pressure flows. A heat exchange between the first refrigerant and the second refrigerant is performed in the body plate. The upper plate is bonded to a front side of the body plate and having a first inlet hole through which the first refrigerant is introduced and a first outlet hole through which the second refrigerant is discharged. The lower plate is bonded to a rear side of the body plate and having a second inlet hole through which the second refrigerant is introduced and a second outlet hole through which the first refrigerant is discharged.

A heat pump system for air conditioning a vehicle, in particular an electric or hybrid vehicle, includes an air conditioning unit which has an air conditioning evaporator and a heating heat exchanger, for air conditioning a passenger compartment of the vehicle. A condenser transmits heat from a refrigeration circuit into a coolant circuit, and a chiller transmits heat from the coolant circuit into the refrigeration circuit. The coolant circuit has two branches which are parallel to one another downstream of a low temperature cooler, namely a heating branch which can be shut off and in which the condenser and the heating heat exchanger are arranged, and a cooling branch, in which the chiller and a low temperature heat exchanger for cooling a vehicle component are arranged. The low temperature cooler, the condenser and the heating heat exchanger are connected in series with respect to one another. The heat pump system has a plurality of operating modes.

A heat exchanger for a motor vehicle that includes at least two flat tubes and at least two corrugated fins. The flat tubes and the corrugated fins are stacked alternately one above the other in a height direction (HR) to form a stack.
