Air register assembly

An air register assembly may include a vent housing having an outlet, an inlet, and a body portion disposed therebetween. The body portion may include a first portion disposed adjacent to the inlet, and a second portion that is wider than the first portion disposed adjacent to the outlet. At least one panel may be slideably coupled to the first portion of the vent housing between extended and retracted positions. The at least one panel may be substantially disposed within the first portion of the vent housing when the at least one panel is in the retracted position, and further wherein the at least one panel may be substantially disposed within the second portion of the vent housing when the at least one panel is in the extended position.

An air outlet assembly for airflow in a vehicle interior is disclosed. The air outlet assembly may comprise a housing providing an outlet, a vertical guide assembly to guide airflow toward the outlet, and a diverter to guide airflow through the outlet. The diverter may to direct air from an inlet of the housing to the vertical guide assembly. The vertical guide assembly may comprise a set of vertical guides that pass through the diverter. The diverter may surround the set of vertical guides. The diverter may comprise a rear portion between an inlet of the housing and the set of vertical guides and a front portion between the set of vertical guides and the outlet. The diverter may translate relative to the set of vertical guides; the set of vertical guides may rotate relative to the diverter.

Outlet device

An outlet device is provided. In operation, the outlet device generates an outlet flow and includes: a housing with an inner surface forming a channel which extends between an air inlet orifice and an air outlet orifice, a first air-directing surface which together with a first inner surface section forms a first air channel, a second air-directing surface which lies contrary to the first air-directing surface and which together with a second inner surface section forms a second air channel, a first flap which is pivotable around a first adjustment axis which runs transversely the housing centerline and a second flap which is pivotable around a second adjustment axis which runs transversely the housing centerline, an adjustment device which comprises a control device and a coupling device, wherein the coupling device is actuatable by the control device and couples the pivoting motions of the first flap and the second flap.

Outlet device

An outlet device for ventilating a vehicle interior by generating an outlet flow, the outlet device including: a housing with an inner housing surface, a central body which is rotatably mounted on the housing, wherein the central body has a first air-guide surface for generating a first partial volume flow and a second air-guide surface for generating a second partial volume flow, wherein the second air-guide surface lies contrary to the first air-guide surface, and a first arrangement of fins and a second arrangement of fins, wherein the fins of the first and second arrangement of fins are rotatably mounted on the central body and wherein the vertical fins of the first arrangement extend from the first air-guide surface and the fins of the second arrangement extend from the second air-guide surface.

Vent unit for vehicle

A vent unit includes a bezel installed on a vehicle and formed in a ring shape with a flow hole at the center, and a spacer overlapping and coupled to the bezel and formed in a ring shape rotating relative to the bezel. The bezel has a plurality of first through-holes circumferentially spaced apart from one another, and the spacer has a plurality of second through-holes circumferentially spaced apart from one another such that conditioning air is discharged to an interior through the second through-holes and the first through-holes when the second through-holes are aligned with the first through-holes by circumferential rotation. The vent unit further includes a wing disposed in the flow hole of the bezel and coupled to the spacer through a hinge shaft. The wing controls discharge of conditioning air through the flow hole by axially rotating, and circumferentially relatively rotating together with the spacer.

An air vent control system comprises a directional air flow component mounted on a first axis within a first housing, and a second housing defining an inner space in which the first housing is mounted. A first motor moves the directional air flow component to an angular position within the first housing, and a second motor pivots the first housing contained within the second housing. A front and rear opening allows air flow in a direction from the rear opening to the front opening. A controller sets the angular position of the directional air flow component on the first axis, and the angular position of the first housing on the second axis. The respective positions of the directional air flow component relative to the first housing and the first housing relative to the second housing selectively regulate the direction of airflow discharged.

The present disclosure provides an air vent device for a vehicle, which may be mounted with an upper rear wing and a lower rear wing within an air duct to be linearly movable along the front-rear direction, and be rotatably mounted with an upper air guide wing and a lower air guide wing at the front end portions of the upper rear wing and the lower rear wing, thereby controlling the wind direction of the air downward while the upper air guide wing rotates downward when the upper rear wing moves forward, or controlling the wind direction of the air upward while the lower air guide wing rotates upward when the lower rear wing moves forward.

VEHICLE REGISTER ASSEMBLY

A vehicle register assembly includes a register duct that has an end opening and the register duct directs air. A housing is coupled to the register duct proximate the end opening. A barrel is disposed within the housing and defines an upstream aperture and a downstream aperture. A plurality of vanes includes individual vanes and the individual vanes extend in a first direction between first opposing sides of the barrel. A linking vane is coupled to each of the individual vanes and extends between second opposing sides of the barrel. The linking vane includes a guide body that extends upstream from the plurality of vanes.
