Window assembly
A light-weight unitary window assembly for recreational vehicles and trailers. The window assembly uses a two piece design that seats within the wall or door opening and incorporates a fixed window pane integrally molded into one of the polymer frame halves. The window assembly also uses a plurality of weep holes that extend through the frame halves to vacate water from the window assembly to the exterior of the vehicle or trailer wall. In an exemplary embodiment, the window assembly also includes a sliding window pane that slides along a peripheral track and securely seats in a closed position using a plurality of contact pads to prevent window chatter. The window assembly also includes an integrated latch mechanism to secure the sliding pane.
Window assembly

OPENING AND CLOSING CONTROL DEVICE
An opening/closing control device controls movement of an opening/closing body. The opening/closing control device includes an entrapment detection sensor configured to perform entrapment detection in a closing movement of the opening/closing body, a pulse generator configured to generate pulses in accordance with a movement speed of the opening/closing body, and a control unit configured to determine that the opening/closing body has reached a fully-closed position when the entrapment detection sensor detects entrapment after the pulses generated by the pulse generator indicates that movement of the opening/closing body has stopped.
OPENING AND CLOSING CONTROL DEVICE
An opening/closing control device controls movement of an opening/closing body. The opening/closing control device includes an entrapment detection sensor configured to perform entrapment detection in a closing movement of the opening/closing body, a pulse generator configured to generate pulses in accordance with a movement speed of the opening/closing body, and a control unit configured to determine that the opening/closing body has reached a fully-closed position when the entrapment detection sensor detects entrapment after the pulses generated by the pulse generator indicates that movement of the opening/closing body has stopped.

SIDE MOUNTED SLIDING WINDOW
A sliding window assembly for a vehicle includes a window frame having a top rail portion coupled to a bottom rail portion by side rail portions. The top rail portion has a shorter length than the bottom rail portion. A fixed window is attached to the window. A sliding window is mounted in a sliding sash. The sliding sash is moveable relative to the fixed window. The sliding sash includes a top sash portion coupled to a bottom sash portion by side sash portions. The top sash portion has a shorter length than the bottom sash portion. A removable track assembly is attached to the top rail portion. At least one bearing is attached to the top sash portion of the sliding window sash. The at least one bearing is slidingly engaged with the removable track supporting the sliding sash over an entire travel range between open and closed positions preventing tilting of the sliding sash relative to the window frame.

The top sash portion has a shorter length than the bottom sash portion. A removable track assembly is attached to the top rail portion. At least one bearing is attached to the top sash portion of the sliding window sash. The at least one bearing is slidingly engaged with the removable track supporting the sliding sash over an entire travel range between open and closed positions preventing tilting of the sliding sash relative to the window frame.
Vehicle window assembly
A window assembly is disclosed for a vehicle having a window regulator rail and a window carrier configured to shift along the window regulator rail. The window assembly includes a glass panel having a mounting end and a clip assembly fixed to the mounting end of the glass panel. The clip assembly is configured to be fixed to the window carrier and includes a clip body defined by a first end configured to engage the window carrier and an opposing second end defining a channel. The clip assembly also includes a retainer arranged in the channel and configured to accept and position the glass panel mounting end inside the channel. The clip assembly additionally includes an adhesive configured to fill the channel and cure therein after the mounting end of the glass panel has been positioned inside the channel. A vehicle door having such a window assembly is also disclosed.
