Vehicle door of the flush type
A vehicle door comprising a mount, a encapsulated fixed window module, a movable window, and a sliding joint, the windows comprising outer surfaces which are aligned with each other as well as with an outer surface of a first trim attached to the first ascending strand and fixed to the first ascending post, and an outer surface of a second trim attached to the second ascending strand and fixed to the ascending profile.
Vehicle
The vehicle includes a side door with a window, an antenna, and a bracket. The side door includes an outer panel located downward from the window and a door frame extending along the perimeter of the window. The antenna is fixed by double-sided adhesive tape on an outer face of a section of the door frame that extends in the up-down direction. The bracket is attached to the side door, and faces a cable extending downward from the antenna. The bracket has a cable opening through which the cable passes, between the bracket and the door frame. The cable opening has a shape through which the antenna cannot pass.
Component arrangement and method for producing the component arrangement
A component arrangement includes a first sheet metal profile part and a second sheet metal profile, each first and second profile parts having respective flanges and being arranged relative to each other so that the respective flanges overlap, wherein the first and second profile parts are connected to each at the respective flanges via a laser welding connection, which extends over a welding seam length, wherein the laser welding connection is formed by at least two welding seams which extend parallel and at a distance to each other.
Door sash structure
A door sash structure according to an embodiment includes a sash, a mirror attachment member, and an outer reinforcement attachment member. The sash is configured to guide a front end edge of a door glass of a vehicle while the door glass moves upward or downward. The mirror attachment member is configured to allow a door mirror to be attached thereto, and is fixed to the sash. The outer reinforcement attachment member is configured to allow at least one of a door outer panel and an outer reinforcement extending along the door glass on a side of the door glass adjacent to an outside of the vehicle to be attached thereto, and is fixed to an outer surface of the mirror attachment member that faces the outside of the vehicle, and separated from the sash.
Vehicle door
A door assembly for a vehicle is provided. The door assembly includes an inner panel and an outer panel which are joined together to define a central space therebetween. The central space has a front which faces towards the front of a vehicle and a back which faces towards a back of the vehicle. Both the inner and outer panels are made of aluminum, and at least one reinforcement beam made of steel is disposed in the central space between the aluminum inner and outer panels to provide the door assembly with increased impact resistance.
Fastening arrangement for mounting a decorative cover and/or a window guide on a vehicle door
A fastening arrangement is disclosed for mounting a decorative cover or a window guide on a vehicle door having a material section associated with a decorative cover or a window guide and another material section is associated with a vehicle door. A connector configured as a connection clip connects the material sections. The connection clip positions the material sections in a form-fitting manner relative to one another in at least one direction.
FRAMELESS DOOR FOR VEHICLE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THEREOF
A frameless door for a vehicle and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The frameless door includes a fixed glass coupled to a door frame of a vehicle, an elastic member mounted to enclose an upper edge of the fixed glass, a glass run configured to guide upward and downward movements of a moving glass with respect to the fixed glass, and a division channel accommodating the glass run therein while the glass run and the elastic member are mounted to the fixed glass, and configured to slidingly move in a vertical direction to fix a location of the fixed glass to the door frame.
GLASS RUN FOR AUTOMOBILE DOOR
Disclosed is a glass run in which a cover is not easily detached from a window frame, thereby ensuring safety and good appearance, while reducing the number of components and costs. A protruding portion 25 protruding in a longitudinal direction of a vehicle along an upper part of a window frame 3 is provided at a corner 27 of a glass run 1. The protruding portion 25 includes an outer cover 25a covering an outside, in a widthwise direction of a vehicle, of an angled portion A of the window frame 3, an inner cover 25b covering an inside, in the widthwise direction of the vehicle, of the angled portion A, and a connecting portion 25c connecting the outer cover 25a and the inner cover 25b to each other. The connecting portion 25c is inserted in, and assembled to, a notch 3e of the window frame 3.
Fixed window glass having resin frame body, and method for manufacturing same
A fixed window glass assembly with a resin frame, wherein the resin frame is attached to a peripheral edge portion of a fixed window glass to be mounted to a vehicle and has a guide portion for guiding an elevating window glass, the resin frame is formed of an integrally molded product including a harder portion and a softer portion covering the harder portion, the harder portion being formed in a U-character shape in section to wrap the peripheral edge portion of the fixed window glass in a thickness direction thereof. The harder portion includes a buffer portion at a part of the peripheral edge portion of the fixed window glass to buffer stresses to be generated between the fixed window glass and the resin frame.
GLASS RUN
A glass run includes at least one of: an exterior sub-lip formed so as to project obliquely from an interior side of the exterior side wall that is closer to the bottom wall than a base portion of the exterior seal lip; an interior sub-lip formed so as to project obliquely in a direction toward a base portion of the interior seal lip from an exterior side of the interior side wall that is closer to the bottom wall than the base portion of the interior seal lip, the interior sub-lip formed with a thick portion on a base portion on a side of the interior seal lip; a thick portion formed on a base portion of the exterior seal lip; or a thick portion formed on a side of the interior seal lip that is not in contact with the door glass.
