SERVICE HOLE COVER AND DOOR WIRING MODULE
Provided is a service hole cover covering a service hole formed in an inner panel in a vehicle door panel, the service hole cover including: a cover body part covering the service hole; and at least one catching part provided to protrude from the cover body part to a side of the inner panel, wherein the catching part is caught on the inner panel while at least a part of the service hole is opened.
Speaker system and vehicle door
Disclosed is a speaker system that includes a first panel that is an outer plate of a vehicle door, a second panel that is disposed on a vehicle interior side of the vehicle door, a third panel that is disposed between the first panel and the second panel, a speaker unit that has a sound emitting surface for emitting a sound toward a vehicle interior, and spacers that are disposed between the speaker unit and the third panel.
Wiring member integrated built-in component
A wiring member integrated door resin component includes a built-in component (for example, a door resin component) and a wiring member. The built-in component is a component having a wiring member housing groove in one main surface and incorporated into a box-like member to partition an inner side and outer side of the box-like member. The wiring member is held by the built-in component in a state where at least a part thereof in an extension direction is housed in the wiring member housing groove.
External opening control with multi-articulated pallet
A control configured for being integrated and concealed in a window pillar of the door, the control including a manual maneuvering member of the gripping pallet type, an interface base arranged on the pillar and on which the pallet is mounted articulated between an idle position integrated in the pillar so as to be flush and a deployed working position projecting from the pillar. It includes a mechanism for articulating the pallet on the base configured for allowing a movement of the pallet on a path in elevation and pivoting with respect to the base. Furthermore, the pallet includes a trim on the pillar, secured to the pallet, conformed for at least partially cladding the periphery of the pillar and for covering the interface base in the idle position.
Hybrid door module
A carrier module for a motor vehicle door assembly having inner and outer panels defining a door panel structure with the inner panel having an opening for selective access to an internal door cavity between the inner and outer panels are provided. The carrier module includes a carrier having an outer periphery configured for attachment to the inner panel to substantially close off the opening with the outer periphery bounding a wall having a variable wall thickness with support regions of the wall having an increased thickness relative to adjacent non-support regions.
Vehicle panel removal system and method
Various disclosed embodiments include structures and methods for improving assembly of vehicle doors. In an illustrative embodiment a vehicle door includes a first door inner structure having an angled wedge bearing surface and configured to receive a first removable attachment mechanism and a second door inner structure configured to receive a second removable attachment mechanism. The door includes a door outer structure having an outer panel coupled to an attachment structure, the attachment structure having an angled wedge bearing surface and having a bearing surface, the bearing surface configured to receive the second removable attachment mechanism, the second bearing surface being configured to abut an inner surface of the second door inner structure. The door includes an adjustment wedge which allows for positioning of the door panel relative to the body side of the vehicle.
DOOR STRUCTURE
A door structure includes an outer panel and an inner panel. The inner panel is formed from a panel inner member located on an inner side of a vehicle interior and a panel outer member located on an outer side of the vehicle interior. A sealing member which comes into contact with an A pillar serving as a body side member and isolates the inner side of the vehicle interior from the outer side of the vehicle interior is attached to the panel inner member at an overlap portion serving as a junction between the panel outer member and the panel inner member.
Door structure
A door structure includes an outer panel and an inner panel. A panel outer member of the inner panel includes a front longitudinal side portion extending in an upper-lower direction at a front end portion of the panel outer member, a rear longitudinal side portion extending in the upper-lower direction at a rear end portion of the panel outer member, a lower side portion that joins a lower end portion of the front longitudinal side portion to a lower end portion of the rear longitudinal side portion, connecting members that connect the front longitudinal side portion to the rear longitudinal side portion in a front-rear direction, and reinforcement members provided separately from the connecting members and joined to the connecting members in such a way as to extend in the front-rear direction along the connecting members and to form closed cross-sections in spaces with the connecting members.
DOOR HOLE CAP AND SEALING MEMBER
A door hole cap and a sealing member are provided which make it possible to both maintain water stopping performance of a door hole cap and reduce manufacturing costs. The door hole cap includes: a capping member having a groove that is recessed toward an inside of a vehicle; and a sealing member to be attached to the groove. The groove is formed along an entire perimeter of a first peripheral part. The sealing member includes: a main body section to be inserted into the groove; a first sealing section which extends from the main body section and which abuts on a door inner panel; and a groove touch section which extends from the main body section toward an inner surface of the groove and which abuts on the inner surface.
Vehicle door assembly
A vehicle door assembly includes an inner door panel, a pillar panel and a first cushioning pad. The inner door panel has an attachment area, a first edge portion and a second edge portion, with the first edge portion defining hinge attachment locations. The pillar panel is fixedly attached to at least the second edge portion and the attachment area such that the inner door panel and the pillar panel define a hollow B-pillar structure. The pillar panel further includes an offset portion that is spaced apart from a central portion of the attachment area of the inner door panel such that the attachment area and the offset portion define a recessed area therebetween. The first cushioning pad has a main body installed within the recessed area between the offset portion of the pillar panel and the inner door panel.
