DOOR FOR VEHICLE

A door of a vehicle may include a first door module forming a door skeleton, a second door module coupled with the first door module and forming a door window, wherein the second door module may include a relatively lightweight material as compared to the first door module and a hollow portion is formed along an edge portion of the second door module forming the door window, reducing weight and cost of the door for a vehicle.

AUTOMOTIVE EXTERIOR PANEL

[Object] Provided is a configuration that makes up for a lack of tensile rigidity and a lack of collision properties at the same time.

[Solution] An automotive exterior panel according to the present invention: an exterior material 110; and a reinforcing member 120 that is in contact along an automobile inside surface of the exterior material 110 and of which a second moment of area in a direction orthogonal to the exterior material is less than or equal to 15,000 mm.sup.4 in a cross section orthogonal to a longitudinal direction of the reinforcing member. By this configuration, the second moment of area in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the reinforcing member 120 is made less than or equal to 15,000 mm.sup.4, and hence a lack of tensile rigidity can be made up for at the same time.

VEHICULAR DOOR

A vehicular door includes a resin outer panel and a resin inner panel mounted on a vehicular interior side of the resin outer panel, and the resin inner panel includes a resin body member that configures an interior design surface of the vehicular door and a resin reinforcing member that is arranged on a vehicular exterior side and on a peripheral portion of the resin body member.

VEHICULAR DOOR

A vehicular door includes an inner panel and an outer panel that is mounted on a vehicular exterior side of the inner panel such that they are mounted to and separated from each other by sliding. The outer panel is mounted to the inner panel while the first outer side stopper and the first inner side stopper being fit to each other and the second outer side stopper and the second inner side stopper being fit to each other. In the relative sliding of the inner panel and the outer panel in the lateral direction, the first outer side stopper, the second inner side stopper, the second outer side stopper, and the first inner side stopper are arranged such that the first outer side stopper is not contacted with the second inner side stopper or the second outer side stopper is not contacted with the first inner side stopper.

VEHICULAR DOOR

A vehicular door includes an outer panel, an inner panel mounted on a vehicular interior side of the outer panel and configuring a vehicular interior design surface of the vehicular door, a functional component, a driving component driving the functional component and mounted on a vehicular exterior surface side of the inner panel, and a switch configured to activate the driving component to exert a function of the functional component and mounted on a vehicular interior surface side of the inner panel.

MOTOR VEHICLE BODY PANEL

An outer skin module of a vehicle door has a side impact support for stiffening the vehicle door, a shell-shaped outer skin having a shell edge, and a peripheral mounting frame on its edge, which is connected to the shell edge of the outer skin for fixing the outer skin to a door shell of the vehicle door. The mounting frame and the side impact support are designed as one-piece module components.

Vehicle door structure

A vehicle door structure includes a reinforcing member that is extended along a side sill on an inner door panel side of a lower portion of an outer door panel. The reinforcing member has a first side surface that faces the side sill in the vehicle width direction, and a second side surface that extends from the first side surface to the outer door panel, and the first side surface and the second side surface are joined to the inner door panel.

VEHICLE DOOR STRUCTURE

A cabin-interior upright wall of a door inner panel is configured by a first panel member alone. An extension wall extends toward a door outer panel from an end of the cabin-interior upright wall. A lower portion of a front upright wall, which is part of the extension wall, is segmented in a door thickness direction. The extension wall is configured such that a first extension portion of a first panel member is joined to a second extension portion of a second panel member in a state overlapped with the second extension portion.
