Lift truck operator compartment door
Lift trucks can have an operator compartment designed with an ergonomically improved cab door having a door frame, a set of glass sheets, upper and lower hinges, a handle, a door catch assembly, a door support member, and one or more operator handlebars. The door support member and operator handlebars can be sized and/or positioned to provide structural strength to the door. The cab door can have an unobstructed door design to facilitate maximum operator visibility. The catch assembly can maintain the door in an open position and the operator can readily close the door when desired. In one embodiment, the door includes a vertical operator handlebar and a horizontal operator handlebar that facilitate easy entry into and exit from the operator compartment without unduly obscuring operator visibility through the door.
CONVERTIBLE SKELETON DOOR
A vehicle door assembly includes a door housing configured for covering a vehicle access opening. A frame member is disposed within the door housing. A module includes an intrusion beam coupled to the frame member and removable from the door housing. The module is configured to accept attachment of a module hinge and a module latch to provide a secondary door assembly. A modular vehicle door assembly and a method of assembling a door assembly to a vehicle are also disclosed.

Energy absorber for vehicle doors
A vehicle door is described, including: a bracket that is configured to support a window during opening and closing; a door locking mechanism that is positioned proximate (e.g., near or adjacent to) the bracket; and an absorption member that is configured and positioned to absorb energy from an impact with the vehicle door to thereby protect the door locking mechanism. The absorption member includes a body defining an internal channel that is configured to receive the bracket in an interference fit such that the absorption member is fixedly securable to the bracket.

The absorption member includes a body defining an internal channel that is configured to receive the bracket in an interference fit such that the absorption member is fixedly securable to the bracket.
MODULAR HALF DOOR
A side door assembly is provided for a vehicle body having a side opening. The side door assembly includes a one-piece casting for hinged connection to the vehicle body. The casting forms a frame. At least one panel insert is selectively connected from the interior of the vehicle outward by a plurality of rotary attachment features to the frame. The frame includes a plurality of reinforcement features to add structure and rigidity, while reducing weight, to the side door assembly.
FRAMELESS WINDOW REGULATOR RAIL WITH OVER-MOLDED FUNCTIONAL EDGE
A window regulator module for a motor vehicle includes a pair of window regulator rails operably coupled to one another via at least one cable wrapped about pulleys on the window regulator rails. Each window regulator rail has a body extending lengthwise between opposite ends. The body has a main body portion and a guide edge along which a lifter travels upwardly and downwardly. The main body portion is plastic and the guide edge is metal. The metal guide edge provides the window regulator module with increased stiffness and increased cross-vehicle stability to a window carried by the lifters.

Vehicle component
A vehicle component (1) has a component part (2) for arranging on a vehicle door (10) of a motor vehicle (100). An alignment system (3) with an alignment element (4) and with a fixed point structure (5) is arranged on the vehicle door (10) for aligning the component part (2) in a defined mounting position. The alignment element (4) comprises a first connecting portion (14) for fastening to the fixed point structure (5) and a second connecting portion (24) for fastening the component part (2). Starting from the fixed point structure (5), the component part (2) is thereby positionable in the defined mounting position by the alignment element (4). The fixed point structure (5) is a door lock device (6), and the component part (2) is a paneling component part (7) of the vehicle door (10).
