LIFTGATE REAR CAMERA SYSTEM AND METHOD THEREOF
A liftgate with rearward facing camera is provided. The rearward facing camera is positioned on the liftgate such as to comply with manufacturer recommended placement guidelines. The liftgate is moveable between stowed and deployed configurations, and the rearward facing camera is protected from damage when the liftgate is in the deployed configuration. The camera assemble includes at least one protective element. Accommodation is made for the routing and protection of wiring associated with the camera.

The opening panel further includes a support plate for an equipment item covered by the outer skin, the inner surface of the outer skin being attached directly to the support plate in a sealed manner. The plate is arranged inside an inner volume delimited by the outer surface of the inner panel and by the inner surface of the outer skin. The plate is attached to the inner panel so that the assembly consisting of the plate and the outer skin is mounted on the inner panel in a removable manner.

In an illustrative embodiment, a door assembly has a right horizontal track, a left horizontal track, a counterbalance assembly having a right end and a left end, a right connector plate, and a left connector plate. The right connector plate is configured to be connected to the right horizontal track and to the right end of the counterbalance assembly. The left connector plate is configured to be connected to the left horizontal track and to the left end of the counterbalance assembly.

VEHICLE REAR DOOR HANDLE
A vehicle rear door handle includes: a handle frame having an elongated bowl; a handle lever which is pivotably received in the bowl and supported by the handle frame, the handle lever being movable in rotation around a handle lever axis between a rest position and an opening position; and a kinematic lever coupled to the handle lever and rotatively mobile around a kinematic lever axis between a rest position and an active position. The kinematic lever has an attachment section for a Bowden cable and is configured to interact via the Bowden cable with a latch mechanism to unlatch the door. The kinematic lever axis is disposed between a free end of the handle frame and the elongated bowl and the attachment section for the Bowden cable is protruding such that the Bowden cable can be fixed beside the elongated bowl.

A vehicle has a resin back door including a skeleton portion that is closed in cross-section and a glass plate supported by the skeleton portion. A skeleton side portion includes an inner wall portion defining an innermost peripheral surface of the skeleton portion, an outer wall portion disposed between the inner wall portion and the glass plate, and an intermediate wall portion with one end connected to a vehicle outer side end portion of the inner wall portion and another end connected to a vehicle transverse direction inner side end portion of the outer wall portion. HATCHBACK DOOR FOR MOTOR VEHICLES
A hatchback door includes a load-bearing inner panel made of composite plastic material, a plastic top outer panel glued on a top portion of the inner panel, and a plastic bottom outer panel glued on a bottom portion of the inner panel. The top panel includes a first layer of transparent plastic material and a second layer of opaque plastic material or opaque paint. The opaque layer covers only some of the transparent layer such that the top panel is transparent in a central part overlying a rear-window opening of the inner panel and in its peripheral portions that function as transparent elements for two lateral sets of lights and a third top set of lights. The light sets are without a front transparent element and are connected to a rear side of the top panel. The transparent peripheral portions constitute the front transparent elements of the light sets.
