The device is easy to install and does not interfere with the parking and storage profile of the vehicle. The device is sized to fit within the perimeter of any vehicle roof when deployed. The device is easily opened and closed to provide added sun and rain protection. The device has moveable panels that extend beyond the vehicle roof to provide sun and rain protection. The moveable panels deflect in response to contact. The moveable panels also lock in a position perpendicular with the plane of the roof to provide the pop-up sheltered compartment. The sheltered compartment is useful for storing items or providing temporary shelter for users.

The present invention relates to a cargo rack enabled to get installed on an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) for providing an increased amount of cargo that an ATV can carry quickly and easily, by simply sliding the cargo rack into place. The cargo rack herein comprises a sleeve section integrally housed onto an at least one end portion of an ATV frame structure, wherein the sleeve section is further enabled to receive a collapsible U-shaped extension section made up of plurality of hollow tubes, wherein each of the plurality of hollow tubes has a longitudinal pocket enabled to receive yet another hollow tube which further enables providing a collapsible U-shaped extension section.

A tonneau clamp including a link slidably coupled to tonneau cover; a clamping link pivotably coupled to the link and having a clamping surface; and a handle pivotably coupled to the link and the clamping link and moveable between lowered and upper positions. The handle can be pivotably coupled to the link at a first pivot joint and to the clamping link at a second pivot joint. Handle movement causes the clamping link to pivot relative to the link to raise the clamping surface from an unclamped position to a clamped position in which the clamping surface applies a clamping force against the underside of a ledge of a vehicle cargo box. In the unclamped position the first pivot joint is on a first side of a line and in the clamped position the first pivot joint is on a second side of the line opposite the first side.

A trailer covering system for selectively covering an open trailer includes a trailer for transporting cargo. A frame is coupled to and extends upwardly from the trailer. A support unit is removably coupled to and extends upwardly from the frame. A cover unit is removably positioned on the support unit to cover the cargo on the trailer. The cover unit is comprised of a fluid impermeable material to shield the cargo from precipitation.

A bed top having a canopy frame with left and right rear telescopic supports mounted in a bed of a recreational vehicle. The canopy frame may be covered with a canopy or tarp to provide cover for the bed, and the canopy frame and canopy can be rotated 180 degrees forming a shade off the bed of the vehicle, or the canopy frame can be removed from the vehicle and left and right front telescopic supports placed under a left front corner and a right front corner, respectively, and the canopy frame covered with a tarp forming an enclosure that can be used as a hunting blind. A tonneau cover system clamp can include first and second clamp members with first and second clamping surfaces, respectively. The second clamp member can be slidably coupled to an elongate member relative to the first clamp member. A locking mechanism can be movable to engage the elongate member to prevent lateral translation of the second clamping surface relative to the first clamping surface in response to the first and the second clamp members being in the locked position. The locking mechanism can be movable to release the elongate member to allow lateral translation of the second clamping surface relative to the first clamping surface in response to the first and the second clamp members being in the unlocked position. A biasing member can apply a biasing force biasing the first clamp member and the second clamp member toward the proximal end of the elongate member.
