20210206247 · 2021-07-08 ·

The golf club cover is an apparatus that acts as a rain cover for protecting golf clubs in golf bags, placed in the rear section of a golf cart. To accomplish this, the apparatus includes a transparent sheet that is held securely between two PVC rod structures, such that the transparent sheet does not hinder the rear view of the driver. The rod structures have bungee cords with fastening elements at the end of the bungee cords, such that the apparatus may be attached on the golf cart roof and body, without having to have any additional fastening features on the golf cart. Further, the apparatus may be rolled up and compactly stored within the golf bag in a sleeve. Furthermore, the arrangement of the bungee cords at the lower end enables a user to retrieve contents from one golf bag without exposing the other bag to the elements.

DUAL MODE, EASY TO SERVICE TARP
20200361297 · 2020-11-19 ·

A tarp for a vehicle bed is developed for engagement with a reel that is rotated by a motor for rolling and unrolling the tarp across a vehicle bed. When the tarp has been unrolled and fully covers the vehicle bed, the tarp stretches across the vehicle bed and has side edges supported upon the respective upper edges of the bed side walls. The features or structures of the tarp that are kinematic are designed such that they may be permanently attached to the other members in the machine or tarp system, which thereby meets functional needs of the tarp, and provide long term consistent deployment of the tarp covering sections. The material used in this kinematic part of the tarp is chosen such that the life of this component is improved. Additionally, covering sections are provided in this tarp configuration.

TONNEAU COVER ACCESS PANEL
20200254860 · 2020-08-13 · ·

A tonneau cover access panel assembly connectable to a vehicle that eliminates the need for side rails to both locate and tension a tonneau cover. The assembly also reduces weight and complexity. The assembly incorporates a readily accessible rear latching system that reduces or eliminates interference with the tonneau cover during operation. The assembly also incorporates a tonneau cover tensioning system. The tension seals out environmental elements and holds the tonneau cover and locating bows in place. The assembly holds the tonneau in the closed tension state keeping the tonneau cover secured and tight until the cover is opened by an operator. The assembly is movable between a closed position and a fully open/stowable position and any intermediate positions. The assembly is also movable between at least a first open position and the deployed position for more limiting access to the cargo bed of the vehicle when desired.

An open-air car canopy scoop retention device attaches to the rear structure of an open-air car for stowage of a rear canopy in a compacted position. The device provides an elongated, concave panel and a concave bracket that detachably join at their edges to form a C-shaped canopy channel. The channel retains the canopy located at rear of open-air car. A panel free side has a curved lip that allows the canopy to easily ingress and egress the C-shaped channel. Drainage holes in panel allow moisture to escape from C-shaped channel. A mount clip detachably attaches to mount bracket. The mount clip has a first clip side fastenable to the bracket, and a second clip side with a prong that mates with rear cross bar of open-air car. A mount bar and mount clip fasten on opposing sides of the rear crossbar to fasten device to rear of open-air car.
