Tonneau Cover With Integrated Table
A tonneau cover for a vehicle can include a panel and a table. The panel can define a cavity. The table can be modifiable between a stowable configuration and a standing configuration. In the stowable configuration, the table is configured to stow inside the cavity. In the standing configuration, the table is configured to stand on a ground surface when removed from the cavity. In the stowable configuration, the table may be configured to further rigidify the panel such that a user of the vehicle can store cargo on top of the tonneau cover.
Accessory system for vehicles
A tonneau cover system for a vehicle includes at least two panels configured to collaboratively form a container. The at least two panels extend laterally when connected to a tonneau of the vehicle. A first panel is movable between an open position and a closed position to gain access to an interior space defined by the container. In the closed position, the first panel extends parallel to a floor of the tonneau. A second panel is selectively placed in a cover or a storage position. In the cover position, the second panel extends parallel to the floor to collaboratively cover at least part of the tonneau. In the storage position, the second panel extends perpendicular to the first panel in the closed position. The first and second panels collaboratively form the container when the first panel is in the closed position and the second panel is in the storage position.
Integrated pick up truck bed
A vehicle cargo compartment system includes an electric outlet mounted within an accessible location within a vehicle cargo compartment and a sensor assembly mounted proximate the electric outlet within the cargo compartment for detecting a presence of an electrical power cord. The cargo compartment system integrates powered features such as an electric outlet, powered tailgate and the powered top that utilizes environmental information gathered by various sensors on the vehicle in combination with predefined actions to simplify use and automate operation.
Multi-hinge tonneau cover
A tonneau cover comprising: (a) a plurality of panels including at least a first panel and a second panel; and (b) one or more hinges located between and connecting the plurality of panels, at least one of the one or more hinges being a standing hinge located between the first panel and the second panel; wherein the standing hinge includes one or more rotary stands; and wherein the tonneau cover has a closed position where all of the plurality of panels are coplanar and extend within a plane, and when the first panel is rotated about the standing hinge, the one or more rotary stands lift the first panel and the second panel a distance above the plane.
CARGO BED COVERING AND ENCLOSING ASSEMBLY
A vehicle assembly includes a cargo bed cover that covers a cargo bed of a vehicle when the cargo bed is in a standard bed position. The cargo bed cover is configured to provide an aft wall of the cargo bed when the cargo bed is in an extended bed position. A cargo bed providing method includes transitioning a cargo bed from a standard bed position to an extended bed position, and enclosing an aft end of the cargo bed with a cargo bed cover that covers the cargo bed when the cargo bed is in the standard bed position.
TRUCK BED RISER
A truck bed riser is disclosed having a front riser member, a first side riser member, a second side riser member and a tailgate riser member. The riser members are adapted to connect to each other and to be held to the truck bed, preferably by clamp members. The truck bed riser may include a cover which is attached to the top portion of the four riser members and held in place by suitable means such as clamps or velcro. Preferably, the truck bed riser is made of aluminum.
Pinch latch assembly
A tonneau cover for use on a cargo box of a pick-up truck is provided. The tonneau cover may include at least one panel and a latching assembly located on the at least one panel. The latching assembly selectively secures and releases the at least one panel. The latching assembly includes at least one shoe. The at least one shoe is configured for moving at least a portion of the latching assembly to release the at least one panel. The at least one shoe is movable between an extended use position and a retracted stowed position with respect to the at least one panel. And the at least one shoe is spring biased to its extended use position.
Stacking rigid cover
A retractable cover system includes laterally spaced apart guide rails that each provide a track on either side of an opening. The retractable cover system further includes a cover that has multiple slats that are configured to interlock with one another in a deployed configuration. The slats are slidable in the tracks between first and second positions within the opening. The slats are stacked onto one another in a stowed configuration. The slats include laterally extending profiles that are complementary to one another and are configured to interlock with one another in a deployed configuration. The complementary profiles are configured to decouple from one another in the stowed configuration.
Automatic bed cover door systems for a truck
A truck is provided that includes a bed section located rear of a cab section. The bed section is bounded on each side by opposing first and second upward-extending sidewalls, respectively. The truck also includes a truck bed cover that sits over the bed section on at least the first and second upward-extending sidewalls, and includes a door portion to create selective accessibility to the bed section of the pickup truck. The door portion is movable with respect to the first and second upward-extending sidewalls between open and closed positons via an automatic bed cover drive assembly that moves the door portion between open and closed positons according to a plurality of velocities within a predetermined variance.
Tonneau cover and sealing gasket for same
A tonneau cover can include a frame, a cover, and a gasket configured to be positioned between a portion of the frame and a portion of the vehicle and further configured to reduce liquid passage between the portion of the frame and the portion of the vehicle. In some embodiments, the gasket includes a compression portion and an attachment portion configured to connect with the portion of the frame. The attachment portion can include a first portion, a second portion, and a third portion positioned between the first and second portions and having a greater thickness than both of the first and second portions. The compression portion can be positioned between the attachment portion and the portion of the vehicle when the tonneau cover is in use, and the compression portion can include at least one bulb having a hollow passage extending along the length of the gasket.
