GLASS RUN
A glass run includes at least one of: an exterior sub-lip formed so as to project obliquely from an interior side of the exterior side wall that is closer to the bottom wall than a base portion of the exterior seal lip; an interior sub-lip formed so as to project obliquely in a direction toward a base portion of the interior seal lip from an exterior side of the interior side wall that is closer to the bottom wall than the base portion of the interior seal lip, the interior sub-lip formed with a thick portion on a base portion on a side of the interior seal lip; a thick portion formed on a base portion of the exterior seal lip; or a thick portion formed on a side of the interior seal lip that is not in contact with the door glass.
DOOR SASH AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
A method for manufacturing a door sash formed from a single plate material includes: a roll-forming step of providing a gap portion between the plate materials forming a stepped section and roll-forming a periphery of an end portion of a plate material extending from a tubular section, so as to come into contact along the plate material forming the stepped section; a press working step of pressing the end portion of the plate material to a position where the end portion does not protrude further toward the side on which a weather strip is fitted than a surface of an overlapping section and a surface of the tubular section on the side on which the weather strip is fitted, while crushing the gap portion; and a welding step of continuously laser-welding the overlapping section along a longitudinal direction of the door sash.

Automobile door sealing member
If a sealing member is mounted to a planar sealing member-mount extending from a window frame toward outside of the cabin, separation of a terminal portion of the sealing member from the window frame is to be reduced. A fixing member made of a hard material is provided on a terminal portion of the sealing member in a front-rear direction of a vehicle. The fixing member has a body portion, an engagement portion, and a fixing target portion. The body portion is fixed to the terminal portion of the sealing member. The engagement portion holds the planar sealing member-mount in a thickness direction. The fixing target portion is fixed to a portion of the window frame remote from the planar sealing member-mount in the front-rear direction of the vehicle.

GLASS RUN FOR AUTOMOBILE DOOR
Disclosed is a glass run for an automobile door which may block noise that has passed through a door glass from easily reaching the passenger's ears, while reducing an increase in the weight and cost of the glass run. In the glass run, a space R is formed between a base end portion 41b of an inner seal lip 41 located inside a cabin and an inner surface 22b of a door glass 22 facing inside the cabin. A facing surface 41d of the inner seal lip 41 facing the inner surface 22b of the door glass 22 is provided with a sound absorbing portion 41h which absorbs noise that has entered the inside of the cabin through the door glass 22.

Fastening arrangement for positioning and fastening a decorative cover on a window frame of a vehicle door of a vehicle
A fastening arrangement is provided for positioning and fastening a decorative cover on a window frame of a vehicle door of a vehicle. The fastening arrangement has a first fastening element associated with the window frame and a second fastening element associated with the decorative cover. The first and second fastening elements cooperate in a form-fitting manner for fastening the decorative cover on the window frame.
SEAL FOR AUTOMOBILE DOOR
A divider wall portion extending vertically and protruding toward the outside of a cabin is provided between an upper belt line seal lip and a lower belt line seal lip. A predetermined gap is formed between the lower belt line seal lip and the divider wall portion when a window glass separates from the lower belt line seal lip. The lower belt line seal lip comes into contact with the divider wall portion when the window glass is closed.
Automobile door glass run
A molding configured not to be misaligned with a predetermined mounting position provides a vehicle with good appearance, avoids in advance interference with other parts when a door is opened or closed, and reduces wind noise while the vehicle is running. An end cap having a locking part is crimped to a rear end of a molding. An upper glass run has, at its rear end, an insertion slot into which the locking part is inserted. The locking part is inserted in the insertion slot and locked to the rear end of the upper glass run.
