DIVISION BAR FOR AUTOMOBILE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING DIVISION BAR
A division bar for an automobile is provided between a movable door glass and a fixed quarter glass. The division bar includes an inner-cabin side member and an outer-cabin side member. The inner-cabin side member is formed by integrally molding a receiving part, an inner-cabin side lip, and a seal part. A core is embedded in the receiving part. The core is bendable in an inner-cabin and outer-cabin direction. The outer-cabin side member is formed by integrally molding an anchoring protrusion, an outer-cabin side lip, and a seal lip. The outer-cabin side member couples to the inner-cabin side member by fitting the anchoring protrusion into the receiving part with the outer-cabin side lip making elastic contact with an outer-cabin side surface of the door glass and with the seal lip making elastic contact with the seal part.
FIXED WINDOW GLASS WITH DIVISION BAR
A fixed window glass with a division bar, includes a fixed window glass adapted to be fixed to a vehicle and having an edge portion; and a division bar attached to the edge portion, the division bar comprising a guide portion formed in a U-shaped in section configured to guide elevating and lowering movement of an elevating window glass; wherein the division bar further comprises a first member fixed to the edge portion of the fixed window glass, and a second member to be attachable to the first member from an exterior side of the vehicle; and wherein the second member is attached to the first member, and the division bar has an exterior side surface exposed on the exterior side of the vehicle such that the exposed exterior side surface forms a flush surface.
Window pane arrangement, in particular vehicle body window pane arrangement
The invention relates to a window pane arrangement, especially a vehicle body window pane arrangement, including at least one pane of glass, and a profiled frame component surrounding the pane of glass, which is applied to one side of the pane of glass, on the edge of the pane. According to the invention, the profiled frame component includes a plurality of layers, a layer applied to the pane of glass being made of a hard material and at least one other layer being made of a soft material, and the profiled frame component includes, in the layer thereof made of a hard material, contact elements which can be brought into contact with the pane of glass and have application surfaces for an adhesive, and, in the layer thereof made of soft material, projections projecting over the layer of hard material.

WINDOW SURROUND FOR A VEHICLE
A method of manufacturing a window surround for a vehicle, a window surround for a vehicle, and a device for manufacturing a window surround. The window surround includes a first component to serve as a circumferential support frame to hold a window glass panel, a second component, composed of a material of less hardness than the material of the first component, onto the first component, to serve as a circumferential sealing element, and a third component that is composed of a high gloss material. The method includes injection molding the first component onto a window glass panel, then injection molding the second component onto the first component, and then injection molding the third component onto the first component.
Door weather strip
A door weather strip couples to a door adjacently to a belt line. The door weather strip includes: a fin at a bottom of the door weather strip; a main seal and a sub seal which extend vertically in upper and lower directions on an internal circumference and an outer circumference on a surface of the fin and which make elastic contact with an end of a roof weather strip when the door is in a closed position; a channel between the main seal and the sub seal; and a sealing wall which extends between a top end of the main seal and a part of the sub seal below a top end by a distance such that the sealing wall on the sub seal is spaced from the end of the roof weather strip when the door is in the closed position.

Encapsulated fixed window module for a motor vehicle
An encapsulated fixed window module for a motor vehicle, includes: a fixed window pane having a peripheral edge extending between exterior and interior surfaces; and a trim strip extending along at least a portion of the peripheral edge, the trim strip including a first longitudinal profile of U-shaped cross section. The first profile defines a longitudinal groove configured to receive a guide carried by a movable window pan. The exterior wall of the first profile faces the interior surface and is secured thereto by an over-molded material which does not cover the peripheral edge along the first profile. The exterior wall has a longitudinal edge which is opposite to the lateral wall and which is substantially aligned with the peripheral edge in a plane that is perpendicular to the fixed window pane.
