Weather Strip Assembly for Door of Bus
A weather strip assembly which is applied to a door of a commercial vehicle for passenger transport is provided. The weather strip assembly includes a body weather strip installed along a circumference of a portion in which a door is installed in a body of a vehicle and brought into contact with the door in two or more portions when the door is closed, and a door weather strip installed in the door along a circumference of the door and brought into contact with the body weather strip when the door is closed.
Sealing device of closure module for vehicle
An embodiment sealing device of a closure module for a vehicle includes a roof extension extending vertically from an upper end of a roof panel, a sealing unit assembled with the upper end of the roof panel, the sealing unit configured to seal a gap between the roof panel and a door panel adjacent to the roof panel, and a first sealing tape provided on either the roof extension or the sealing unit, the first sealing tape configured to fix the sealing unit to the roof extension.
Vehicular door device
A vehicular door device includes an inclinable lever provided at an open-side end portion of a door opening being opened and closed by a door, based on an operation of a link mechanism formed of first and second link arms, a biasing member that biases the inclinable lever and holds the inclinable lever in an erect state, and a check mechanism that engages with the inclinable lever in the erect state by movement of the door to a full opened position, and holds the door at the full opened position. The first link arm is provided at a position close to the open-side end portion of the door opening by an opening operation of the door, and the check mechanism is provided integrally with the first link arm. Then, the inclinable lever is stored in a clearance between the door and the open-side end portion of the door opening.
Sunroof device
A sunroof device includes a sunroof unit, a looped first seal, and a second seal. The sunroof unit supports a panel capable of closing an opening of a roof of a vehicle. The sunroof unit includes a frame provided with two guide rails placed on two edges of the opening in a vehicle widthwise direction and two housings placed on two edges of the opening in a vehicle front-to-rear direction to connect front ends of the two guide rails to each other and rear ends of the two guide rails to each other in the vehicle widthwise direction. The first seal is arranged between an entire periphery of the opening and the frame. The second seal is arranged between opposing surfaces of the guide rails and the housings at portions where the guide rails are coupled to the housings. The second seal is butt against the first seal.
Optimized hatch posts
Vehicle hatch comprising at least one lateral post, to which a rear window is attached, the post forming a profile having an open cross section and comprising a first and a second U-shaped cavity that each comprise two walls. The first cavity is oriented towards the median plane of the vehicle and comprises a rear wall and a front wall, and the second cavity is oriented towards the rear of the vehicle and comprises an inside wall and an outside wall. The front wall of the first cavity is arranged so as to be continuous with the outside wall of the second cavity, and the rear wall of the first cavity is separated from the inside wall of the second cavity so as to free up a free space that allows for access to the inner portion of the profile.
VEHICLE DOOR STRUCTURE
A vehicle door structure includes a weather strip part including hard member and soft members that are integrally molded, and includes: a base; a first seal portion in close contact with a protrusion in a fitting portion from a vehicle upper side; a second seal portion in close contact with the fitting portion's vehicle upper side surface; a third seal portion in close contact with a vehicle body; and a fixing portion sandwiching and fixing the protrusion between the first seal portion and the fixing portion. The hard member is continuously provided to pass the second seal portion's vehicle upper side from the base's inner end in the vehicle width direction, have a bent portion towards upward from the vehicle upper side, and further pass the first seal portion and an inside of the fixing portion in the vehicle width direction up to the third seal portion's vehicle upper end.
Vehicle molding
In a vehicle molding attached to a vehicle body part, a clip, to attach a molding body onto a body-part edge portion, is provided with an insertion part, into which the body-part edge portion is inserted; an engaging portion configured to engage with an engagement-receiving portion, provided on the body-part edge portion in a state where the edge portion is inserted into the insertion part, whereby a relative movement is restricted in a removal direction; and a biaser which elastically deforms upon abutting against the body-part edge portion that is inserted into the insertion part, the biaser applying a force that engages the engaging portion with the engagement-receiving portion by a restorative force of the elastic deformation of the biaser. Accordingly, the vehicle molding can be securely and reliably attached at a proper position while having a simple structure.
Tailgate assembly for a vehicle body
A tailgate assembly for an associated vehicle body includes a tailgate body movable between a closed condition and an open condition with respect to the associated vehicle body. A spoiler is secured to the tailgate body and includes an upper portion configured to overhang in a cantilever fashion from the tailgate body and opposed side portions. A seal molding is adhered to one of the side portions and extends along a side edge of the one side portion. The seal molding has an extension portion that in the closed condition of the tailgate body is located in a gap between the one side portion and an adjacent body member of the associated vehicle body. The extension portion together with the one side portion defines a water channel that opens outwardly with respect to the associated vehicle body for directing water away from the tailgate body.
