The lower sealing member is configured to seal between the mounting bushing and the lower casing in response to fastening of the lower fixation nut. In addition, the vehicle battery pack mounting structure further includes an upper sealing member configured to seal between the mounting bushing and the upper cover in response to fastening of the upper fixation nut. The vehicle battery pack mounting structure also includes a vehicle body side sealing member sealing between the upper fixation nut and the vehicle body in response to the fastening of the coupling bolt.

The invention provides a powertrain for an electric vehicle, and an electric vehicle as such. The powertrain has an electric motor and a drivetrain for transmitting rotary power from the electric motor to at least one of the vehicle wheels. A mechanical rotary transmission is provided in association with a flywheel. The mechanical rotary transmission is controllable to transmit power in a direction from the vehicle wheels to the flywheel and further transmit power in the reverse direction. Power from both the electric motor and the flywheel is concurrently used to accelerate the vehicle. The vehicle kinetic energy is recovered and stored at the flywheel during vehicle deceleration. The motor vehicle has at least one battery unit to supply the electric motor. The battery unit is removable from the vehicle, without tools, and is portable so that it is carried away from the vehicle for charging.

Movable platform for replacing battery and quick replacing system

Disclosed are a movable battery replacing platform (103) and a quick replacing system (100), wherein the movable battery replacing platform (103) comprises: a travel-driving portion (106) used for driving the movable battery replacing platform (103) to move on the ground; a lifting portion (107) mounted on the travel-driving portion (106), for lifting a battery during the replacement of the battery; and a battery mounting portion (108) mounted on the top of the lifting portion (107), for placing a battery to be replaced or a replaced battery, wherein the battery mounting porting (108) is provided with a battery replacing device. The device can use an unlocking device (50) to unlock a battery locked on the bottom of an electric vehicle, automatically aligning an unlocking point of a battery locking mechanism and realizing automatic unlocking in the movement. The whole process is fully automated without manual intervention and can improve battery replacement efficiency. In addition, the angle of an upper board (10) relative to the battery unlocking position can be adjusted by a movement actuating device, so that the unlocking point of the battery can automatically fit where the movable battery replacing platform (103) remains still, so as to further improve unlocking efficiency.

The battery housing forms a battery compartment having a width and length greater than a height. The battery array includes a plurality of cylindrical battery cells oriented with an axis perpendicular to the height of the battery compartment. The plurality of cells are organized into a plurality of rows within the battery compartment. The one or more cooling plates oriented perpendicular to the axis of the battery cells and positioned proximal to an end of battery cells within a row of the plurality of rows.
