A gas supply system includes: high-pressure tanks having at least different longitudinal lengths; supply pipes each connected to corresponding one of the high-pressure tanks; a supply-side manifold to which the supply pipes are connected; solenoid valves disposed in the respective supply pipes; a first pressure sensor configured to acquire a pressure related to an internal pressure of the high-pressure tanks; a second pressure sensor configured to acquire a pressure at the supply-side manifold; and a control device that controls the solenoid valve corresponding to the high-pressure tank, among the high-pressure tanks, having the largest ratio of the longitudinal length to a short-side width, to open first when a value obtained by subtracting the pressure detected by the second pressure sensor from the pressure detected by the first pressure sensor is larger than a threshold at the time of activation of the gas supply system.

System and method for evacuating liquefied petroleum (LP) gas from a fuel distribution system

A vehicle includes an engine and a fuel system. The fuel system includes a fuel tank that stores liquefied petroleum (LP) fuel. The fuel tank includes a tank outlet port and a tank return port. The fuel distribution system supplies fuel from the fuel tank to the engine and returns unused fuel to the fuel tank. The fuel distribution system includes an engine supply line coupled to the tank outlet port, and a fuel rail disposed on the engine and coupled to the engine supply line. The fuel system includes a fuel discharge valve disposed on the fuel distribution system for removing fuel from the fuel distribution system.

Construction Machine

A hydraulic oil tank (17) is supported by a tank support base (18) and a tank support base (19) at a position higher than that of an upper surface (8A) of a right side frame (8) . Also, a space portion (23) with an opening (23A) corresponding to an outer side in the right-and-left direction of an upper revolving structure (3) is provided between a hydraulic oil tank attachment site (9B) and a hydraulic oil tank attachment site (10B), and a bottom surface portion (17E) of the hydraulic oil tank (17). In addition, the opening (23A) of the space portion (23) is provided with an opening/closing cover (25D) openably closing the opening (23A).

Vehicle Fuel Tank Modeling Systems And Methods

Vehicle fuel tank modeling systems and methods are provided herein. An example method includes introducing known volumes of fuel into the fuel tank, determining correlations of fuel level percentage values relative to the known volumes of fuel placed into the fuel tank, offsetting the correlations to compensate for unusable fuel volume of the fuel tank, selecting a non-linear fuel tank model that fits the offset correlations, and applying the non-linear fuel tank model to a target vehicle having a fuel tank with a fuel tank part number

Fuel tank drain plug

Power machine fuel tanks include a plug receptacle and a cover for the plug receptacle which seals the plug receptacle from an interior of the fuel tank. A receptacle insert positioned within the plug receptacle allows a fuel plug to be removably secured to the fuel tank. The cover prevents leakage from inside the fuel tank through the plug receptacle, regardless of whether the plug is secured within the receptacle insert, unless the cover has been removed from a sealing position.
