A modular system is provided for an energy storage device floor assembly for an electrically operatable passenger car, including a cross-design variant floor assembly which has a main floor and a rear floor. In a first design variant for a passenger car with a solely electric drive, an energy storage device is provided which extends both below the main floor as well as the rear floor, and in a second design variant for a passenger car with a hybrid drive, an energy storage device, which extends solely below the main floor, and a fuel tank, which extends below the rear floor, are provided. A method is disclosed for producing such an energy storage device floor assembly.

A pressure vessel arrangement has a pressure vessel for storing a gaseous fuel and a conducting arrangement arranged adjacent to the pressure vessel for conducting and weakening a shock wave occurring upon bursting of the pressure vessel. The conducting arrangement forms a chamber space that can be expanded by the shock wave. The conducting arrangement has an inlet into the space facing the pressure vessel, via which the shock wave enters the space and expands the space, and wherein the conducting arrangement has at least one outlet out of the space, via which the shock wave exits the space into the environment.

FUEL CELL VEHICLE

A fuel cell vehicle includes a vehicle body, a tank mounted on the vehicle body, a fuel cell unit configured to generate electricity by using gas supplied from the tank, and a first band configured to fix the tank to the vehicle body. The tank includes a valve-side end including a cap to which an automatic valve is attached, a base-side end opposite to the valve-side end, and a cylindrical tank side surface extending between the valve-side end and the base-side end. The first band extends in a circumferential direction along the tank side surface, and is located within a range of a first predetermined distance ±15 mm from the base-side end or within a range of a second predetermined distance ±15 mm from the valve-side end.

A supporting structure for auxiliary units, such as gaseous fuel tanks or electric batteries, which is carried by the vehicle frame, and includes an auxiliary frame extending between the vehicle longitudinal beams and having connection plates arranged in vertical planes parallel to a longitudinal direction of the vehicle frame and which are in contact with mutually facing inner lateral walls of the vehicle longitudinal beams and are rigidly connected to these longitudinal beams. The auxiliary frame fulfills a structural function equivalent to the structural function of one or more cross-members at an area of the vehicle frame where the cross-members are omitted.

A vehicle equipped with a high pressure tank has mounted in the interior of a vehicle body a high pressure tank having a resin liner and a reinforced layer, the vehicle comprising a tank chamber, a filling port, a concave portion in which the filling port and a ventilation port are disposed, a fuel lid capable of opening and closing an opening of the concave portion, and a ventilation passage that allows communication between the ventilation port and the tank chamber. When the fuel lid is opened, the ventilation port is opened to the exterior of the vehicle body, whereas when the fuel lid is closed, the ventilation port is covered by the fuel lid in a state in which the ventilation port is allowed to communicate with the exterior of the vehicle body.
