AUXILIARY FUEL TANK FOR FLEXIBLE FUEL VEHICLE

An auxiliary fuel tank for a flexible fuel vehicle is provided. The auxiliary fuel tank is mounted to an auxiliary tank body for storing gasoline fuel and is installed in an engine compartment of a flexible fuel vehicle. The auxiliary fuel tank includes a canister that is coupled to the auxiliary tank body and has activated carbon therein. The canister is configured to collect fuel evaporation gas generated in the auxiliary tank body to supply fuel components to an engine.

Vehicle energy storage system

A vehicle energy storage system is disclosed herein that addresses at least some of the issues described above. The system includes an energy storage compartment with an access mechanism. Safety mechanisms are provided that ensure energy cartridges are properly installed in the compartment, that the access mechanism properly closes, and that notify a user when the cartridges are improperly installed and/or are faulty.

A system and attendant structural components for incorporating an alternate fuel supply, such as of the type used in combination with a conventional distillate fuel, to power a heavy duty industrial vehicle, such as a mine haul dump truck. The system and attendant structure includes a mounting assembly structured for containment and support of the alternate fuel and a containment area disposed on the vehicle and structured and dimensioned to retain the mounting assembly therein. The containment area and the mounting assembly are disposed in laterally adjacent, exposed relation to an operator area of the mine haul truck, wherein the mounting assembly and the containment area are cooperatively disposed and structured to facilitate storage of the alternate fuel and operative communication and distribution thereof with the powering engine of the mine haul vehicle.

Working Vehicle

Provided is a working vehicle comprising: a fuel tank; a tank support member configured to receive and support the fuel tank from below; and an inverse U-shaped hood support member provided upright in a state of spanning left and right of the fuel tank, the hood support member including an elastic member that acts on an upper portion side of the fuel tank so as to hold the fuel tank at a predetermined position on the tank support member.

Power export system for a military vehicle

A military vehicle including a chassis, a cab mounted to the chassis and defining a rear wall, an engine mounted to the chassis, a transfer case coupled to the engine and including a driven output providing mechanical power to the military vehicle and a generator output, and an electric machine positioned rearward of the rear wall of the cab and coupled to the generator output of the transfer case and generating electrical power.

Work vehicle

A work vehicle includes an engine provided inwards of a hood; a fuel tank provided extending in a front-back direction from the inside of the hood to the inside of a dashboard of a steering part; a tank support frame that supports the fuel tank; a fixing member that fixes the fuel tank supported by the tank support frame in place; and a rocking support frame that supports the hood such that the hood is capable of rocking vertically. The tank support frame and the rocking support frame are supported by a different member than the member supporting the engine, and include, as a fixing member, a first fixing member fixed extending from the tank support frame to the rocking support frame.

WORKING VEHICLE

A working vehicle includes a vehicle body to which a working device is connectable, a traveling device including a left front wheel provided at a left front portion of the vehicle body and a right front wheel provided at a right front portion of the vehicle body, a drive device to drive the traveling device, a tank to store gas to drive the drive device, a hood provided at a front portion of the vehicle body such that the hood is located between the left front wheel and the right front wheel, and an imager provided on the vehicle body. The tank is housed in the hood. The imager is configured or programmed to capture an image of a region including the left front wheel and/or the right front wheel.

An all-terrain vehicle includes a vehicle frame, seats, and a fuel tank. The vehicle frame defines a cockpit. The seats include a driver seat and a co-driver seat. The driver seat and the co-driver seat are arranged in the cockpit, the cockpit is provided with a driver foot space in front of the driver seat, and the cockpit is also provided with a co-driver foot space in front of the co-driver seat. The fuel tank is arranged in the cockpit, and is located between the driver foot space and the co-driver foot space.
