Projection display device, projection control method, and projection control program
A projection display device has a projection display unit that performs, in accordance with input image data, spatial modulation on light emitted by a light source, and projects image light obtained through the spatial modulation onto a projection surface of a vehicle to display an image that is based on the image data, the projection surface is formed of a member having a reflectance that is higher for light in a plurality of wavelength ranges than for light in a wavelength range outside the plurality of wavelength ranges, and the projection display device includes: a projection angle control mechanism that controls a projection angle of the image light on the projection surface; and an image light control unit that controls, in accordance with the projection angle, intensity of the light in the plurality of wavelength ranges included in the image light.
Head-up display device
In a head-up display device, first and second cover parts of a cover each cover an opening. The first cover part is turnable about a first rotation fulcrum fixed to a housing, with respect to the housing. The second cover part is turnable about a second rotation fulcrum fixed to first and second ends of the first cover part, with respect to the first cover part. The head-up display device includes a biasing member that biases the second cover part toward the outside of the housing when the cover covers the opening.
Presentation to user of indication of object at which another person is looking
In one aspect, a device includes at least one processor, a display accessible to the at least one processor, and storage accessible to the at least one processor. The storage includes instructions executable by the at least one processor to receive input regarding an object at which one person is looking and to present, to another person via the display, a graphical indication regarding the object.
Collecting battery pack state information
Systems of an electrical vehicle and the operations thereof are provided that use identifiers and sensed power source parameters to determine whether a rule, such as a warranty or licensing requirement, has been violated.
Systems and methods for providing an interactive user interface using a film and projector
The present disclosure relates to interactive projection systems. In one implementation, an interactive projection system for a vehicle window may include a film having a plurality of sensors embedded therein, the plurality of sensors configured to detect local pressure disturbance on the film; a projector configured to project a user interface onto the film; and at least one processor. The at least one processor may be configured to perform operations, including receiving a detection of a local pressure disturbance from at least one of the plurality of sensors, based on a location of the detected local pressure disturbance, determining a change in the user interface, and transmitting a command to the projector to modify a projected user interface according to the determined change.
Projection display device, control method for projection display device, and control program for projection display device
A HUD including a projection display unit, a housing, a cover, a region detection unit, an object removing mechanism and an object removal control unit is provided. The projection display unit spatially modulates light emitted from a light source as image information and projects image light obtained from spatial modulation onto a windshield to display an image. The housing accommodates the projection display unit and has an opening portion through which the image light exits. The cover covers the opening portion. The region detecting unit detects an object adhesion region in which the object is adhered to the cover. The object removing mechanism removes an object adhered to a front surface of the cover by scraping the front surface of the cover. The object removal control unit activates the object removing mechanism when important display content is included in a portion of the image light, the portion being blocked.
Vehicle display device
A vehicle display device includes a tubular member disposed such that an opening edge thereof faces a driver side, a projection unit that projects light toward an inner space of the tubular member, a semitransparent mirror that is disposed in the inner space of the tubular member and reflects light projected from the projection unit toward the driver side to cause a virtual image to be displayed, an image display unit that is disposed on a side opposite to the driver side with respect to the semitransparent mirror in the tubular member and displays an image, and a design unit that is disposed between the image display unit and the semitransparent mirror in the inner space of the tubular member and has a stereoscopic shape.
System and method for a dynamic human machine interface for video conferencing in a vehicle
A system in a vehicle comprising one or more sensors configured to obtain cognitive-load data indicating a cognitive load of an occupant of the vehicle, a controller in communication with the one or more sensors, wherein the controller is configured to determine a cognitive load of the occupant utilizing at least the cognitive-load data in response to an initiation of a video conference session, and output on a vehicle display a first user interface in connection with the video conference session when the cognitive load exceeds a threshold and a second user interface in connection with the video conference session when the cognitive load is below a threshold, wherein the second user interface includes video of the video conference session and the first user interface excludes video of the video conference session.
HEAD-UP DISPLAY DEVICE
The present invention enables recognition of traffic light lamp color in place of or in addition to simply displaying the traffic light lamp color in a color image. A projection unit projects, towards a part subject to projection, display light L that can display an image at a variable display distance. A lamp color information acquisition unit acquires a lamp color of a traffic light which a vehicle will be driving through. A display distance adjustment unit changes the display distance of the image based on the lamp color acquired by an information acquisition unit.
HEAD-UP DISPLAY DEVICE
There is provided a head-up display device which has a small size and of which the aberration is small and the range of an eye box in a vertical direction is wide. The head-up display device 10 includes a first optical system that includes at least one concave mirror arranged along an optical path of display light in order from an image display surface 1, and a second optical system that includes at least one concave mirror arranged along the optical path of the display light in order from the image display surface 1 side. An intermediate image is formed between the first and second optical systems on the optical path, and the first optical system includes a double reflection mirror that reflects the display light twice on the optical path.
