Vehicle seat
A vehicle seat includes: a seat frame that serves as at least a portion of a skeletal structure; a fixed bracket that is fixed on the indoor wall, the fixed bracket including a connection part having a connection surface that is substantially orthogonal to a seat width direction and extending in a substantially vertical direction; a link member in which one end is swingably connected with the connection part and the other end is connected with the seat frame, the link member being swingable in a direction substantially parallel with the seat width direction set as a swinging center axis; and a regulation part which extends from the connection part in a direction substantially parallel with the swinging center axis, the regulation part being configured to regulate, by abutting on the link member in the seat front-and-rear direction, that the link member swings beyond a preset swinging range.
Lifter device
A lifter device, wherein a pawl operating member is configured to be rotatable with respect to a rotation shaft so as to rotate in accordance with an operation of an operation handle and includes a first projection protrudingly formed on its outer peripheral side for rotational alignment, wherein a support member includes a second projection which is protrudingly formed so as to face the first projection and which serves as a reference position of a pawl operating member in a rotational direction, and wherein, in a state where the operation handle is not operated, a second spring is configured to bias the first projection so as to overlap with the second projection in the rotational direction of the pawl operating member.
Vehicle seat
A vehicle seat, such as for a motor vehicle seat, adapted to be transferable from at least one use position, which is suitable for transporting a passenger, into an easy entry position as a non-use position, and back, may have a seat cushion, a backrest, and a seat frame. The seat cushion and the backrest may be coupled to the seat frame, a base and a kinematics for the articulated connection of the seat frame to the base. The kinematics may have at least one link articulated connecting the seat frame to the base. The at least one link may be lockable by a disc shaped fitting or the at least one link may be lockable with the seat frame by a locking device.
SEAT ADJUSTMENT MECHANISM
A vehicle seat having a base (10) and a squab (11) and an adjustment mechanism (20) whereby the position of an occupant sitting in the seat can be adjusted, the mechanism being configured so as to permit the seat to follow a motion path that provides coordinated adjustment of both height and back inclination of the occupant, the motion path being such that as the height of the occupant is raised the back inclination of the occupant becomes less supine.
Four-way pitching mechanism for a seating assembly
A seating assembly includes a striker pin operably coupled to a track assembly, a sector arm operably coupled to a seat base and defining a first pivot axis and a second pivot axis, a dual cam latch disposed between the second pivot axis and the seat base when the sector arm is in a raised position and engageable with the striker pin when the sector arm is in a lowered position, wherein the dual cam latch is releasable by a forward movement of a seatback, a release cam operably coupled to the sector arm along the second pivot axis, wherein the release cam is configured to rotate downward when the sector arm is in the raised position, and a release bar including a front portion and a rear portion, wherein the rear portion is engageable by the release cam.
MULTI-PIVOT ANGLED VEHICLE SEAT KINEMATICS
A vehicle seat in part comprises an eight-pivot angled assembly comprising: front and rear subassemblies each mounted to a cushion frame at a non-perpendicular angle to floor rails, each of the front and rear subassemblies comprising upper pivots and lower pivots coupled to each other respective links, a crossmember coupling links to each other. An electric motor is coupled to the eight-pivot angled assembly and configured to actuate the front and rear subassemblies into a first position, and into a second position where the cushion frame and a cushion are positioned further inboard in the vehicle than in the first position.
Seat assembly for use in an automotive vehicle for movement between a plurality of positions
A seat assembly includes a four-bar linkage for providing movement of the seat assembly between a plurality of positions in an automotive vehicle. The four-bar linkage includes front and rear links which simultaneously rotate to move the seat assembly between an easy entry position in which the seat assembly tilts forwardly and downwardly toward a floor of the automotive vehicle to allow ingress and egress behind the seat assembly, a stow position in which a seat cushion lowers toward the floor of the automotive vehicle and a seat back pivots toward and overlaps the seat cushion, and an intermediate design position in which the seat cushion is spaced from the floor of the automotive vehicle and the seat back is disposed generally upright to support an occupant. The seat assembly is capable of moving directly between the easy entry and stow positions without needing to intermediately return to the design position.
Seat transformation bracket
A seat assembly for a motor vehicle includes a side member, a front link, a rear link and a rail. The side member, the front link, the rear link and the rail form a four-bar linkage with four way movement. The seat assembly further includes a transformation bracket that is attached to the first side member and connected to the rear link to convert the seat assembly with four way movement to two way movement.
Non-intrusive and reclining seating arrangement for an airplane or other means of transportation
There is disclosed a seating system for use in a means of transportation, allowing passenger seats to recline without intruding into the seating space of the passengers sitting in the row behind. Each seat is supported on an elevated base and is movably carried by a support member which is attached to the base. Each seat comprises a seat bottom and a reversibly reclinable seat back. The seat back is slidably connected to one or more fixed, rearward-sloped tracks which guide the seat back as the support member is operated by an actuator and the seat is moved forward or rearward by the support member. The seat back is disposed frontward and outside of the rear passenger space in any position of the seat back. The elevated base can provide a storage compartment, allowing to eliminate overhead storage bins. A fixed, privacy panel can be arranged behind the seat back.
DUAL CAM LATCH
A latch assembly comprises a sector arm including a first pin and a second pin, wherein the first pin operably couples a structural cam to the sector arm, the structural cam being operable between an blocked and removed position, an adjustment cam operably coupled to the structural cam and the sector arm by the first pin, a locking hook operably coupled to the sector arm by the second pin and rotatable between a locked position and a unlocked position, and a return spring operably coupling the locking hook with the structural cam, wherein the locking hook is rotated to the unlocked position when the structural cam is drawn to the removed position.
