The vehicle seat (1) includes a panel (4); a pad (11, 51) supported by the panel; a skin material (12, 52) covering a front surface of the pad; and a sensor (32) provided between the front surface of the pad and the skin material for acquiring information on a seat occupant, wherein the pad is provided with a through hole (35, 58) passed from the front surface of the pad to a back surface of the pad, and a recess (45, 61) formed in the back surface of the pad and connected to the through hole, the wire harness connected to the sensor extending in the through hole and the recess.

A trim cover assembly for a vehicle seat assembly, a vehicle seat assembly, and a method of assembling the trim cover are provided. The trim cover assembly has a first trim member with a first surface to form a seating surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. A second trim member is provided for connection to a seat member, and has first and second side regions each extending between first and second end regions. The first and second end regions are connected adjacent to first and second edges of the first trim member, respectively. A central region of the second trim member is connected to the second surface of the first trim member via a first seam.
Attachment assembly for a dress cover and a cushion of an aircraft seat
An aircraft seat may include a support system with a diaphragm, a cushion with at least one surface configured to conform to a corresponding surface of the support system, a dress cover configured to fit over at least a portion of the cushion, and an attachment assembly. The attachment assembly may include a primary attachment feature coupled to the dress cover proximate to at least one edge of the dress cover or coupled to the cushion. The attachment assembly may include an auxiliary attachment feature integrated within the support system. The attachment assembly may be configured to secure the at least one surface of the cushion against the corresponding surface of the support system when the primary attachment feature is coupled to the auxiliary attachment feature at a single attachment interface for the support system, the cushion, and the dress cover.
Vehicle seat trim assembly including a frame sock
A vehicle seat trim assembly includes a seat trim adapted to be located over a seat foam that is supported on a vehicle seat frame. The seat trim includes an occupant support surface and a side trim that is attached to the occupant support surface. The vehicle seat trim assembly also includes a frame sock. The frame sock has a cover having an attachment edge with a top attachment portion that is attached to the occupant support surface and a side attachment portion that is attached to the side trim. The frame sock includes a clip that is attached to the cover and is adapted to engage the vehicle seat frame. The frame sock also has a strap that is attached to the cover between the attachment edge and the clip. The strap is attached to the cover and to a resilient retainer.

A vehicle seat is provided with a frame, a cushion pad which is disposed on the frame, a trim cover which covers the cushion pad, and a fastener provided to the surface of the cushion pad, which is installed on the frame. The fastener has a frame affixation section which is affixed to the frame, and a cover engagement section with which an end of the trim cover is engaged, and the fastener is joined to the cushion pad.

In embodiments, the upholstery cover retention assembly further includes a dress cover assembly including a dress cover configured to at least partially cover the upholstered surface of the upholstered article, and an assembled edge configured to be disposed within a groove formed between the peripheral surface of the upholstered article and the bezel. In embodiments, assembled edge is configured to be secured within the groove by engaging a lower engagement surface of the retention flange and a lower surface of the bezel lip with the assembled edge.

The second leg includes a plurality of second retention features positioned along a length of the second leg.
