The heating device includes a heating mat having a carrier layer which includes a first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface. The second surface carries a heating conductor for generating heat, and the heating conductor extends over a heating area. The heating device further includes a seat cover upholstery, which can be a foam layer. The second surface of the carrier layer faces the seat cover upholstery, and the first surface of the carrier layer is adapted to face the seat cover and be in direct contact with the seat cover. The heating mat is adapted to be sewable by stitches going through the seat cover, the heating mat, and the seat cover upholstery to form seams extending through the heating area.
Automobile Seat Cover Capable of Releasing Safety Air Bag and Sewing Technology of Seat Cover
The present disclosure discloses an automobile seat cover capable of releasing a safety air bag and a sewing technology of a seat cover. An air bag detonation edge is sewn. The air bag detonation edge is defined on the seat cover side cloth and a sewing position between the seat cover backrest cloth and the seat cover rear cloth. A braid with a width of 4 MM is sewn at the air bag detonation edge through an air bag bottom thread and an air bag upper thread. The common computer automobile is reformed, the number of needles and the needle pitch are strictly controlled by biasys computer software, the tension of the air bag bottom thread and the tension of the air bag upper thread are strictly controlled through a tension controller. The upper half part of the seat cover is integrally sewn.
Alignment of motor vehicle seat cap pieces
A cover element for a motor vehicle seat element lining, including: a foam on the reverse side of a textile, skin, or synthetic material; and in edges, intended to be assembled by sewing to at least one piece of textile, skin, or synthetic material, one or a plurality of embossed notches forming alignment marks to perform the sewing.
Cushion body
A cushion body includes a seat pad; and a seat cover covering a surface of the seat pad in a state in which a surface of the seat cover is bonded to the surface of the seat pad. The seat pad includes a drawing groove into which an intermediate part of the seat cover is drawn such that a surface of the intermediate part of the seat cover is bonded to the drawing groove; and a deformation promoting structure configured to promote bending of a vicinity portion in vicinity of the drawing groove so as to promote bending of one pad portion with respect to another pad portion in a direction in which a groove width of the drawing groove is increased, the one pad portion being separated from the other pad portion by the drawing groove.
Vehicle seat
A vehicle seat includes: a cushion that has a main portion that configures part of the seat cushion or the seat back and is placed in the seat width direction middle portion of the cushion and a pair of right and left side support portions that project toward the seat upper side or the seat front side relative to the main portion; and a cover that has side support portion cover portions and a main portion cover portion, with both seat width direction end portions of the main portion cover portion being joined to the side support portion cover portions, and with the seat width direction dimension of the main portion cover portion being longer than the seat width direction dimension of a surface on the seated occupant side of the main portion in a deformed state resulting from an occupant being seated.
SURFACE FASTENER, CUSHIONING STRUCTURE, AND SEAT STRUCTURE
A surface fastener formed of a synthetic resin and in which a base with a 0.1 to 0.9 mm thickness and engagement element groups including engagement elements with a 0.2 to 0.8 mm protrusion height are integrally molded, and engagement element rows are composed of the plural engagement elements arranged in a row direction and each protruding independently. A cushioning member is covered with a covering member via the surface fastener. A resistance value of the surface fastener by itself as measured by a handle-o-meter method conforming to the JIS L 1096 E method is 80 to 150 g, whereas a load-deflection characteristic when a pressure is applied to an overlapping portion of the stacked surface fastener and cushioning member by a pressure plate with a 30 mm diameter approximates a similarly measured load-deflection characteristic of the cushioning member by itself.
VEHICLE SEAT
A vehicle seat includes: a component part formed to be displaceable relative to a vehicle body; and a board member configured to cover a gap formed between the component part and the vehicle body. The board member is a flexible plate-shaped member. The board member includes an attachment portion configured to rotatably connect the board member to the component part or the vehicle body, and a sliding portion configured to rotate around the attachment portion as an axis so as to abut with the vehicle body or the component part and slide according to the displacement of the component part.
VEHICLE SEAT
A vehicle seat includes a seat pad that defines an outer shape of the vehicle seat and elastically supports a body of a seated occupant; and a seat cover that is formed by sewing a plurality of parts, the seat cover covering a seating surface of the seat pad. The seating surface includes a recessed surface portion that is recessed in a thickness direction of the seat pad. The seat cover includes a covering material and a first cover pad that is disposed on and fixed to a reverse surface of the covering material. A plurality of through holes is provided in the first cover pad in a portion of the seat cover, the plurality of through holes extending through the first cover pad in a thickness direction of the first cover pad, and the portion of the seat cover corresponding to the recessed surface portion.
Vehicle seat
[Purpose] To provide a vehicle seat having a garnish attached thereto, which is simplified in structure for easy secure attachment of the garnish to a seat cushion of the seat, and also highly improved as to outer appearance quality of the seat cushion. [Means for Achieving the Purpose] A vehicle seat of the present invention includes: a frame 4 formed from a sheet metal, the frame standing upright in a vertical direction thereof; a garnish 1 engaged with and fitted to the frame 4 so as to cover an outer peripheral surface of that frame; a cushion element 3 supported by the frame 4; and a trim cover element 2 covering the cushion element 3. In this vehicle seat, a terminal end portion 20 of the trim cover element 2 is fixedly secured to an outer surface of the garnish 1.
