A vehicle seating assembly includes a seat coupled to a seatback. The seat includes a cushion divided into a first part and a second part. The first part and the second part are arranged to form a platform in an opened state. A liner is stored between the first part and the second part in the unopened state. The liner covers the platform in the opened state.

In order to provide a seat having enhanced apparent quality by covering a connecting part, the present invention is a seat 1 wherein a coating cover 40 for coating a first fastening part 30 is provided to an end of a surface cover 4.

A seating assembly includes a seatback. A seat includes a top side that defines a seating surface and a bottom side that includes an attachment interface. The seat is operably coupled with the seatback and is rotatable between a horizontal orientation and a vertical orientation. A closeable pocket is removably coupled with the attachment interface of the seat. The closeable pocket includes a zipper. A handle operably disengages a latching mechanism of the seat and is disposed above the closeable pocket. The handle includes a peripheral bezel with a light source, which is a light emitting diode, configured to illuminate the closeable pocket and a cargo space disposed below the seat.

A seat hooking structure (10) which supports by hooking a changeable cover (7) so as to be detachably attached to a seat member provided with a base trim cover (6), the seat hooking structure (10) comprising: an open-type fastening member (5) which is not sewn to the base trim cover (6), the fastening member (5) including a fastener part constituted by one fastener half (511) and another fastener half (512), and a slider part that slides along the fastener part so as to open and close the one fastener half (511) and the other fastener half (512); and an anchoring member (18) which anchors the one fastener half (511) to the seat member in a groove for hooking (11). The other fastener half (512) and the changeable cover (7) are secured to each other by a securing part (74).

Devices, systems, and methods for use of a stowable seat topper are described. The stowable seat topper can include a seat portion, a back portion attached to the seat portion, arm portions attached to the back portion, and cushion portions attached to the back portion. The seat topper can include fasteners configured to secure the seat topper when in a stowed state. The seat portion, back portion, and arm portions can comprise molded foam and provide ergonomic support to a user. Furthermore, the seat topper can be configured to transition between a stowed state and a deployed state. In the stowed state, the seat portion, back portion, and arm portions can be rolled together and securing in placed by fasteners. In the deployed state, the seat portion, the back portion, the arm portions, and the cushion portions can be unrolled, aligned with a seat, and secured to the seat.

Provided is a seat having an improved appearance by hiding a section where a trim cover is attached to a backboard from an outside. A seat includes: a seat pad; a backboard disposed on a back surface of the seat pad; a trim cover covering a front surface of the seat pad; a terminal member attached to the trim cover along an end thereof, and a connection member attached to an end of the backboard for connecting the terminal member thereto. The terminal member is connected to the connection member in a state where the terminal member and the connection member are covered with the trim cover from an outside, so that the end of the trim cover is fastened to the end of the backboard.

Integrated cargo and seat cover storage systems are presented including: a seat cover that conforms to a vehicle seat; a cargo strap vertically coupled along an upper portion of a seat-back front surface of the seat cover, where the cargo strap includes: an elongated strap, and a number of couplers positioned along the elongated strap; and a securing coupler positioned along a lower portion of the seat-back front surface that removably secures the cargo strap with the seat-back front surface.

The seat cover has two or more blank parts as first blank parts, wherein the first blank parts are joined to each other on at least one joining edge. At least one first blank part has a width that is at least equal to the width of a following blank part of a follower and the first blank part has a length that is at least equal to the length of the following blank part of the follower.

A seat cover for a vehicle may include a lower or bench portion sized and configured to extend over a horizontally-oriented top of a bench of a vehicle seat. The lower portion may include a first section and a second section separated by a slit. The seat cover for the vehicle may also include an upper or backrest portion coupled to the lower portion. The upper portion may be sized and configured to extend upwardly over a backrest of the vehicle seat.
