ARMREST ASSEMBLY FOR VEHICLE INTERIOR
An armrest assembly for a vehicle interior is disclosed. The armrest assembly for a vehicle interior comprises a base comprising an opening, an armrest configured to move to (a) a closed position to cover the opening of the base, (2) a raised position, and (3) an open position, a mechanism configured to move the armrest from the closed position to the raised position. The mechanism may be configured to prevent movement of the armrest from the open position to the raised position.
Pawl and sector locking adjustable armrest
The present invention is a simplified pawl and sector adjustable armrest device. Both the pawl and sector have a toothed edge, which engage one another in the locked position. The locked position prevents the armrest from rotating. A pawl-return torsional spring maintains engagement between the pawl and sector. A release cable can disengage the pawl from the sector, unlocking the adjustable armrest, allowing it to rotate in either position. A protrusion from the sector limits the rotation by butting up against a built-in stop.
Armrest and Vehicle Seat
Provided is an armrest capable of preventing the outer layer of a side surface of an armrest body from being rolled up by the cover of a rotating mechanism or the like.
Tilting device for armrest
The present invention relates to an armrest tilting device which is slimmed in a width direction of the vehicle by including a housing, a shaft which is rotatable relative to the housing, a bracket installed to interlock with the shaft, a first ratchet installed to be rotatable with respect to the bracket, a second ratchet fixed to the housing and engaged with the first ratchet, a lock spring installed between the bracket and the first ratchet so that, with respect to rotation of the bracket, teeth of the first ratchet are sequentially engaged with teeth of the second ratchet, and a leaf spring installed between an inner side surface of the housing and the bracket so as to apply an elastic force in an axial direction of the shaft.
SPRING LOCK MECHANISM
Provided is a spring lock mechanism including: a lock drum (11) provided on either one of a first member (20) and a second member (20); a coil spring (12) secured to the other member, abutting on the lock drum (11), and locking turning of the second member (30) in one direction relative to the first member (20) due to a frictional force; and a switching mechanism causing the second member (30) to turn relative to the first member (20) to switch a state in which the locking has been established and a state in which the locking has been released and held, in which the coil spring (12) abuts on an inner circumferential surface of the lock drum (11), the diameter of the coil spring (12) increases through compression of a spring wire material of the coil spring (12) in a longitudinal direction caused by the turning of the second member (20), the coil spring thus further presses the inner circumferential surface of the lock drum (11) and locks the turning due to the frictional force, and the switching mechanism accompanies an operation of extending or shortening a length of the coil spring (12) in the state in which the locking has been released relative to the length of the coil spring (12) in the state in which the locking has been established.
VEHICLE SEAT AND ARMREST ASSEMBLY WITH FREE PLAY MINIMIZATION MECHANISM
A seat and armrest assembly includes a seat including a frame having a movable element that is supported on the frame in a position. An armrest is supported on the frame and is movable relative to the seat between a first position and a second position. The armrest includes a locking pin that is disposed adjacent to the movable element of the frame to retain the armrest in the first position. A free play adjustment mechanism is provided to adjust the position of the movable element relative to the frame to minimize or eliminate space between the movable element and the locking pin. The free play adjustment mechanism includes an adjustment actuator having a threaded outer surface that cooperates with a correspondingly threaded inner surface of an aperture extending through the frame.
HEIGHT-ADJUSTABLE CONTROL LEVER CARRIER FOR A COMMERICAL VEHICLE SEAT
The invention relates to a height-adjustable control lever carrier for a commercial vehicle seat, which carrier is at least partially arranged to the side of a seat part, wherein the control lever carrier is provided for receiving at least one control lever for controlling vehicle equipment and at least one armrest, and is characterised in that the control lever carrier comprises a multi-joint mechanism construction, by means of which the control lever carrier is adjustable both in a seat height direction and in a seat longitudinal direction relative to the seat part.
Seat armrest
The invention relates to an armrest (10) for a seat, in particular for a vehicle seat, having a base (11) to which at least one container (18) having a cavity (27) is allocated, having an arm support (12) that is pivotable relative to the container (18) between a lower end position and an upper end position, having an arm support face (13), wherein at least one housing wall (19a, 19b, 19c) is allocated to the arm support (12), said housing wall (19a, 19b, 19c) being connected to the arm support (12) so as to move therewith in such a way that it closes an intermediate space arising between a stop face (25) of the arm support (12) and a support face (26) on the base part (11) when the arm support (12) pivots up, wherein the arm support (12) comprises an opening (16) through which access to the interior space (27) is possible.
Armrest and vehicle seat
Provided is an armrest capable of preventing the outer layer of a side surface of an armrest body from being rolled up by the cover of a rotating mechanism or the like.
Vehicle seating systems
A side facing seat includes a seat back element and a moveable seat base element disposed below the seat back element. The moveable seat base element is moveable at least between a stored position and a seating position. Movement of the moveable seat base element is controlled by an activation element that is configured to engage with a locking mechanism such that the locking mechanism is able to lock the moveable seat base element in the stored position or the seating position.
