HEADREST FORE-AFT POSITION ADJUSTER
Disclosed is a headrest fore-aft position adjuster including a displaceable body which receives load of an occupant's head and which displaces in a fore-aft direction with respect to a headrest pillar and a lock mechanism which locks and unlocks the displaceable body at a plurality of positions along the fore-aft direction, and the lock mechanism includes an engaging part which displaces in the fore-aft direction integrally with the displaceable body, a plurality of engaged part which is provided along a trajectory of the engaging part and which the engaging part is engaged with in a locked state and the engaging part is configured to engage with the engaged parts from a lateral position.

Linkage Extension System with Damped Motion
A linkage extension system and method for holding an extendable portion of a seat in a desired position while the extendable portion translates from a retracted to an extended position and any intermediate position. A coupled damper produces a holding force to counter gravity or other forces which cause the translation of the seat extension away from a desired position. The linkage extension system is self-powered and operates within the enclosed portion of the seat.
HEAD RESTRAINT ARRANGEMENT WITH A DISPLACEABLE ACTUATING ELEMENT
It is provided a head restraint arrangement for a vehicle seat, with a head restraint which is adjustable along two spatial axes and with an actuating device, by means of which at least one locking device which, in a locked state, blocks the head restraint against adjustment in at least one spatial direction along one of the spatial axes, is manually actuatable in order to remove a block and to permit an adjustment of the head restraint. The actuating device comprises an actuating element which is provided on the head restraint and, for actuation of the locking device, is mounted displaceably along at least one of the spatial axes.

Headrest support assembly
A headrest support assembly is provided that comprises a support member flexible between neutral and loaded states and having first and second ends with a channel extending therebetween. A cable is slidably received in the channel between first and second positions. The cable has first and second ends, and the cable moves from the first position to the second position when the support member moves from the neutral state to the loaded state.

FOUR-WAY ELECTRIC POWER ACTUATION HEAD RESTRAINT WITH AUTOMATED DEPLOYMENT
A multi-direction power actuated head restraint assembly includes a head restraint mountable to a vehicle seat. The head restraint assembly also includes a fore-aft power actuation mechanism including a fore-aft electric motor to adjust a fore-aft position of the head restraint, the fore-aft electric motor programmed to adjust the fore-aft position at a first fore-aft speed during manual adjustment of the head restraint and at a second fore-aft speed upon detection of an imminent impact by an impact detection system, the second fore-aft speed greater than the first fore-aft speed.

Adjustment device for a headrest of a vehicle seat
An adjusting apparatus for adjusting a vehicle seat component of a vehicle seat comprises an adjustment arrangement for adjusting the vehicle seat component and a locking device. The locking device is coupled to the adjustment arrangement to block movement of the vehicle seat component in a locking position.
