SEAT CUSHION EXTENSION DEVICE
A seat cushion extension device is provided which can slide a seat cushion via a single spring, and has high assembly efficiency and a low weight due to a simple structure. The seat cushion extension device includes: a base having first and second rack gears provided to face each other; a cushion part provided on an upper portion of the base to move forward/backward; a locking gear part combined with a shaft extending from the cushion part to the base and having a first gear provided to be engaged with the first and second rack gears; and a manipulation part combined with the cushion part to move forward/backward between the cushion part and the first gear, and having a protruding part provided on a lower surface thereof.
Actuator for a motor vehicle, in particular for a motor vehicle seat
An actuator (10, 210) for a motor vehicle, in particular a motor vehicle seat, includes an electric motor (20) that is equipped with an output shaft (24) and a gear mechanism (100, 200) that is connected to the output shaft (24). The gear mechanism (100, 200) is provided with a gear mechanism housing (120, 220). A gear mechanism retaining device (160, 260) supports the gear mechanism housing (120, 220) in such a way that the housing can swivel about a swivel axis (165, 265). A shaft section (126, 226) of the gear mechanism housing (120, 220) that is flush with the swivel axis (165, 265) is surrounded at least in part by a retaining bracket (170, 270) of the gear mechanism retaining device (160, 260). The output shaft (24) is located outside the retaining bracket (170, 270).
Track adjuster
A track adjuster includes a pair of tracks, a lockset configured to selectively restrict movement of the pair of tracks, a first lever configured to actuate an actuator of the lockset, a second lever configured to actuate the first lever, and a spring configured to apply a first biasing force to the first lever in a first rotational direction and apply a second biasing force to the first lever in a second rotational direction. The spring may be a torsion spring that may be wrapped at least partially around a cross member connecting the pair of tracks with a second pair of tracks.
TRACK FITTING WITH QUICK RELEASE LOCK FOR AIRCRAFT SEATING
A track fitting for securing a seat pedestal of an aircraft seat to a floor of an aircraft may comprise a strut and a lock assembly. The strut may include an aft section configured to attach to an aft foot of the seat pedestal, a forward section configured to attach to a forward foot of the seat pedestal, and a central section extending between the aft section and the forward section. The lock assembly may be located proximate the aft section of the strut.
QUICK-ATTACHMENT ASSEMBLY FOR ATTACHING A SEATBACK FRAME TO A VEHICLE FRAME AND SELECTED DETACHMENT THEREFROM
A vehicle seat attachment includes a riser bracket of a vehicle frame. A pin is biased through the riser bracket to a securing position. A seat bracket has an angled channel that extends to a securing aperture, wherein slidable engagement of the angled channel with the pin is configured to bias the pin away from the securing position until the pin reaches the securing aperture wherein the pin returns to the securing position.
Mechanical spring actuator
A linear actuator comprising a housing with a proximal end and a distal end, the housing defining a central cavity extending axially through the housing; a piston tube, where a first portion of the piston tube is slidably positioned axially in the housing, and a second portion of the piston tube extends outwardly from the distal end of the housing; an elongated rotatable screw positioned axially within the central cavity of the housing; a nut positioned within the housing and mounted about the screw, the nut configured to move axially within the housing as the screw rotates; and a spring positioned around the screw, the spring positioned within the housing between the nut and the piston tube; wherein the spring is configured to bias the piston tube away from the nut.
Articulating mechanical thigh extension composite trim payout linkage system
A motor vehicle seating assembly comprises a seat frame, a cushion fixedly attached at a first end thereof to the seat frame, and a motor disposed on the seat frame and operably coupled with a displaceable second end of the cushion, wherein actuation of the motor operates the cushion between an extended position and a retracted position.
GEARING ARRANGEMENT FOR A SPINDLE DRIVE, SPINDLE DRIVE, AND VEHICLE SEAT
A gearing arrangement (3), for a spindle drive (1), includes a gearing holder (11). At least one pivot axle (y), about which the spindle drive (1) is rotatably and/or pivotably mountable or mounted, and/or at least one receptacle for the at least one pivot axle (y), is formed at least by the gearing housing (4). The gearing holder (11), or the gearing arrangement (3) includes a component group which, as components, includes a gearing housing (4), a gearing holder (11) and a gearing cover (10). At least one pivot axle (y), about which the spindle drive (1) is rotatably and/or pivotably mountable or mounted, is formed by at least one of the components of the component group. At least one receptacle, for the at least one pivot axle (y), is formed by at least one other of the components of the component group.
Seat depth adjuster
