A vehicle seat recliner for reclining a seat back with respect to a seat base, includes an internal gear member, an external gear member, a drive member, a lock member, a biasing member, and a cover. The drive member causes relative rotation between the internal gear member and the external gear member. The lock member and the biasing member operate for selectively locking and unlocking relative rotation between the internal gear member and the external gear member. The cover covers an outside of the external gear member. The outside of the external gear member includes fitting projections, wherein the fitting projections project toward the cover, and are arranged concentrically. Each of the fitting projections includes a radial inside fixed to the cover by press-fitting and recess-projection fitting, and includes a radial outside configured to be fitted to a mounting hole of the second frame.

LATERAL ROTARY POSITIONING MECHANISM AND CHILD CARRIER
20240375562 · 2024-11-14 · ·

The present disclosure discloses a lateral rotary positioning mechanism arranged between a base and a body, the base is rotatably arranged on the body and includes an engaging pin and an engaging recess, the engaging pin is telescopically arranged on the body, the engaging recess is arranged on a bottom surface of the base and at least one side of the base in a lateral direction, and when the base is rotated to a lateral direction with respect to the body, the engaging pin is inserted into the engaging recess to limit rotation of the base. The lateral rotary positioning mechanism capable of being rotatable to a lateral direction to position the carrier of the present disclosure has advantages of a simple structure and capability of improving the use convenience and safety of the child carrier. In addition, the present disclosure also discloses a child carrier.

Child restraint spin lock and a safety seat having the same

A child restraint spin lock is adapted to be installed in a safety seat that includes a base member and a mid base being rotatable relative to the base member about an axis. The child restraint spin lock includes two locking components and a pivot component. The locking components are adapted to be co-rotatably connected to the mid base, are spaced apart from each other, and are adapted to be movable relative to the base member between a locked position and an unlocked position. The pivot component is adapted to be rotatable relative to the mid base about the axis, and is pivotally connected between the locking components such that movements of the locking components are synchronized by rotation of the pivot component.

Device for rapid removal/reinstallation of a vehicle seat back, and seat assembly comprising the same
09931966 · 2018-04-03 · ·

A device for rapid removal/reinstallation of a back of a seat of a vehicle, the back being attached, by at least one first strap, to a ceiling. The device includes a hanging intermediary structure and a fixed structure integral with the ceiling and retaining the structure in the use position of the seat, in which it has been brought with an upward movement, and locking the structure in the use position or unlocking it such that it is moved away from the ceiling to release the tension exerted by the first strap and allow the structure to be disengaged from the retaining unit. The back can thus be removed or reinstalled without any action on the tension setting of the strap.

Vehicle seat with hook and cam latching mechanism

A vehicle seat includes a hook and cam latching mechanism that releasably couples an occupant support to the vehicle body. The latching mechanism has a hook and a cam that apply clamp loads at opposite sides of an anchor to lock the occupant support in a use position in a manner that can reduce or eliminate loose conditions and associated noise often associated with other types of latching mechanisms. Cam movement is coordinated with hook movement to accommodate an engaged condition with a secured clamp load along with easy engagement and disengagement of the hook. The latching mechanism can be used with easy-entry vehicle seats or other types of vehicle seats where movement of a seat bottom or seat back away from the vehicle body is desired.
