Higher Capacity Vehicle Trailer
Systems and methods are provided for designing and loading a higher capacity enclosed trailer. The higher capacity trailer includes a trailer floor including at least two sections. The at least two sections include a first section located at a first end of the high capacity trailer and having a first height, and a second section located at a second end of the high capacity vehicle trailer opposite the first end, the second section having a second height different from the first height. The higher capacity trailer includes an adjustable platform positioned at the first section. The adjustable platform is configured to receive at least one loaded pallet unit, and slide a predetermined length of the first section towards the first end, such that additional space is generated for at least another loaded pallet unit on the first section.
Restraint system for carts and other cargo
Systems and methods are provided for restraining cargo in a cargo compartment. In one embodiment, the system comprises a first track sub-assembly comprising a vertical track secured to at least one horizontal support member. The at least one horizontal support member is dimensioned to span between a plurality of preexisting vertical logistics posts on a first sidewall of a cargo compartment. In one embodiment, the at least one horizontal support member comprises first and second ends, and a center point positioned halfway between the first and second ends, wherein a central longitudinal axis of the vertical track is offset from the center point of the first horizontal support member by a predetermined distance. A first beam assembly having a first end to assembly is movable along the vertical track and configured to be secured at a predetermined height.

Lockable Cargo Retaining Apparatus
A lockable cargo retaining apparatus is a user-configurable modification to existing cargo vehicles, specifically pickup trucks with folding tailgates. The lockable cargo retaining apparatus utilizes a carrier rail and carriage to create an adjustable backstop for any cargo in the bed of any truck, preventing the load from slipping or shifting during transport. A locking mechanism is engaged between the carrier rail and the carriage to fix the carriage in position, with the carriage further supporting at least one load-securing element to directly secure any cargo within the bed of the truck. At least one load-securing mechanism is also interchangeable with multiple proposed embodiments to enable the effective retention of various types of cargo.

Apparatus for a beam supporting rail
An apparatus useful for providing a surface upon which heavily weighted material can rest or come to rest. The apparatus can be easily attached to a beam support rail system. One such system having a channel with notches or hips that are used to locate load bars, beams, that engage the hips at various heights, or other positions if not vertical, along the rail system. In this way heavy loads can be placed on top of or against the bars. The apparatus is able to provide secondary support for the beams should a beam's support portion fail.
Repositionable seat for delivery vehicle
A vehicle includes a chassis, a cab coupled to the chassis, a cargo body coupled to the chassis and positioned rearward of the cab, a seating unit, and a mail tray. The cab includes a first floor portion defining a first interface at a first position within the cab. The cargo body includes a second floor portion defining a second interface at a second position within the cargo body. The seating unit includes a frame assembly that engages with the first interface and the second interface such that the seating unit is selectively repositionable between the first position and the second position. The mail tray is selectively positionable in the first position when the seating unit is in the second position.
