Lighting device with lightguide assembly which can be locked therein
In a lighting device for a vehicle, a light guide assembly (10) for guiding the light emitted by a light source comprises a head portion (12) with decoupling elements (18) for decoupling at least some of the coupled-in light, and also a feed line portion (11), which comprises a coupling-in region (15) for the coupling-in of light from a light source and by means of which light coupled in in this way is fed to the head portion (12). The coupling-in region (15) has a first securing arrangement (13) with at least one element protruding transversely to the longitudinal axis of the coupling-in region (15), for example a pin, by means of which the coupling-in region (15) is insertable into a first securing location in the lighting device and lockable there. The head portion (12) has a second securing arrangement (14) for securing the head portion (12) in the lighting device.
Vehicular lamp and light source unit
Disclosed is a vehicular lamp including a light source unit equipped with a plurality of LEDs having different optical axes; and a reflector configured to reflect light emitted from the plurality of LEDs. The light source unit includes a base including a plurality of board mounting surfaces, in which the base is formed to be foldable around an axis formed between each two adjacent board mounting surfaces as a boundary; and a plurality of printed circuit boards attached to the plurality of board mounting surfaces, respectively, in which each printed circuit board has a light source mounted on a surface opposite to the board mounting surface thereof.
Vehicle lighting fixture
A vehicle lighting fixture allowing a plurality of lamp units to be attached to a housing with improved operation efficiency is provided. The vehicle lighting fixture includes: a tubular support body having front and rear openings, an inner peripheral surface defining an inner space, and an outer peripheral surface; a first lamp unit supported by the tubular support body in a state where the first lamp unit is arranged in the inner space of the tubular support body, the first lamp unit being configured to emit light from a first light source toward a front side; and a second lamp unit configured to be supported by the tubular support body in a state where the second lamp unit is arranged along the outer peripheral surface of the tubular support body, the second lamp unit being configured to emit light from a second light source to the front side.
Viewing device for vehicle
In a door mirror device for a vehicle, a projector protrudes out toward a lower side from a circuit board, and the projector projects a pattern onto a ground surface. Moreover, illuminating LEDs and guide bodies are fixed to a lower surface of the circuit board. Due to the illuminating LEDs generating lights and the guide bodies guiding these lights, the guide bodies irradiate the lights from lower ends, and the ground surface is illuminated. Here, the lower ends of the guide bodies are disposed further toward a lower side than the projector. Therefore, shadows, which are due to the projector, arising in lights that illuminate the ground surface can be suppressed.
Vehicle light assembly and lighting method
A light assembly (2) such as for a headlight comprises a housing (9), the housing (9) having a rear and a front, whereby in use light is emitted from the front of the housing (9). A transparent or translucent light guide (10, 110) extends from the rear to the front and at least partially surrounded by the housing (9). The light guide (10, 110) lit at its rear and emits light along at least part of its length. It is provided with formations (17, 117) so as to take the appearance of cut glass or crystal and is used as a park light and as part of a welcome sequence.
VEHICLE LIGHT
A vehicle light includes a light compartment, a first light emission unit, and a second light emission unit. The first light emission unit is arranged in the light compartment and includes a first light emission body and a light guide body configured to emit light by internally reflecting light from the first light emission body. The second light emission unit is arranged in the light compartment and includes a second light emission body and a reflector configured to reflect light from the second light emission body in a vehicle forward direction. The light guide body is arranged outward with respect to a vehicle widthwise direction in the light compartment, and a light emission portion of the light guide body at least partially overlaps a path of light reflected by the reflector.
Vehicle taillight
A vehicle tailight includes a housing seat and a light cover cooperatively defining an accommodation space, and a main light emitting device disposed in the accommodation space and including first and second light emitting members capable of emitting first and second color lights, respectively, a reflective plate, an isolation portion corresponding to the second light emitting members, and a light transmitting plate having a light guide portion for transmitting a portion of the first color light rearwardly to the light cover and to guide the other portion thereof to reflect forwardly onto the reflective plate, which in turn, reflects the first color light rearwardly. A light adjusting structure guides the second color light to project rearwardly.
Vehicle lighting with redundant control
A lighting system of a vehicle may include light units and controllers for operating the light units. Each light unit is multifunctional in that the light unit may operate in various modes, which may be invoked at different times under varying circumstances. A light unit on the first end of a vehicle may operate as a headlight if the first end is the front end of the vehicle. On the other hand, the light unit may operate as a tail light if the first end is the rear end of the vehicle. Furthermore, the light unit may operate as a turn signal in either direction or brake light while the first end is the rear end of the vehicle. The light unit includes a lens array positioned to receive light from various light sources. The lighting system may operate in a fashion that allows for lighting redundancy on each end of the vehicle in the event of a lighting controller failure.
