Vehicle light
A vehicle light, wherein light to be emitted by a base light source which is offset with respect to an emission surface is first conducted radially outwards in targeted manner and is then reflected in an axial direction with respect to the emission surface, uses light-conducting bodies, which are spaced apart from a deflection mirror, or a light-conducting space, which extends first radially and then axially, to obtain as light-intensive, uniform and directional light emissions as possible.
Signaling Device for a Motor Vehicle
A safety-related signalling device for a motor vehicle including a light guide, a first light source capable of emitting a light beam that illuminates a lateral face of the light guide to allow the light beam to propagate in the light guide, and a reflective screen having a front face located at a distance and across from a rear face of the light guide. The light guide is translucent and light-coloured, and the reflective screen promotes diffuse reflection of the light from the light guide so as to homogenize and intensify, on a front face, the light emitted by the light guide.
Light emitting module with light guide plate for automotive headlight
The present invention provides a light emitting module with a light guide plate for an automotive headlight, which light guide plate includes a front surface for exiting light; a rear surface positioned opposite to the front surface and used as a first light incidence surface for introducing a first light beam; and a side surface positioned at a side of the light guide plate and used as a second light incidence surface for introducing a second light beam. The light guide plate has a number of concave structures at the rear surface thereof for refracting the first light beam downwards towards the ground and for reflecting the second light beam forwards towards the front surface of the light guide plate. The overall output light beam pattern according to the present invention would appear to be uniform.
LIGHT ASSEMBLY
An improved light assembly includes aligned directional light sources mounted one behind another. A distal one of the light sources occludes light emitted from a proximal one of the light sources. A reflector is interposed between the light sources, with a convex surface facing the proximal one of the light sources. Thus, the light assembly projects a light field extending at least through an 180 hemisphere, and up to about 270 backwards from the forward orientation of the light field, well-illuminating lateral approaches to the assembly.
LIGHT MODULE FOR MOTOR VEHICLE, AND LIGHTING AND/OR SIGNALING DEVICE PROVIDED WITH SUCH A MODULE
The invention relates to a luminous module (1) comprising a first series of at least one illuminating unit associated with a projecting optical system (2) that is configured to produce a first exit beam from light output from the first series, the first beam forming a motor-vehicle lighting function, characterized in that it comprises a second series of at least one illuminating unit associated with the projecting system (2), the projecting system being configured to produce a second exit beam from light output from the second series, the second beam forming a motor-vehicle signaling function, and wherein the first and second series comprise exit dioptric interfaces (13) located in the same focal plane of the projecting system (2).
HEADLIGHT FOR A VEHICLE
A headlight (1) comprising: a parabolic reflector (2) comprising an opening (2a), said parabolic reflector (2) being configured to reflect and distribute in a homogenous manner toward the opening (2a) at least a light beam (5a,5b); a transparent shield (3) to close said opening (2a); a bearing partition (4) arranged in the parabolic reflector (2), so to define a first sector of the reflector (15) and a second sector of the reflector (16) opposed to each other with respect to said bearing partition (4); at least a light source configured to generate: a first light beam (5a) pointed toward said first sector of the reflector (15); a second light beam (6a) pointed toward said second sector of the reflector (16); a third light beam (7a); a mask (8) comprising at least a partially transparent window (9) arranged so that said third light beam illuminates said window (9).
Optical Device for a Motor Vehicle Providing Two Separate Lighting Functions
Optical device (2A, 2B, 2C) for a motor vehicle providing two separate lighting functions, comprising an optical housing (4) open at a front face (12). The optical housing (4) comprises a first light source (18) arranged for illuminating a first surface (32). The optical housing (4) also comprises a second light source (20) arranged for illuminating a second surface (40), the second surface (40) being a concave shape and arranged for reflecting a light beam (34B) emitted by the second light source (20) in the direction of the front face (12) of the optical housing (4). The invention is wherein the first surface (32) is positioned between the front face (12) and the second surface (40) and in that the first surface comprises a channel (42) through which at least a portion of the light beam (34B).
Slim type lamp apparatus for vehicle
A degree of freedom of upper and lower widths of an area in which light is emitted is secured such that a slim type head lamp is implemented. Further, a slim type lamp apparatus for a vehicle, in which a low beam and a high beam are implemented at the same lighting portion, and an overall size of an optical system is reduced such that it is advantageous to configure a package of an optical system, is disclosed.
