SLIDING TOOL ASSEMBLY FOR A VEHICLE
A sliding tool assembly for a vehicle includes a sliding member configured to be slidably connected to a first accessory track of a vehicle. A base member is rotatably connected to the sliding member and rotatable about a first rotation axis. A first beam member is rotatably connected to the base member and rotatable about a second rotation axis. A second beam member is rotatably connected to the first beam member and rotatable about a third rotation axis.
Angle-adjusting vehicular headlights
The angle-adjusting vehicular headlights comprise a housing, a swivel bracket, a distance checker, a tilt mechanism, a controller, and a headlight socket. The angle-adjusting vehicular headlights may change an elevation angle of a headlight responsive to a determination by the controller that an inclination angle of a vehicle has changed. As non-limiting examples, the inclination angle may have changed due to a cargo load that has been placed into the vehicle thus compressing the vehicle suspension or the inclination angle may have changed due to the cargo load being removed from the vehicle and the resulting decompression of the vehicle suspension. angle-adjusting vehicular headlights may generally be deployed in pairs.
Optical module for a motor vehicle and locking in position of a component of the module by an elastically deformable clamping element
An optical module, used for lighting and/or signalling purposes for a motor vehicle, includes a support delimiting a compartment for receiving a functional component such as a fan. A clamping element, preferably produced as a single part, can be used to block an opening of the compartment and lock the component in its operational position. The clamping element, separate from the support and provided with two arms, is engaged and clipped on against at least one engaging protrusion formed laterally on the support in order to achieve the locking. An elastic return effect of at least one of the two arms allows the clamping element to be engaged at the rear of the protrusion and held in place. For unlocking, a flexible actuation portion formed in the clamping element can be actuated in order to move one of the two arms outwards and allow unclipping to take place.
Navigational device
There is provided herein a navigational device for augmenting navigational instructions. The navigational device comprises a high intensity light source that points out/indicates navigational landmarks along a route in advance of the vehicle, such as signposts, offramps and the like such that the driver need not take eyes off the road. The navigational device may comprise a gimbal for the directional control of the high-intensity light source which may control the direction of the high-intensity light source for various navigational waypoint instructions along a route. The navigational device may employ text recognition of various road signs so as to control the respective direction of the high-intensity light source.
Light assembly for attachment to a surface of a vehicle
A light assembly for attachment to a surface of a vehicle includes a light head having a light including a flood light mode and a spot light mode, a light head terminal in electrical communication with the light, and a first mounting structure. A vehicle base is configured to be removably coupled to the surface of the vehicle. The vehicle base includes a second structure configured to mate with the first mounting structure such that the light head can be removably secured on the vehicle base, and a base terminal configured to mate with the terminal of the light head to provide power to the light when the light head is secured on the vehicle base. A remote is configured to control rotation of the light about first and second axes and to control operation of the flood light mode and the spot light mode.
Push cart
A push cart according to one aspect of the present disclosure includes a wheel, a body frame, and a lighting device. The body frame includes a handle portion and rotatably supports the wheel. The body frame is configured to be able to mount a loading platform on the body frame. The handle portion is gripped by a user of the push cart. The lighting device emits light.
VEHICLES AND BUMPER ASSEMBLIES HAVING A STOWABLE LIGHTING ASSEMBLY
A bumper assembly includes a bumper and a stowable lighting assembly. The stowable lighting assembly includes a post and a lighting device. The post includes a proximal end and a distal end, wherein the proximal end is pivotably coupled to the bumper. The lighting device is pivotably coupled to the distal end of the post. The stowable lighting assembly is moveable between a stowed position and a deployed position, wherein the post positioned within or beneath the bumper in the stowed position.
Frame assembly for a vehicle and vehicle having same
A front frame assembly for mounting a front suspension and wheel assembly of a vehicle can include a pair of longitudinally extending frame members, a pair of upwardly extending frame members, and a transverse bracket frame member extending transversely from and connected to each of the upwardly extending frame members. The transverse bracket can include mount structures for connecting to various vehicle components, such as a pair of dampers, a radiator, hood cushions, and a headlight assembly. The transverse bracket can be locate in an upper portion of the vehicle engine compartment, and extending above a top most position of the radiator.
IR ILLUMINATOR WITH ASYMETRIC RADIATION PATTERN
An IR illuminator for providing infrared radiation for a digital camera having a camera lens with a camera field of view, including equidistant mounting substrates arranged adjacent to the digital camera, IR LEDs mounted to each of the mounting substrates, and a cover lens positioned to cover the IR LEDs. The shape of the free form cover lens is such that an emission pattern of radiation is emitted without entering into the camera lens and the emission pattern of IR radiation has an asymmetric field of view. Two IR illuminators adjacent to the camera are tilted at an angle from the camera optical direction. The cover lens may be a Fresnel lens, or include a diffractive layer or a collimator to shift radiation emitted from the LED to an asymmetric distribution.
Aerial lift and method for implementing same
The present invention relates to an aerial lift (1), which includes: a lower portion (2, 3) provided with members (7) for connecting to the ground (S); a lifting structure (4); a platform (5) supported by the lifting structure (4); and a lighting system (20) including at least one lighting device (21, 22, 23) arranged on the lower portion (2, 3) or on the platform (5), other than a driving light. The aerial lift (1) is characterised in that the lighting device (21, 22, 23) selectively generates coloured light beams, the colour of which are selected among at least two distinct colours, respectively corresponding to an emergency stop situation (C2) of the aerial lift (1) and an accident at height situation (C4) of the aerial lift (1). The invention also relates to a method for implementing such an aerial lift (1).
