The headlight is provided with a light and a bracket to which the light is attached. The bracket has an attachment plate and a protective frame formed in the front portion of the attachment plate. The protective frame has a vertical frame and a first horizontal frame and a second horizontal frame shorter than the vertical frame.

The rechargeable bracket has a power source coupled to the rechargeable bracket where the power source supplies power to the rechargeable bracket. The rechargeable bracket has a wiring apparatus and the wiring apparatus is coupled to the power source. A power storage apparatus is communicatively coupled to the wiring apparatus and is coupled to the power storage apparatus by a power storage connector. A lamp is coupled to the power storage apparatus and contained within the rechargeable bracket. An insertion apparatus is described as being coupled to the rechargeable bracket and securable to the vehicle. The rechargeable bracket further has a wireless communication apparatus which includes a wireless antenna. The wireless antenna being coupled to the wireless communication apparatus and sending and receiving signals from an external application. The external application may be executed on a smartphone or other computing device.

A cover for a light bar or similar horizontal lamp for vehicles is described. The cover apparatus is equipped with a rear cover portion and a front cover portion. The front cover portion consists of a cover panel configured to pivot to encompass the light within the apparatus, and to be opened at the will of the user to uncover the light bar. The rear half is equipped with one or more heat dissipation vents which conform to standard heat sinks found on conventional horizontal light bars for vehicles. The shape of the apparatus is aerodynamic such that it eliminates audible vibrations known to cause uncovered light bars to whistle or otherwise emit an unwanted noise when the vehicle is underway. A version with a stationary, translucent front cover portion is preferred, and is fashioned of a single piece of flexible plastic.

A search and landing light system for a vehicle includes a hemispherical housing adapted to couple to the vehicle and a plurality of light emitting elements coupled to the hemispherical housing and arranged about a surface of the hemispherical housing. Each of the plurality of light emitting elements is configured to output a light beam. The search and landing light system includes a controller, having a processor in communication with each of the plurality of light emitting elements and configured to output one or more control signals to selectively activate at least one of the plurality of light emitting elements to output the light beam at a selected position relative to the vehicle.

The present invention relates to improved light bar cover for LED light bars. The presently disclosed light bar covers may cover the full circumference and length of a light bar and may include a multi-functional tool for easing the installation or removal. While installed, the light bar cover protects the light bar from various damages such as debris or the elements. The multi-function tool may be used to assist in the removal and installation of the cover when mounted in hard to access location. In various embodiments the multi-function tool may be used to deploy the cover, provide rigidity to the cover, and/or actuate a fastener for the cover.

Disclosed herein are embodiments of a light mount assembly for use with a vehicle, a vehicle with a light mount assembly, and methods for using a light mount assembly on a vehicle. The vehicle can have a foldable windshield with a raised position and a lowered position, and the light mount assembly can have a light with a light mount and a support defining a track for the light. The support can be mounted on the vehicle using pre-existing holes in the vehicle such that a base portion of the light mount is spaced from an outer surface of the vehicle. The light can be repositioned and reoriented relative to the vehicle and/or the support. The light can be moved from a position above a top surface of the vehicle to another position to a side of the vehicle in order to prevent the light from interfering with the foldable windshield when the windshield is moved to the lowered position.
