Vehicle control device, vehicle control method and computer-readable storage medium
When conditions have not been satisfied from a timing at which a first position of the interflow zone was set to a timing at which the subject vehicle reaches the first position, the first position is set as a start position where a notification for urging a handover of a central player of the subject vehicle is performed. When the condition for automatic interflow is satisfied for the first time at the timing at which the subject vehicle reaches the first position, a second position between the first position and a distal end of the interflow zone is set as the start position.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR ROUTING PERSONAL MOBILITY VEHICLES BASED ON ROAD CONDITIONS
In one embodiment, a computer-implemented method includes receiving a transportation request from a transportation requestor device to travel from a first location to a second location. The computer-implemented method also includes determining one or more routes from the first location to the second location and a characteristic associated with each route of the one or more routes. The computer-implemented method also includes selecting, based on the characteristic associated with each route of the one or more routes, a personal mobility vehicle from a fleet of personal mobility vehicles. The fleet of personal mobility vehicles includes different types of personal mobility vehicles. The computer-implemented method also includes providing instructions to a device associated with the personal mobility vehicle to direct the personal mobility vehicle to traverse a particular route of the one or more routes.
CONTROL DEVICE
A control device for performing a travel control of a vehicle includes: a lane change intention detection unit configured to detect an intention of a driver to change a lane based on a predetermined operation on an operation device by the driver; and a travel control unit configured to determine whether a lane change of the vehicle is possible based on a surrounding situation, and to control the lane change based on a detection result of the lane change intention detection unit and a determination result of whether the lane change is possible. The travel control unit is configured to determine a start timing of a lateral movement in the lane change based on an operation on the operation device when the lane change is possible after the intention of the driver to change the lane is detected.
LIGHT INDICATOR OF DIRECTION
The present invention relates to a safety system device for the benefit of cyclists, and in general of all drivers of two and three-wheeled and it can also be used by runners, when they circulate in the streets.
The invention comprises a light indicator that is suitable to signal, when a cyclist makes a change of direction, and the rider tries to signal this maneuver by moving outwards the arm corresponding to the side towards which the direction of travel is changing.
This device integrates: a lighting element designed to switch on and off according to an appropriate electrical command, an electrical power supply unit, a triaxial accelerometer and an inclinometer sensor. It also comprises calculation means for processing the signals supplied by the triaxial accelerometer and the inclinometer sensor, carrying out an interpretation of the meaning of the movement of the arm.
Out-of-vehicle notification device
An out-of-vehicle notification device includes a moving person detecting unit configured to detect a moving person who is to be notified of information by means of light based on a result of detection performed by an outside situation detecting unit, a plurality of light emitting units, a light emission control unit configured to cause the light emitting units to emit light, and an operating state detecting unit configured to detect operating states of blinkers of the host vehicle. When an operation of the blinker is detected, the light emission control unit forbids light emission of the light emitting unit that is provided within a predetermined area around the blinker in operation.
Vehicle control device, vehicle control method, and storage medium
A vehicle control device includes an action controller that is configured to control an action of a vehicle, in which, in a case where there is another vehicle traveling on a second road adjacent to a first road on which the vehicle is traveling, and the vehicle is controlled to overtake another vehicle, the action controller is configured to accelerate the vehicle, causes the vehicle to show an intention to enter the second road when the vehicle is located a predetermined distance or more in front of another vehicle in an advancing direction of the vehicle after the vehicle is accelerated, and decelerates the vehicle while maintaining the vehicle in a state in which the vehicle is located in front of another vehicle at a timing according to the entry intention.
Indent-Indication System For An Automated Vehicle
An intent-indication system includes an intersection-detector, a vehicle-detector, and a controller. The intersection-detector is suitable for use on a host-vehicle. The intersection-detector is used to determine that the host-vehicle is stopped at an intersection. The vehicle-detector is also suitable for use on the host-vehicle. The vehicle-detector is used to detect a presence of an other-vehicle proximate to the intersection. The controller is in communication with the intersection-detector and the vehicle-detector. The controller is configured to operate host-headlights of the host-vehicle to provide an indication of intent of the host-vehicle to the other-vehicle when the host-vehicle and the other-vehicle have been stopped at the intersection for more than a time-threshold.
PHOTOLUMINESCENT LIGHTING APPARATUS FOR VEHICLES
A vehicle illumination apparatus is disclosed. The apparatus comprises at least one light generating layer configured to conform to an outer surface of a panel of the vehicle. The light generating layer comprises a plurality of electrodes having a plurality of LEDs in a semiconductor ink disposed therebetween. The plurality of LEDs is operable to emit a first emission. The apparatus further comprises a controller configured to selectively activate the plurality of LEDs in response to a navigational direction of the vehicle.
SAFETY TURN PANEL
A safety turn panel system comprising a base member configured to be attached to a tractor unit of a semi-trailer truck; an arm member rotationally attached to the base member; a sign attached to the arm member, wherein the sign includes flashing lights in a warning text configuration and at least one reflecting panel; and a remote control unit configured to control the sign from a deactivated to an activated position.
LIGHTING DEVICE FOR A VEHICLE
A control system of a self-driving vehicle (SDV) can process sensor data from a sensor system of the SDV to autonomously control acceleration, steering, and braking systems of the SDV along a current route. Based on the current route, the control system can dynamically determine a set of immediate actions to be performed by the SDV. Based on the set of immediate actions, the control system can generate a set of intention outputs on a lighting strip of the SDV, the set of intention outputs indicating the set of immediate actions prior to the SDV executing the set of immediate actions.
