Notification device
A notification device provided in a vehicle including an autonomous driving system which causes the vehicle to travel by autonomous driving and to evacuate the vehicle when a failure occurs, includes a display unit configured to display information toward an outside of the vehicle, and a display controller configured to control the display unit. The display controller causes the display unit to be turned on or flicker when a failure occurs and changes a display of the display unit in at least one of a time when an evacuation starts and a time when an evacuation is completed.
Interactive safety system for vehicles
An interactive vehicle safety system having capabilities to improve peripheral vision, provide warning, and improve reaction time for operators of vehicles. For example, the interactive vehicle safety system may have capabilities for portraying objects, which are being blocked by any of the structural pillars and/or mirrors of a vehicle (such as a truck, van, train, etc.). The interactive vehicle safety system disclosed may comprise one or more image capturing devices (such as camera, sensor, laser), distance and object sensors (such as ultrasonic sensor, LIDAR radar sensor, photoelectric sensor, and infrared sensor), a real-time image processing of an object, and one or more display systems (such as LCD or LED displays). The interactive vehicle safety system may give a seamless 360-degree front panoramic view to a driver.
Dangerous driver detection and response system
Methods and systems, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for a dangerous driver and response system. In one aspect, a system includes a monitoring device that includes a sensor and a camera and that is configured to generate, using the sensor, sensor data that reflects an attribute in a vicinity of the monitoring device, and based on the sensor data, initiate collection of video data using the camera. The system further includes a computing device that is configured to, based on the sensor data and the video data, identify an event that is occurring in the vicinity of the monitoring device, based on the event that is occurring in the vicinity of the monitoring device, access additional information associated with the event, based on the event, generate an alert and identify a recipient for the alert, and provide, for output to the recipient, the alert.
LIGHTING SYSTEM
A lighting system including a lighting device configured to be connected to an object. The lighting device includes a body, at least one visible light source connected to the body, and at least one ultraviolet light source connected to the body. The at least one ultraviolet light source is operably coupled to the at least one visible light source. The lighting device is configured for strobing the visible light and ultraviolet light sources by turning the at least one ultraviolet light source on upon the at least one visible light source turning off and turning the at least one ultraviolet light source off upon the at least one visible light source turning on such that a reflectance material of an object, which is not being illuminated by the at least one visible light source, is illuminated by the at least one ultraviolet light source.

WIRELESS CONTROL FOR AUTOMOBILE LIGHTS
A mountable automobile light fixture is configured to receive signals from a user controllable wireless controller, interpret the signals received from the user controllable wireless controller, and in response automatically control illumination of the mountable automobile light fixture, in both color and intensity. A processor of the mountable automobile light fixture is initially programmed to perform specific function(s) and/or strobe according to specific patterns. Thereafter, a user can select said specific function(s) for a scheduled and/or real-time performance. In some embodiments, the intelligent control is at least partially restricted from being reprogrammed by the user to serve other function(s), either by restricting the emission of light in at least one color and/or preventing specific strobing pattern(s).

INTERIOR REARVIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY WITH BATTERY CHARGE LEVEL INDICATOR
An interior rearview mirror assembly for an electric vehicle having a vehicle battery for powering a propulsion system of the electric vehicle. The interior rearview mirror assembly includes a mirror casing, a mirror reflective element, a mounting structure configured to adjustably mount the mirror assembly at an interior portion of the electric vehicle, and an indicator disposed at the mirror casing along a perimeter region of the mirror reflective element. The indicator includes a plurality of LEDs, and each LED of the plurality of LEDs is individually operated to emit light. With the mirror reflective element and the mirror casing adjustably mounted at the interior portion of the electric vehicle via the mounting structure, and responsive to a battery charge level of the vehicle battery, the indicator electrically powers one or more of the LEDs to convey vehicle battery charge level information to a driver of the electric vehicle.
System and Method for Collision Prevention
A vehicle frontal illumination system includes a bracket attached to a front of a vehicle, where the bracket includes a light receiving surface that faces the front of the vehicle. The system also includes one or more lights attached to the light receiving surface of the bracket such that the one or more lights face the front of the vehicle. The system further includes a control system in communication with the light, where the control system is configured to turn the one or more lights on to illuminate the front of the vehicle to reduce the likelihood of an animal vehicle collision.
