Internally Damped Crossbar Assembly Having Wire Rope Isolator
A crossbar assembly for facilitating isolation of a sensor assembly from vibration comprises an outer crossbar segment, an inner crossbar segment, and an isolator. The outer crossbar segment comprises a payload mount interface and an outer isolator interface operable to mount to an isolator. The inner crossbar segment comprises a structure interface and an inner isolator interface operable to mount to the isolator. The isolator can be supported by the outer and inner crossbar segments. The isolator comprises a first wire rope assembly comprising wire ropes extending longitudinally from the outer crossbar segment to the inner crossbar segment, and a second wire rope assembly comprising a wire rope extending circumferentially between the outer and inner crossbar segments. The isolator operates to partially decouple the outer crossbar segment from the inner crossbar segment and dampen vibrations propagating between the outer and inner crossbar segments.
DISPLAY MOVING APPARATUS
An exemplary display moving apparatus capable of moving a display in a vehicle includes: a center rail unit to slide along a length direction of the vehicle; a swing unit that is disposed below the center rail unit and rotates relative to a height direction of the vehicle; an expansion unit that is connected to the swing unit and may slide along a width direction of the vehicle; a folding unit that includes a fixed bracket mounted to a bottom of the expansion unit, and a folding bracket rotatably connected to the fixed bracket through a hinge pin; and a height adjusting unit that is connected to the folding unit and slides the display along the height direction of the vehicle.
Visor-like tablet and tablet holder for automotive vehicle
An automotive vehicle comprising a cabin having a windshield, a tablet holder pivotally connected to an interior surface of the cabin, the tablet holder being pivotable between a stowed position and a deployed position, and a tablet detachably mounted to the tablet holder. In one embodiment, the tablet is a transparent tablet that may be configured to dynamically shade its display screen to attenuate incoming light.
COMPACT RESCUE APPARATUS AND METHOD
A compact rescue kit that has a base section, a caregiver seat assembly coupled to the base section, a basket section configured to receive and secure a patient basket, and a cylinder support configured to carry a compressed gas. The base section is configured to be secured to a compact off-road vehicle.
MODULAR TRUCK BED RACK SYSTEM AND PORTIONS THEREOF
A rack system that is configured to allow the omission of cross bars. The cross bars can be easily removable and replaceable or can be adjustable along a length of the rack system. In some configurations, the rack system includes at least one side support arrangement comprising a first vertical support and a second vertical support. Two or more side support arrangements can be provided on each side of the truck bed. Pairs of support arrangements on one side of the truck bed can be connected by one or more longitudinal supports. Accessories, such as tool boxes or gas cans, can be connected to the one or more longitudinal supports.
Holder for flat, approximately rectangular devices, such as tablet computers or smartphones
A holder is provided for releasably securing a flat device, such as a tablet computer or a smartphone, to a component, in particular a component of a motor vehicle. The holder comprises a mounting which can be secured to the component and a holder frame which can be releasably secured to the mounting for receiving the device. The mounting comprises a carrier having first connection elements, and the holder frame has second connection elements at two opposite edges. The first and second connection elements are designed in a complementary manner with respect to each other such that the first and second connection elements interlock for the purpose of mutual fixing when the holder frame is inserted into the mounting such that the holder frame cannot be moved out of the mounting in the holder frame plane and/or perpendicularly to the holder frame plane.
VEHICLE TRAY
The present invention relates to a vehicle tray and, more specifically, the objective of the present invention is to prevent a cover slidably provided inside a tray body from moving by vibration generated when a vehicle travels and, simultaneously, to prevent, in advance, the generation of friction noise when protrusions come into contact with guide rails provided in the tray body even when the cover is operated. The present invention comprises: a tray body (100) having an accommodation part (110) of which the upper side is open; the guide rails (300) fixedly provided, respectively, at both the left and right sides of the accommodation part (110); and a cover (200) having the guide protrusions (210), which are formed to respectively protrude from both the left and right sides thereof and slide while being guided along the guide rails (300). In order to achieve the present invention, protrusion parts (211) having mounting grooves (211a) protrude from the front and rear end portions of the guide protrusion (210) of the cover (200), and a silicone ring (400) having elastic force itself and having an outer surface coming into contact with the inner wall surface of the guide rail (300) is provided at the protrusion part (211) in a state in which the inner surface thereof is mounted in the mounting groove (211a).
Vehicle having a track assembly and a carriage assembly
A vehicle includes a cabin, a track assembly that is mounted to the cabin, and a carriage assembly that is received by the track assembly. The track assembly includes a rail structure and a conductive member coupled to the rail structure. The carriage assembly includes a brush that is movable to an extended position to engage with the conductive member of the track assembly and a first biasing member that provides an extension force when the brush is in the extended position.
ARRANGEMENT OF A SENSOR COMPRISING A SENSOR-ACTIVE SURFACE ON AN OUTER ADD-ON PART OF A VEHICLE
An arrangement for a sensor having a sensor-active surface on or behind an outer add-on part of a vehicle includes a sensor guide. The sensor guide is connected to the sensor and a first structural element of the vehicle such that the sensor moves in a vehicle longitudinal direction away from a sensor use position in response to an application of force against the sensor-active surface or the add-on part of the vehicle. The arrangement includes a spacer that limits the movement of the sensor to a maximum distance defined between the sensor use position and a second structural element of the vehicle, which is offset with respect to the first structural element in a direction along an interior of the vehicle. The arrangement includes a restoring element that moves the sensor back to the sensor use position.
Vehicle interior
The invention relates to a passenger compartment (20) of a vehicle (10) comprising at least one seat (14, 15, 16, 17) and comprising a console (18) that can be placed laterally adjacent the seat. The particularity is that at least one seat (14, 15) is designed to be adjustable such that it can be moved out of a first position in which it faces in the travel direction, and into a second position, and that at least part of the console (18) is mounted so as to be movable out of a primary position in which it is laterally adjacent the seat, into a secondary position in which it is outside the movement path of the seat during movement of the seat between the first position and the second position.
