ALL TERRAIN VEHICLE
A vehicle is provided. The vehicle may include an electric powertrain drivingly coupled to at least one of a plurality of ground engaging members. The vehicle may include an operator area supported by the frame and at least one of a front cargo area positioned forward of the operator area and a rear cargo area positioned rearward of the seating area. The rear cargo area may include a cargo box and at least one storage compartment. The at least one storage compartment may be arranged vertically below at least a portion of a floor panel of the cargo box and may include a plurality of discrete interior regions. The vehicle may include seating having extendable panels to form along with seat backs a support surface of a storage area in one arrangement. The storage area may include the floor of the cargo box.
Cargo management system for motor vehicle
A cargo management system for use with a motor vehicle cargo area having a floor. The system uses front, center are rear divider panels each configured to lay flat adjacent the floor when in a stowed position, and each is pivotally moveably into an upright, operative position. A first latching mechanism is used to releasably latch the front divider in the upright, operative position. The center divider panel is pivotally moveable from a stowed position to an operative position. The rear divider panel is pivotally moveable from a stowed position resting generally flat on the floor of the cargo area to an upright, operative position. A second latching mechanism is used to releasably hold the rear divider panel in the upright, operative position.
Cover for a switch
A cover for a switch includes a body having a thru-hole for receiving the switch. Retainers supported by the body each have a groove facing the thru-hole and guide surfaces extending upward from an edge of a bottom surface of the retainers to a lower edge of the groove. The outer surface may be contoured and the contoured outer surface may be oblong. The cover may be used in a switch assembly for a vehicle. The switch has a base extending from a surface of the vehicle and first and second flexible members extending outwardly from the base in a normal position. The guide surfaces deflect the flexible members from a normal position during installation of the cover. The flexible member returns to the normal position when the cover is placed such that an upper portion of the flexible member is retained within the groove.
Vehicle trunk
A vehicle trunk includes a panel having a leg protruding past a perimeter thereof and a trunk floor defining a recess and cavity. The leg occupies a first portion of the cavity to secure the panel perpendicular to the floor, and a second portion of the cavity different from the first to secure the panel flush within the recess such that the panel is disposed over unoccupied portions of the cavity.
Resin panel and molding method
A resin panel of which contact surfaces of a rear wall to be in contact with another member are made unlikely to deform while reducing the weight of the resin panel. The panel includes a rear wall having a plurality of contact surfaces to be in contact with another member, and a front wall opposing the rear wall with an interval therebetween, the resin panel including a plurality of ribs obtained by indenting parts of the rear wall toward the front wall and welding the parts to an inner surface of the front wall, wherein a wall thickness of the front wall is generally equal to or smaller than a wall thickness of the rear wall.
TRUNK FOR INSTALLATION IN UNDERCUT REGION OF VEHICLE
A vehicle trunk comprises: a first trunk part forming at least a first wall of the vehicle trunk, the first trunk part including a thermoplastic elastomer material, wherein the first trunk part is at least partially collapsible to facilitate installation of the vehicle trunk into an undercut region of a vehicle; and a second trunk part forming at least a second wall of the vehicle trunk, wherein the first and second trunk parts define an interior of the vehicle trunk, and wherein the second trunk part includes a fiber-reinforced polymer material.
Reversible load floor for a motor vehicle
A reversible load floor is provided for a motor vehicle. The reversible load floor includes a body having a first user surface and a second user surface wherein the first user surface is opposed to the second user surface.
HANDLE DEVICE AND A TRUNK CARPET ASSEMBLY
A handle device includes: a housing, a handle unit including a base portion and a handle portion. The base portion includes a first track and is pivotably connected to the housing. The handle portion includes a slider movable along the first track and a retractable first locking unit connected to a first side portion of the housing. The first locking unit is positioned at least partially within the first track in a locking position and positioned outside of the first track in an unlocking position.
Automobile lid device
The automobile lid device capable of opening and closing an opening of an automobile interior component includes a lid body configured to open and close the opening by being attached to and detached from the opening; a first engaging claw arranged at a periphery edge of the lid body, the first engaging claw having an outwardly downward inclination section; and a second engaging claw arranged at a periphery edge of the opening having an inwardly upward inclination section. Faces of the outwardly downward inclination section and the inwardly upward inclination section are engaged as being mutually contacted such that the outwardly downward inclination section crawls under a lower face of the inwardly upward inclination section when the lid body is attached to the opening.
