Wire harness support member, support member-attached wire harness, and support structure for support member-attached wire harness
A wire harness support member supports a wire harness including a plurality of electrical wires on an attaching target member. The wire harness support member includes: a base attached to the attaching target member while surrounding at least a part of a periphery of the attaching target member; and at least one electrical wire holding member which can be position-adjustably fixed to the base around the attaching target member while holding at least some of the plurality of electrical wires.
Connector including a shell with an orientable conduit and a method for mounting a connector
An illustrative example embodiment of a connector shell includes a connector cover and a cable-guiding sleeve having a curved conduit. The cover and the cable-guiding sleeve are made up of two separate elements. The cable-guiding sleeve is mounted on the cover so as to be rotatable about an axis of rotation. The cable-guiding sleeve and the cover comprise means for blocking the rotation of the cable-guiding sleeve on the cover in at least two different pre-set angular positions about the axis of rotation. These blocking means comprise shapes that engage with each other in a complementary way, and that are able to release each other and allow the passage from one angular position to the next.
Vehicle front structure
The present disclosure includes: a cowl member that is formed to extend in a vehicle width direction and bulges to the front from a rear side of a motor chamber; a power unit that is fixed to a right side frame in the motor chamber, has a lower portion fixed to a vehicle body, and drives the vehicle by electricity; and a protection bracket provided on an upper surface of the power unit, wherein the protection bracket is configured to abut the cowl member in the case where a frontal collision of a vehicle occurs and the power unit moves downward to the rear.
WIRE HARNESS
A wire harness including: a first wire that is electrically connectable to a first connector installed in a vehicle; a second wire that is electrically connected to the first wire; a third. wire that is electrically connected to the first wire; a connection where the first wire, the second wire, and the third wire are electrically connected to each other; and a tubular first shield that surrounds an outer periphery of. the connection.
SMART INTERCONNECTING CLAMP SYSTEM
A apparatus for monitoring the integrity of an electrical wire includes a clamp system, a sensor system, a user interface configured to receive input data and output wire information, and a control unit configured to process the wire data, process the input data, and generate the output wire information. The clamp system includes a clamp and the sensor system includes a sensor configured to retrieve the wire data. In another embodiment, a portable device is configured to obtain wire data from a smart clamping system, to transmit the wire data to a processor and to receive a multi-dimensional representation, and a computer system configured to receive the wire data generated and to generate the multi-dimensional representation of the wire. A method for monitoring a wire includes capturing wire data using a clamp, transmitting the wire data to a control unit, generating wire information to output, and outputting the wire information.
WIRE HARNESS SUPPORT MEMBER AND WIRE HARNESS
An aspect of the present disclosure provides a support member for wire harnesses for which the range of compatibility with positional tolerances of bolts can be easily expanded. A support member 13 in accordance with an aspect of the present disclosure is provided with a main body part 15 which has a holding part 14 for holding electric cables; and a bolt fixing member 16 which is a separate body from the main body part 15. The bolt fixing member 16 is provided with: a fixing hole 21 through which a bolt provided on the vehicle side is to be passed so as to be fixed; and an insertion part 24 serving as a support-receiving part. The main body part 15 is provided with a groove 31 which is formed along a direction (height direction Z) intersecting the axial direction of the bolt. The groove 31 supports the insertion part 24 in a movable manner along the length direction (height direction Z) of the groove 31.
Electric vehicle
An electric vehicle may include: a body comprising a compartment on a front side of a cabin; a component frame located in the compartment, and connected to the body; and a circuit case located on the component frame, comprising therein a control circuit configured to control a traction motor, and constituted of metal. The component frame may comprise: a plurality of crossmembers extending along a vehicle left-right direction; and a connection member connecting the plurality of crossmembers to each other. The plurality of crossmembers may comprise a rear crossmember which is a rearmost crossmember of the plurality of crossmembers. The circuit case may be on the front side of a rear end of the rear crossmember in a top view.
CABLE CHANNEL
A cable channel for receiving at least one cable includes a first cable housing and a second cable housing. The first cable housing includes a first connector and the second cable housing includes a first mating connector releasably connected to the first connector arranging the first and second cable housings together.
WIRE HARNESS
A wire harness including: a wire harness main body that includes an electric wire and an exterior tube that encloses an outer circumferential surface of the electric wire; a path restricting member that is attached to an outer circumferential surface of the exterior tube and restricts a path of the wire harness main body; and a move restricting member that is attached to the outer circumferential surface of the exterior tube and restricts the path restricting member from moving in a lengthwise direction of the exterior tube relative to the exterior tube,
